Pullman Vina del Mar San Martin

The room was a decent size - overlooking the ocean! The shower water pressure was amazing! Proximity to the beach literally 1 minute walk. Breakfast had lots of choices and service was excellent and attentive. We come back!

The staff here are excellent. They will go out of their way to assist you. We had rooms facing the ocean with big windows and the view is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The rooftop pool and bar are very nice. Pool is heated which is a rare find. The beach is only steps away. Location is good with many restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel located on the beach. The service of the staff was excellent! They will go out of their way to assist you. We had a beautiful ocean view room. It was quiet, clean and bed was comfortable. Walkable to many restaurants and a 15 min taxi to Valparaiso for the day. I would highly recommend.

Llegué a la recepción del hotel hacer el check in a las 15:30 hrs. Lamentablemente la actitud de la recepcionista Queila fue negligente en el trato hacia mi madre y su amiga (personas de tercera edad) y a mi persona en donde la recepcionista debió haber aplicado un mejor criterio para resolver una situación. Lamentablemente es la primera cara del hotel y con este trato me arruinó el día con su falta de empatía y poco profesionalismo.

Es un hotel cómodo, moderno, buen desayuno, el personal del restaurante es muy amable.
