Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. The layout of the house had plenty of room with a pingpong table in the garage no less. The location so close to the beach and views were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor porch for BBQing. We highly recommend this property.

The house was clean and well stocked. There was an issue with the garage door when we arrived, but the handy man was there within 15 minutes to fix it. Everything was wonderful! Great neighborhood!

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had plenty of amenities. For 8 of us, we could have used another bathroom with a shower but that was it. Kitchen was well stocked which was important because we all love to cook. The views were amazing even though we were socked in with fog all weekend.Wish it had a hot tub! But we'll be back to this one for sure.

The property is in a nice & quiet neighborhood. It's also near the short trail to the very nice beach. There's a nice view of the bay from the family room/dining room. The outside balcony has a BBQ (we didn't use) and a table/chairs you can hang outside and enjoy the cook air and the view. The kitchen is adequate, kitchen floor could have used more cleaning, also the dining table is large but it's very sticky. It would be better to provide guests with table mats. We brought some paper plates and they tend to stick to the table surface when hot or cold. The bedrooms have nice setup, although one BR downstairs has a detached/broken frame. The ping pong table and the foosball tables are a big hit to entertain kids + adults. The parking is a little tight if you have SUV or truck. Overall, it's a comfortable place for a family short stay. Plenty of things to do around there (golf, hiking, beach, etc.)

4 families get together every year coming from all over Cali and out of state. This house perfectly accommodated us! The games in the garage were wonderful for the kids. The table let us all eat together and the layout of the house was perfect! The close proximity to the beach was also a plus!

My family and I were impressed with the beautiful views that can be enjoyed from the living and dining rooms. The neighborhood is clean and peaceful. The house accommodated our large group comfortably. There is plenty of furniture for lounging around and moving around to mingle with others. The BBQ deck with the firepit was especially enjoyed by us all.

Plenty of space for entire family. Very happy with location and community. Beds for all. Kitchen terrific and enjoyed the large dining table. Washer was out and did not have enough towels. Caused stress for family member with special needs. A heads up would have been helpful to prepare. Also, main entry stairs treacherous for people with mobility issues. Home could use some cosmetic upgrades. That said, happy time had by all.

Beautiful view from the deck. Big house and stocked well with extra blankets, pillows & toiletries. Great location near trailheads. So much fun playing ping pong and foosball!

Stairs to the front door are a little steep, but luckily this house allows access to the garage, which helped tremendously! My Dad, who is 81, was able to go up the two small flights of stairs inside the home just fine. House layout was great- my husband and I stayed downstairs with our kids and my parents and brother stayed in the upstairs rooms. Loved the open floor plan and all the windows! The outside balcony/patio was small, but worked out fine for all 7 of us. The couches are in need of replacing- they are a little worn and hard to get out of for some people. Kitchen had everything you needed, although I would suggest replacing some items- spatulas, can opener (it was rusty), cookie sheets. Also, the dishwasher "wobbled forward" and needs to be bolted in better. Be aware that there is not a pantry for your dry goods. We had to make our own space in a couple of the cabinets. Maybe the owners could add a small pantry cabinet somewhere in the dining room area. Either that or re-organize the cabinets to provide some empty space for food. Overall, the house was pretty clean, check in/out was simple (they don't make you do a bunch of "check out chores"), and the views and neighborhood were great!

The views were nice, but the property needs some loving care from the owners. The floors were very dirty, and the instructions for the TVs were outdated. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and mildew in the washer. Also, the house needs better pillows in the bedrooms. The house, however, was well-stocked with cookware and tableware. And when we called about these things, Cheryl was very helpful in getting someone over right away to clean the floors, so that was a good thing. And Seth was very helpful in getting the TVs to work. We've stayed at many homes in the South Harbor area throughout the years, but this was one of the least better experiences.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, property was great for our the number of adults and grandkids. Kitchen and dining room had dog hair when we swept the floors and we noticed a lot of cob webs in the house in various places. Kitchen was well stocked but living room needs more lighting. We thought maybe it would be nice to have a free bundle of firewood for the first nights stay- just a thought. Thank you we were glad the house was available for our dates.

Very nice large house, it fit my family of seven (three children) perfectly. We spent most of the days down at Bodega Dunes State Park, about a fifteen minute drive from the house. Local shopping was about ten minutes away in town. The house is perched pretty high up a hillside, which gives it a great view of the ocean and the rolling hills to the south. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well appointed with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. All in all, we loved the place.

We definitely enjoyed staying at this home.We enjoyed being able to gather with the open kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. It had a wonderful view of the ocean. One thing that we noticed was, it was pretty warm on the main level of the home when the sun was out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens which made it difficult to cool the house without using the air-conditioner. We would have preferred to keep the sliding doors open without having flies come in. I would also recommend a new washing machine or have the current one really cleaned. The laundry room gave off a moldy sour smell so we kept the door closed. Other than those few things, we had a great family getaway.

Great location - close to the trail down to the beach. And it had gorgeous views of the ocean and hills. The deck was wonderful to sit on when we had sun. The house is well set-up for large groups and had lots of dishes, mug, glasses etc. We brought our dog and they had beds and dishes. (Note - there is no fenced in area to let your pup out.) Extra fun was the ping-pong and fussball tables. Furniture was comfortable (though a little worn). Our only real complaint was the lack of lighting in the living room area. We definitely recommend this house.

Overall we had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. Very large house which was nice which left plenty of room for the entire family. Peaceful neighborhood as well. Great views with lots of wildlife including deer’s and rabbits.

We had a fabulous time! The location was great, the house was the perfect size for the 9 of us (including the table that comfortably seats 10), the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were super comfy! Love the open concept of the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, so we could all be together without actually being in the same room.

Stairs to the front door are a little steep, but luckily this house allows access to the garage, which helped tremendously! My Dad, who is 81, was able to go up the two small flights of stairs inside the home just fine. House layout was great- my husband and I stayed downstairs with our kids and my parents and brother stayed in the upstairs rooms. Loved the open floor plan and all the windows! The outside balcony/patio was small, but worked out fine for all 7 of us. The couches are in need of replacing- they are a little worn and hard to get out of for some people. Kitchen had everything you needed, although I would suggest replacing some items- spatulas, can opener (it was rusty), cookie sheets. Also, the dishwasher "wobbled forward" and needs to be bolted in better. Be aware that there is not a pantry for your dry goods. We had to make our own space in a couple of the cabinets. Maybe the owners could add a small pantry cabinet somewhere in the dining room area. Either that or re-organize the cabinets to provide some empty space for food. Overall, the house was pretty clean, check in/out was simple (they don't make you do a bunch of "check out chores"), and the views and neighborhood were great!

Great space for a large group. Beautiful ocean view and very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, everything we needed to cook for a large group. A couple issues we had, Randy was very quick to respond and resolve.

Everything was just like the listing. East check-in and checkout. Big house, great for a party of 7. Fun garage space for games. Beds were comfortable and great view from the deck. The location of the house was pretty far from everything, we struggled a bit to find a grocery store nearby or a restaurant that was close/open. But we should have done a bit more research on our end before booking! Would recommend to others, and especially those who like to cook!

The house was clean and well stocked. There was an issue with the garage door when we arrived, but the handy man was there within 15 minutes to fix it. Everything was wonderful! Great neighborhood!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beautiful, bodega bay property. The spacious home was well stocked with everything that we needed. I read in some of the reviews that it didn’t have spices or coffee, yet the kitchen was completely stocked with all of these items, along with well-stocked showers with shampoo and conditioner and body wash, and a closet full of games. Downstairs, there was a Xbox in the 3 bed room. We had a couple things that came up, and got in touch with Randy right away. He even checked in with us later to ensure that everything was well. The views were nice, but the property needs some loving care from the owners. The floors were very dirty, and the instructions for the TVs were outdated. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and mildew in the washer. Also, the house needs better pillows in the bedrooms. The house, however, was well-stocked with cookware and tableware. And when we called about these things, Cheryl was very helpful in getting someone over right away to clean the floors, so that was a good thing. And Seth was very helpful in getting the TVs to work. We've stayed at many homes in the South Harbor area throughout the years, but this was one of the least better experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is perfect location to the beach and the view is out of this world. The house needs some work! There was a problem with the bed but they totally fixed it professionally and they were very responsive. I appreciate that. Overall a good spot!

Plenty of space for entire family. Very happy with location and community. Beds for all. Kitchen terrific and enjoyed the large dining table. Washer was out and did not have enough towels. Caused stress for family member with special needs. A heads up would have been helpful to prepare. Also, main entry stairs treacherous for people with mobility issues. Home could use some cosmetic upgrades. That said, happy time had by all.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. The layout of the house had plenty of room with a pingpong table in the garage no less. The location so close to the beach and views were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor porch for BBQing. We highly recommend this property.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend with our 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren ( ages 2 and 5). We love the location; being close to the trailhead for short tail gulch was great…! We went down to the beach a couple times each day; the tide pools were incredible!! Being able to walk from cove to cove at low tide was perfect!! The house worked very well for us… the outside table got lots of use!!! Great for both morning coffee and dinner in the evenings. Good floor plan in general!! Thank you!

Great location - close to the trail down to the beach. And it had gorgeous views of the ocean and hills. The deck was wonderful to sit on when we had sun. The house is well set-up for large groups and had lots of dishes, mug, glasses etc. We brought our dog and they had beds and dishes. (Note - there is no fenced in area to let your pup out.) Extra fun was the ping-pong and fussball tables. Furniture was comfortable (though a little worn). Our only real complaint was the lack of lighting in the living room area. We definitely recommend this house.

The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to make amazing meals and have a comfortable stay. The views from the main floor are amazing. There are many hiking opportunities within the neighborhood and the golf course nearby was a hit with our golfers. I would recommend this property.

Very nice large house, it fit my family of seven (three children) perfectly. We spent most of the days down at Bodega Dunes State Park, about a fifteen minute drive from the house. Local shopping was about ten minutes away in town. The house is perched pretty high up a hillside, which gives it a great view of the ocean and the rolling hills to the south. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well appointed with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. All in all, we loved the place.

The views from the house were even more beautiful in person. There was very easy access to a wonderful and interesting beach with lots to explore. Everything in the house was well set up with everything that would be needed.

We definitely enjoyed staying at this home.We enjoyed being able to gather with the open kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. It had a wonderful view of the ocean. One thing that we noticed was, it was pretty warm on the main level of the home when the sun was out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens which made it difficult to cool the house without using the air-conditioner. We would have preferred to keep the sliding doors open without having flies come in. I would also recommend a new washing machine or have the current one really cleaned. The laundry room gave off a moldy sour smell so we kept the door closed. Other than those few things, we had a great family getaway.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had plenty of amenities. For 8 of us, we could have used another bathroom with a shower but that was it. Kitchen was well stocked which was important because we all love to cook. The views were amazing even though we were socked in with fog all weekend.Wish it had a hot tub! But we'll be back to this one for sure.

The property is in a nice & quiet neighborhood. It's also near the short trail to the very nice beach. There's a nice view of the bay from the family room/dining room. The outside balcony has a BBQ (we didn't use) and a table/chairs you can hang outside and enjoy the cook air and the view. The kitchen is adequate, kitchen floor could have used more cleaning, also the dining table is large but it's very sticky. It would be better to provide guests with table mats. We brought some paper plates and they tend to stick to the table surface when hot or cold. The bedrooms have nice setup, although one BR downstairs has a detached/broken frame. The ping pong table and the foosball tables are a big hit to entertain kids + adults. The parking is a little tight if you have SUV or truck. Overall, it's a comfortable place for a family short stay. Plenty of things to do around there (golf, hiking, beach, etc.)

Overall we had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. Very large house which was nice which left plenty of room for the entire family. Peaceful neighborhood as well. Great views with lots of wildlife including deer’s and rabbits.

We all loved how large accommodating the family room and dining room where. It is rare to find a 10 person table that seats all 10 comfortably or a family room with three couches and a chair in a VRBO! King and Queen beds were all very comfortable. Nice washer and dryer. Views - amazing. Grandson loved climbing down to the beach to see the starfish. Pro-tip - bring a few duraflame logs - great fireplace!!!

We had a fabulous time! The location was great, the house was the perfect size for the 9 of us (including the table that comfortably seats 10), the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were super comfy! Love the open concept of the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, so we could all be together without actually being in the same room.

Overall, the house was pretty clean, check in/out was simple (they don't make you do a bunch of "check out chores"), and the views and neighborhood were great!
Stairs to the front door are a little steep, but luckily this house allows access to the garage, which helped tremendously! My Dad, who is 81, was able to go up the two small flights of stairs inside the home just fine. House layout was great- my husband and I stayed downstairs with our kids and my parents and brother stayed in the upstairs rooms. Loved the open floor plan and all the windows! The outside balcony/patio was small, but worked out fine for all 7 of us. The couches are in need of replacing- they are a little worn and hard to get out of for some people. Kitchen had everything you needed, although I would suggest replacing some items- spatulas, can opener (it was rusty), cookie sheets. Also, the dishwasher "wobbled forward" and needs to be bolted in better. Be aware that there is not a pantry for your dry goods. We had to make our own space in a couple of the cabinets. Many maintenance issues need to be addressed on this older property. Oven not working; screens missing from most all windows: Windows difficult to open; sliding screen door wouldn’t open had to remove it to access patio.; master bedroom sliding glass door had caution tape on it as it’s missing the deck.posing a safety issue and unsightly. could not open slider to get fresh air in bedroom. Many blinds on windows would t open in bedrooms. Renters beware.
