THis is a new property and the elevator did not work, the shower pressure was very low so I did not get to shower. Very disappointing.

Staff are very nice, coffee each morning was good. The workout area was good. Problem was a side door was always left open, or a rock was placed to hold the door open which allows the air-conditioning system to continually run. This was also a safety concern as anyone can get into the property unnoticed unless someone was watching a camera. Loud at times with children running down halls, or late night hallway discussions. Low water pressure for shower, no hand towels.

Elevator wasn’t working.

Everything to our complete satisfaction. Laundry room very clean. Despite the loud fridge in the room and the neighboring construction site were a bit annoying. I would still definitely recommend it!

Great location with lots of restaurants and businesses surrounding it. The front desk lady was very friendly and apologetic because the elevators were out of order and we had to climb to the third floor with heavy luggage. There aren’t many amenities but for the price and convenience, I had no problem with this. I would recommend if you’re looking for something simple and clean.

Don't expect the bells and whistles. The hotel is sufficient. It appears to be a newer property (within the last few years), but it is not a fancy hotel. Upon checking in, the printer was broken, so the staff couldn't check me in normally. The room was okay. It had a two-burner stove, but there were no utensils to cook or eat with. The bathroom was nice, but the water pressure was terrible. Fortunately, the water temperature was good. The hotel has a gym, which seems sufficient if you stay a day or two. Overall, I would consider staying at the hotel again, primarily due to its affordability and location.

Check in was seamless, and professional. Parking was easy, and the facilities were clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property is clean and relatively new but it is primarily an extended stay place and is noisy with lots of kids. It quietens down after dark. The staff left a shipping pallet of supplies sitting in the hallway for 2 of the 3 days of my stay. They offer NO amenities not even coffee.

As of the posting of this review, this hotel opened 06June2024. Spick and span new !!!! Keep in mind, this hotel is an extended stay type. Kitchen has full size fridge and cooktop. Amenities not so much: No cooking or eating utensils. No shampoo except for one bar of soap. No complementary breakfast. Didn’t see a swimming pool either but has a massive coin-op laundry with $4 washer load. Hence, this hotel is kinda a spinoff like Microtel. New and clean hotel at the time of this posting. Dunkin’ Donuts and BOJANGLES within walking distance. Average rating left due to lack of amenities.

There only one elevator and it does work for the second floor ,wifi does work only in the corridor

Room smelled fishy and floors were greasy and wet from humidity. Staff was amazing though.

It's dirty and there are cockroaches in the room.

Pros- property and surrounding area was clean. Was greeted with nice, professional staff. Questions were answered without the run around. Room was clean (I always double clean when traveling and not a speck of dust or dirt was on my cleansing wipes or gloves). Room and bathroom was spacious. Happy the bathroom was made to be handicap friendly (lots of handles and a chair to place in tub for sitting) as I have a family member who requires assistance when taking showers. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the mattress being wrapped in a mattress protector. Convenience of eatery's and shopping only a few minutes away of driving. Gas station directly across the street. Cons- room was a bit muggy but think that was because of the rain from the past few days. There is no continental breakfast. However, there is a Dunkin Donuts next door and a McDonald's within a 1-2 min walking distance. Overall, The pros outweigh the cons and the cons do not cancel out me returning. I had a great stay and can't wait to return

Really bad. The room was full of cockroaches at the time to check in. No more rooms available and had to go and find another hotel late at night. We hope Expedia or the hotel give us a refund

I didn't like the fact that location sold us a room with a stove and refrigerator but did not provide pots and pans or cups and plates in the kitchenette. When I called the office they explained the only rooms that received those were the 1st floor. After speaking with the 2nd rep we were told we could rent the items for an additional $30. They only include one wash rag and towel per person. The room did not include a curtain. Not even a paper napkin or coffee maker. I made it clear to the office Staff that a simple statement at check-in would have at least served as notification to not expect anything more than a bed. The place was neat but not clean. Several items feom the last guest were still in the room. I didn't complain or ask for a room change. It was just par for the course. The location was central to everything I needed to do.

I would not stay again… I was attracted to the fact that this was suppose to be a “new” hotel and the price was low. There were so many problems. We arrived early and attempted to check in. The front desk attendant didn’t even look up from her phone to tell me that they were unable. We get back at 3. We were checked into our room and it was horrible. There was an extremely foul smell, the restroom was disgusting, The floors were dirty. Nothing had been cleaned. Thankfully, one of the staff members Tameka was so helpful. She was in the process of cleaning a room and helped us get That room. Now the room was comfortable, however, the bathroom lights went out multiple times and we asked the front desk to come and fix it. No one came.. The toilet also broke. Thankfully it was an easy fix. I will not be coming back you get what you pay for no matter how new a place is.

There was a dirty rag on top of the shower head... different colors and types of hair all over the bed, under the covers, on then pillows and all over the floors getting stuck to feet and socks. Complained and all she said was omg. We had to take out own trash to the dumpsters, thats whay they told us when we asked for housekeeping. Staffs said if we wanted daily housekeeping there was an additional fee. We had to return dirty towels before we could get clean towels and some of the female staff were just rude. This was a very unusual stay.

It had only been open for a month everything was new

While this is a newer Hotel there was a slew of issues that made us leave and find another. The front room staff were almost never present then upset if called upon for help. The Hotel smelled of Smoke and Weed to the point it would seep into your clothes. Our room seem partially cleaned we found food on the floor, dirt and it felt unclean for such a new hotel. The bathroom has no water pressure, minimum supplies. The noise outside was terrible, people blaring music and a shop located next door running industrial air compressors all hours of the night. The hotel itself is in a rough area of town so keep that in mind if booking.

I complained several times about not having hot water after a long day coming back to the hotel. They said it was fixed but it was always the same. Also all TV channels above 30 or so were lost on the last few nights.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Internet is not great ok for phones but not for work related on laptops.

Place was clean, new, and manageable. However, it’s pretty barebones. They do have the kitchenettes but don’t give you so much as a pan or cutlery to use in it. They do have a gym, but have one weight machine with almost no attachments, and not even a rack of dumbbells. The bed has literally 2 pretty poor pillows. The shower has low water pressure, like my body was cold even though the water hitting my head was hot because there was so little water.

Absolute garbage of a hotel. Water pressure low, bathtub was not draining, bed was trash. I had a 6 day stay booked at this hotel, and I left after the first night. Staff didn't fix the drainage problem, after repeated requests, then they got upset that I asked them to cancel the rest of my nights. Absolute filth and garbage. Stay somewhere else. Save your money. It's not worth it

The rooms and employees were very nice. The rooms are so thin that you can hear every single move. It sounded like someone above us was moving furniture. Asked the front desk she said she would call and let them know. But that didn’t help they just got louder. There was always a smell of something other than cigarettes in the hallway and elevator. Also was not told at checking if we needed more towels to bring them down in the basket for more. If you need a blow dryer make sure you bring your own.

Took forever to get the front desk staff to show up, a sweet lady from housekeeping started the process of looking up our reservation cause no one was showing up. If you need a handicap shower the front desk staff could care less. I even asked before leaving the desk if it was a transfer shower as booked she said yes we get to the room and it’s a regular tub/shower. Went back down the stairs cause the elevator was out (good thing my husband was not in his wheelchair) to get the right room and had to tell her three times it was not a handicap tub before she understood like I didn’t know what a tub is. Ended up with a portable shower chair in a handicap tub not shower. If you are needing the kitchenette for your stay be aware they do not provide any cookware, utensils plates silverware or coffee pot. Bring your own towels if staying more than one night they only give two towels and two washcloths for any length of stay. The staff should be aware of which rooms are handicap and take the time to see when they are booked.. and contact customers if they run out.

Upon arrival was told my reservation had been cancelled due to the fact they “attempted to reach me to confirm my booking, and did not hear from me”. Paid higher rate to rebook at hotel. Was given room with terrible odors and had to request new room. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and left the following morning. Do not stay here.

It took over a half hour to get checked in. The girl didn't know how to process the check in. And wanted to charge is again. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I stayed in this same property less than 6 months ago when they were just opened for two weeks and we loved the property in June 2024, fast forward 8 months later and it’s ghetto! People in the back of the hotel smoking weed, someone has put a grill on the side of the property and was barbecuing! It has definitely attracted the wrong crowd, and we will never book again. Not to mention when we arrived the hotel cancelled our booking. We didn’t cancel on Expedia, we picked pay at property as we always do and Our card had two charge attempts the day we were sat for arrival and then told we had no booking reservations and they only had one room left but it was an upgrade and more expensive for $374.21 we took it because it was $104.24 less than what I was going to be originally charged but definitely wasn’t an upgrade. My last two complaints is one the water, the pressure is okay but the hot water does not get out and if it does it’s not hot for long. Lastly, the kids running around the property like it’s a playground with no adult supervision.

We had to leave the day after we got there because my father passed away. The kindness shown by the staff is something I’ll never forget. Truly good people.

Showed up late because we were driving a far distance to get to the hotel and just stopping for the night. Upon arrival (1:45) we couldn’t get in to the hotel bc the staff was sleeping. The courtesy phone outside the door did not work. We waited for 45 minutes to get inside just to be informed that they cancelled our reservation because they didn’t think we were coming. We had to rebook a room and dispute the original charge. The property itself was clean and great for the price but the surrounding area didn’t really feel safe.

This hotel does exactly what it's supposed to do, and that's not a bad thing. It provides a clean, inexpensive option that gets you close to Savannah. It was roughly 10-15 minutes driving to downtown. What you should NOT expect, is a high end place with lots of amenities. This isn't that, and there are plenty of more expensive options that fill that void. It was very clean, and the fact that it's a suite equipped with a kitchenette is nice as well (although we didn't really use that feature, it was nice to have the option). No extras, though. Two small pillows per bed, with no extra pillows available from the front desk (we asked). The beds weren't particularly comfortable, but they did the job. No hair dryer in the room, and none available (again, we asked). Our bad for not bringing one, Walmart hooked us up for $11. The place is a very good value if you're traveling on a budget, and probably one of the only reasonably priced stays near Savannah that provide a clean nice space. If that's all you need, this is your spot. Just be aware you'll need to bring extra pillows, towels, and anything else you may need because if it's not mentioned explicitly in the room description, they aren't going to have it available.

We really liked in there. very convinient

This is an extended stay property, would be lovely for those that travel with a coffee pot and towels and have time to make their own ice. There isn’t an ice machine on the entire property. You are only given two towels per room despite the amount of occupants. You have to exchange your towel to get a new one. The address doesn’t pop up in GPS… it takes you to the shopping center behind it. I realize this is a new hotel, however a coffee pot is much for valuable to someone traveling than the cutting board that is provided in each room.

The hotel was nice enough for our trip to Savannah and had a nice kitchen option for food and drinks for the week. It was convenient ride to downtown Savannah and area hotel was located was okay ( I didn’t feel unsafe)… for the price and location. You only get one towel for each party in your room and if you change them out, they want the others back asap. Also, I was not aware that there was no hairdryer on the rooms and had to buy one when I got down there. ( we flew into the area and I took for granted that “most” hotels have them now.) They did let me check out an iron and ironing board from the front desk to iron our nice clothes. There was not an option to check out a hair dryer. Be sure to buy plastic ware and plates and napkins if you are planning to cook as the kitchen is not stocked with any essentials. No coffee pots in room but the coffee in the lobby was good. There is a Dunkin Donuts right in front of the hotel and other food options near the hotel. The closest grocery chain we found was about 15 min past the hotel at Kroger. Staff is limited but answered questions when asked. We asked for a couple more pillows. My hubby and I thought that the bed was uncomfortable but that’s subjective to the sleeper. It was a nice room overall. It was good for the price but if we come back to Savannah area. I would probably try somewhere else. Oh and night before check out ..the fire alarm went off in the hotel at 3am due to someone cooking. That was a surprise!!

It was clean. There are no amenities. There are no pots and pans, dinnerware, or anything. You can buy all those things from the office. There is nothing to wash dishes with. I've stayed at extended stay properties before and they've all provided at least basic kitchen items. Unless you're planning to bring your own kitchen accoutrements, the affordability will be offset by getting all the things you need. Because of this I checked out early. The staff was kind and refunded the remaineder of my prepaid reservation (I didn't even ask).

For this to be a “residential” type hotel, there’s a little stove, fridge and microwave, some towels, hangers and a laundry basket and literally that’s it. Well some plastic cups. There are no pots and pans, dishes, ironing board, coffee maker, blow dryer, not even Kleenex tissues. You have to sign for everything at the front desk. This is very inconvenient. You do best ironing your clothes all at once when you get the ironing board. There’s a Dunkin Donuts across the parking lot for coffee. There isn’t housekeeping either. I will say this, the room was clean and the staff was very nice.
