The Fun Spot 3 - Serene Home with Beautiful Lake & Mtn Views to Relax and Enjoy!

Our friends and family had a much enjoyable, relaxing time, all the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, loved the big kitchen and center island, did all the cooking there, a memorable vacation!!

I did not get to stay at this lovely property due to health issues but Kylor was extraordinarily responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here next year!

Kylor and Susan are absolutely the BEST! We contacted them over a year ago about planning our wedding and interested in their property. He invited us to come walk-through during his family’s getaway to view the property! We instantly fell in love as I’m sure they did when they first saw the property. The natural lighting is amazing throughout the house. It’s so peaceful and relaxing no matter where you are. The kitchen just wow with the room to move around comfortably with multiple people in there and accommodating with multiple stovetops, dishwashers, sinks, refrigerators and counter spaces. There are plenty of serving dishes, plates, silverware and cooking supplies there. The interior decor (colors) are absolutely stunning with the lake theme and my favorite detail that ties it all together. The grille outside and tables came in very handy for us during our visit. We had a bit of an issue the first day there and Kylor had a solution immediately. The downstairs theatre room and games were a huge hit and the pool table. The sound system was awesome to play music outside and relax in the hammocks. It was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom (so no sharing haha). The views of the lake no matter where you are is just absolutely stunning! Just an overall wonderful experience and host made it even more special to us.

Fun House 3 was a wonderful way to begin our summer season. Memorial Day weekend with family and friends was comfortably spent on the spacious dock as well as the overly accommodating house. The bedrooms all are spacious and comfortable with up to date bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for hosting a large group for multiple meals. The weather was beautiful which allowed us to spend most of our time on the amazing dock. We loved using the kayaks, SUPs, floaties, corn hole and spike ball. So nice having all the toys available at the house. The owners provided detailed information prior to arriving as well as checked in during our visit. They also graciously offered us extra time to enjoy the afternoon after a rainy morning. We will definitely make every effort to return.
