Vi havde 5 dejlige dage på A-Rosa. Super service, dejlig mad og gode faciliteter. Er man golfspiller er banen et besøg værd, men tag rigelig med bolde med.

The A-Rosa in Kitzbuhel is a well maintained, expansive property with good facilities and service, though it is expensive and at least 15-20 walk from the town centre. Pros - Expansive common areas including large bar area with sushi lounge - Excellent spa area with multiple types of sauna, steamroom etc. - Shuttle service to take you to the main ski lift and back - Good size rooms with well appointed bathrooms - Impressive buffet breakfast - Great, friendly service, for example from the concierge to very quickly purchase ski passes - InterSport shop on site made it easy to rent and return ski equipment Cons - The hotel is situated about 15-20mins walk from the town centre and the shuttle service only runs from 8am until 5pm which means that getting to / from dinner in town requires either a walk or a taxi - The rooms have no air conditioning and our room was overly hot. The only option to have a cooler room is to turn off the radiators and open the balcony door meaning it was very difficult to get an appropriate temperature for sleeping - In some areas the service provision is not 5 star - we we left to park our own car with no valet offered Overall we had a lovely stay at the A-Rosa but felt that ~Eur 700-800 per night (including spa access and breakfast buffet) was on the expensive side for the experience we had, particularly given the out-of-town location

Check-in painfully slow, but over our stay reception staff were very helpful. Dislike the fact that the hotel will not, on booking, guarantee a room with a true balcony - some have Juliet balconies Dislike the 15 euro per day parking charge at a hotel where the majority of guests arrive by car. Room. The hotel is approaching 20 years old and is due an upgrade and ongoing maintenance ( curtains unsecured, sink waste outlets dribble when filled. Towels and robes thin and need replacing). Pool/Sauna. Facilities generally good, but areas require a thorough clean ( screen between inner and outer pool and tiles by pool steps). ? Who would pay €215 for a pair of mens swimming shorts at the spa shop. Staff. Friendly, helpful and hard working. Food. Not a fan of buffet meals, but the station managed food is plentiful and good quality. Spoilt for choice. Shame on the customer who took all of the raspberries and cream off a gateau. Overall rating - very good, but could be better.

Sehr schönes Schlosshotel mit 9 Loch Golfplatz. Innen- und Aussenpool sowie grosszügig angelegter SPA-Bereich. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Am Abend steht ebenfalls ein reichhaltiges Buffet zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kitzbühel ist zu Fuss in ca 15 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Essen erstklassig (Frühstück sowie Abendessen in Buffetform). Wellnessbereich toll, allerdings fehlt mir ein Becken mit warmem Wasser (über 30 Grad). Standard-Zimmer sind wertig, sind aber in die Jahre gekommen. Waren schon ca. 10 mal im A-Rosa. Gerne wieder!

The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.

Zimmer sehr schön und tolle Aussicht (Blick über Kitzbühel auf den Hahnenkamm). Buffets sehr schön aufgebaut (immer alles vorhanden und frisch zubereitet). Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Die Willkommensrose ist eine nette Geste. Einzige Schwäche sind die Lifte im Haus, manchmal kommt es zu langen Wartezeiten.

Wer die aRosa Schiffe bzw. die anderen Hotels mag, wird auch dieses Hotel mögen. Es ist ein sehr schön gelegenes, grosses aber auch architektuell sehr interessantes Hotel mit vielfältigen Angeboten und sehr gutem Service. Die Speisenauswahl beim HP Buffet und auch beim Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig, einfallsreich und gut. Das Hotel bietet einiges an, um den Tag aktiv erleben zu können aber auch wenn man "nur" zum Skifahren da ist, ist auch der hoteleigene Shuttleservice sehr angenehm und bringt einen regelmäßig zu den Talstationen und von dort auch wieder zurück. Die Zimmer sind je nach gebuchter Kategorie grosszügig, aber haben nicht immer einen Panoramablick (zB auf die Streif) - wer darauf wert legt, sollte das bei der Buchung bereits sicherstellen. Sehr tolles Hotel, tolles Zimmer. Auch das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sind sensationell. Außergewöhnlicher Wellnessbereich mit vielen verschiedenen Saunen sowie einem Innen- und Außenpool waren ein Erlebnis für uns. Das Personal ist perfekt bis auf einzelne Ausnahmen (Kaugummi kauen während der Aufnahme der Getränke und Bedienung beim Abendessen wirkt nicht so professionell für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie). Aber alles zusammen war es ein tolles Erlebnis.

The A-Rosa in Kitzbuhel is a well maintained, expansive property with good facilities and service, though it is expensive and at least 15-20 walk from the town centre. Pros - Expansive common areas including large bar area with sushi lounge - Excellent spa area with multiple types of sauna, steamroom etc. - Shuttle service to take you to the main ski lift and back - Good size rooms with well appointed bathrooms - Impressive buffet breakfast - Great, friendly service, for example from the concierge to very quickly purchase ski passes - InterSport shop on site made it easy to rent and return ski equipment Cons - The hotel is situated about 15-20mins walk from the town centre and the shuttle service only runs from 8am until 5pm which means that getting to / from dinner in town requires either a walk or a taxi - The rooms have no air conditioning and our room was overly hot. The only option to have a cooler room is to turn off the radiators and open the balcony door meaning it was very difficult to get an appropriate temperature for sleeping - In some areas the service provision is not 5 star - we we left to park our own car with no valet offered Overall we had a lovely stay at the A-Rosa but felt that ~Eur 700-800 per night (including spa access and breakfast buffet) was on the expensive side for the experience we had, particularly given the out-of-town location

Der Service ist absolut perfekt. Alle extrem freundlich, alles wird machbar gemacht. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie "Eis am Pool auf der Liegewiese", Geputzte Scheiben zur Abfahrt, eine Rose zur Begrüßung, toller check in, einfach alles perfekt !!

Tolle Unterkunft mit schönen Wellness Bereich. Service im allgemeinen gut, nur im Restaurant teilweise längere Wartezeit. Nicht so gut hat uns gefallen, dass es wenig vegetarische Auswahl beim Abendessen gab.

Check-in painfully slow, but over our stay reception staff were very helpful. Dislike the fact that the hotel will not, on booking, guarantee a room with a true balcony - some have Juliet balconies Dislike the 15 euro per day parking charge at a hotel where the majority of guests arrive by car. Room. The hotel is approaching 20 years old and is due an upgrade and ongoing maintenance ( curtains unsecured, sink waste outlets dribble when filled. Towels and robes thin and need replacing). Pool/Sauna. Facilities generally good, but areas require a thorough clean ( screen between inner and outer pool and tiles by pool steps). ? The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.

Vi havde 5 dejlige dage på A-Rosa. Super service, dejlig mad og gode faciliteter. Er man golfspiller er banen et besøg værd, men tag rigelig med bolde med.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit Wellness (Indoor und Outdoorpool). Sehr freundliches Personal. Einstellhalle mit Elektro-Ladestation. Kitzbühel ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Mehrere Restaurants vorhanden. Halbpension im Buffetrestaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Our stay at Arosa was perfection! From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and special. We enjoyed hiking in the area and using the sauna amenities afterward. The Das Kaps restaurant and bar menu made it easy to enjoy dinner on the premises. Would highly recommend!

Sehr schönes Schlosshotel mit 9 Loch Golfplatz. Innen- und Aussenpool sowie grosszügig angelegter SPA-Bereich. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Essen erstklassig (Frühstück sowie Abendessen in Buffetform). Wellnessbereich toll, allerdings fehlt mir ein Becken mit warmem Wasser (über 30 Grad). Standard-Zimmer sind wertig, sind aber in die Jahre gekommen. Waren schon ca. 10 mal im A-Rosa. Gerne wieder!

The only option to have a cooler room is to turn off the radiators and open the balcony door meaning it was very difficult to get an appropriate temperature for sleeping - In some areas the service provision is not 5 star - we we left to park our own car with no valet offered Overall we had a lovely stay at the A-Rosa but felt that ~Eur 700-800 per night (including spa access and breakfast buffet) was on the expensive side for the experience we had, particularly given the out-of-town location

Es war wieder ein Traum. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Restaurant bietet ein Essen was kaum zu übertreffen ist. Rundum ist dieser Ort eine Wohlfühl Oase.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schönen Wellness Bereich. Service im allgemeinen gut, nur im Restaurant teilweise längere Wartezeit. Nicht so gut hat uns gefallen, dass es wenig vegetarische Auswahl beim Abendessen gab.

Sehr schönes Schlosshotel mit 9 Loch Golfplatz. Innen- und Aussenpool sowie grosszügig angelegter SPA-Bereich. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Am Abend steht ebenfalls ein reichhaltiges Buffet zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kitzbühel ist zu Fuss in ca 15 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Check-in painfully slow, but over our stay reception staff were very helpful. Dislike the fact that the hotel will not, on booking, guarantee a room with a true balcony - some have Juliet balconies Dislike the 15 euro per day parking charge at a hotel where the majority of guests arrive by car. Room. The hotel is approaching 20 years old and is due an upgrade and ongoing maintenance ( curtains unsecured, sink waste outlets dribble when filled. Towels and robes thin and need replacing). Pool/Sauna. Facilities generally good, but areas require a thorough clean ( screen between inner and outer pool and tiles by pool steps). ? Who would pay €215 for a pair of mens swimming shorts at the spa shop. Staff. Friendly, helpful and hard working. Food. Not a fan of buffet meals, but the station managed food is plentiful and good quality. Spoilt for choice. Shame on the customer who took all of the raspberries and cream off a gateau. Overall rating - very good, but could be better.

Zimmer sehr schön und tolle Aussicht (Blick über Kitzbühel auf den Hahnenkamm). Buffets sehr schön aufgebaut (immer alles vorhanden und frisch zubereitet). Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Die Willkommensrose ist eine nette Geste. Einzige Schwäche sind die Lifte im Haus, manchmal kommt es zu langen Wartezeiten.
