At 4 pm conçierg told us we couldn’t go to the rooftop without a reservation, but could take a Quick Look. When we went up we were greeted and told we could sit at high tables or the bar which we did, had a cheese/charcuterie & drinks, very enjoyable. At check in, why not talk about the rooftop?

Great location, extremely clean, great food & drinks, and I believe home the only rooftop bar in Cassis! The staff was very nice but there were a few communication errors between them and Expedia when I tried to edit the reservation so be aware of that. Also if you are driving and want to park be sure to call the hotel and reserve a spot with them before arrive as spaces are limited. But I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

In the heart of Cassis. The hotel offers modern facilities. Linen and cleanliness VG. Bed very comfortable. Room size for Deluxe with sea view very small however bathroom large. Staff were pleasant. Air Conditioning VG. Great Roof top Bar. Walk out the door to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Enjoy complimentary cake, coffee in foyer. People watch, enjoy sunset from a balcony room.

This hotel was perfect for our long weekend in Cassis. It is centrally located and provides an easy access to the whole town. The recent renovations have resulted in a hotel with all modern necessities, but with character nevertheless. Our room was small but comfortable. The small balcony was nice. The breakfast room provided a very nice view of the port area, and the rooftop bar allowed us to relax while taking in the view. Highly recommended.

Amazing updated hotel in the heart of Cassis. The staff was amazing and Jessica was extremely helpful and friendly. Located in the absolute best spot in town. Book a table on the roof top deck for a cocktail and watching the sunset. Highly recommended.

The property is nearly there. It will be wonderful once complete however they are finishing a renovation that has construction workers walking around in and out of rooms fixing things. The hotel seems rushed to open given the amount of workers helping finish wiring, painting and other items. This was not what was stated when we booked and surprised this is the state it was in. Beyond this we did have AC issues and TV issues but could attribute those to a hotel that may have opened a few weeks too soon. Other than that the accommodations are wonderful, perfect location and an excellent roof top for an evening drink. Just be sure to make a reservation! Overall impressed.

The hotel is excellent in every way. It is located just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff were wonderful and engaging. My room was immaculate and very quiet. Thee bed was la luxury on its own. Everything was spotlessly.clean. There is a rooftop area with drinks and tapas , with a great view of the sea and mountains. This was my first time in Cassis and I will definitely be back.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and rooftop bar for cocktails and apps. We had the double comfort room - it was so small. My husband and I could barely walk around the bed without tripping over our luggage. There are larger rooms, so be sure to book one of those if you choose to stay at this property. The hallway carpets could be updated/replaced with hardwood.

Bon séjour, l'hôtel est bien, agréable, belle vue sur le port et la mer. Quelques point à améliorer sur l'état de la moquette qui est tachée dans la chambre et quelques poussières suite aux récents travaux.

The property is very central, right next to the beach, marina and many waterfront restaurants, as well as boat tours of the calanques and other activities. It is not far from hiking paths to the calanques. The hotel staff at the reception desk was kind and helpful and even encouraged me to practice my French! The hotel is modern and clean. There are robes and slippers for the guests. The breakfast was wonderful! (The server was also friendly and attentive.)

Wonderful hotel with great staff and a perfect location. Rooms are very tight, but completely updated, and the air conditioning managed to handle a record-setting heat dome, for which we were really grateful. We also appreciated the fact that the rooftop bar staff and management always found us seats in the very popular bar, even though we never had reservations. A nice guest perk.

The hotel on nicely situated at the harbor of Cassis, hotel was pretty and clean. Rooms are very small so is the bathroom, no place to put anything. The bed is not as advertised, again very small, if it was bigger it did not fit the room. Airconditioning almost not working if you put it lower it shuts of completely, so very warm in the room. Staff was ok could not do anything to help, asked for a bigger room and pay for it but the hotel was full.

A beautiful modern and newly renovated hotel right in the port of Cassis. The location was great and our room had views of the water and town. The room was quite small but was beautifully decorated. The hotel was clean. I would recommend staying here.

Nyrenovert hotell med super plassering i sentrum og bare noen meter fra stranda i Cassis. Vi reiste som familie og hadde bestilt 4 rom. Alle rommene var like fine, men veldig små noe som er å forvente i Frankrike. Rommene mot sidegatene var noe mørke, men de med utsikt mot sjøen var veldig lyse og fine med balkong.

Un personnel tres agréable. Nous sommes venus pour la course Marseille-cassis, et l'hôtel a adapté l'horaire du petit déjeuner, et tout les coureurs présents ont pu être à l'heure au départ après s'être restaurés. Le personnel est vraiment très à l'écoute, disponible et très agréable. Chambre confortable, agréable et très propre. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, et je pense qu'il n'est pas impossible que je revienne

The ladies (Ocean, etc) at the reception desk are extremely helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming. They made us feel at home. Breakfast staff are very friendly and efficient.,

I loved everything about the Hotel Liautaud: the suite with extended balcony, the beautiful breakfast room and the attentive and courteous staff. The hotel is located along the main street, opposite the marina in this picturesque walkable town. Hotel staff arranged private taxi at a reasonable cost for my drive to the Marseille TGV station. Overall it was an excellent hotel stay.

Amazing updated hotel in the heart of Cassis. The staff was amazing and Jessica was extremely helpful and friendly. Located in the absolute best spot in town. Book a table on the roof top deck for a cocktail and watching the sunset. Highly recommended.

Air Conditioning VG. Great Roof top Bar. Walk out the door to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Enjoy complimentary cake, coffee in foyer. People watch, enjoy sunset from a balcony room.

The hotel remodel is gorgeous and the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Be aware that it is situated on the main plaza so there will be noise at night.

The property is very central, right next to the beach, marina and many waterfront restaurants, as well as boat tours of the calanques and other activities. It is not far from hiking paths to the calanques. The hotel staff at the reception desk was kind and helpful and even encouraged me to practice my French! The hotel is modern and clean. There are robes and slippers for the guests. The breakfast was wonderful! (The server was also friendly and attentive.)

This hotel was perfect for our long weekend in Cassis. It is centrally located and provides an easy access to the whole town. The recent renovations have resulted in a hotel with all modern necessities, but with character nevertheless. Our room was small but comfortable. The small balcony was nice. The breakfast room provided a very nice view of the port area, and the rooftop bar allowed us to relax while taking in the view. Highly recommended.

Great location, extremely clean, great food & drinks, and I believe home the only rooftop bar in Cassis! The staff was very nice but there were a few communication errors between them and Expedia when I tried to edit the reservation so be aware of that. Also if you are driving and want to park be sure to call the hotel and reserve a spot with them before arrive as spaces are limited. But I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

The hotel is excellent in every way. It is located just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff were wonderful and engaging. My room was immaculate and very quiet. Thee bed was la luxury on its own. Everything was spotlessly.clean. There is a rooftop area with drinks and tapas , with a great view of the sea and mountains. This was my first time in Cassis and I will definitely be back.

The staff was amazing, so helpful for information and things to do! They also even brought us to the train station in a cute little hotel car when our ride didn't show up! ! Loved the hotel and the location was perfect! The harbor and the reastaurants and shops are right outside your door! The only negative thing I have to say was that the carpet in our room either needed shampooing or replacing. Lost of stains from what looked like coffee. Everything else seemed very clean, so it was probably just stains that they couldn't get out. We got a standard room and it was very small. We brought too much luggage (2 carry on, one medium checked bag, and a couple smaller bags from buying gifts) so we were having to step over it to get to the bed. They have larger room options, but we just stopped there one night during our two week trip so we chose not to upgrade. Just thought that might be good info for people who haven't stayed here before.

Beautiful hotel with a view to die for! Very good service. I got an upgrade to a sea facing room and it was the most lovely stay ! The breakfast was sumptuous and highly recommended. I enjoyed my stay at hotel Liautaud and can’t wait to go back there again soon!
