Unit is recently remodeled. TONS of exterior lighting, 24 or more security cameras. Location is "in the woods' so there are no passers-by or other non-guest visitors. New fixtures and fresh paint. Linens and things are basic but functional. It is an 'above average' location for this price point. Would stay again if necessary.

Clean room, quiet

We were on the first floor. We found one roach in the bathroom and one was crawling on our bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. I would suggest to bring your own pillow. The AC/heating unit is old and didn’t work very well. The room could have been cleaned better. The plus was we had our dog and one dog is free. The area was kind of sketch but only 15 or so minutes to downtown Greenville.

Here’s a polished version of your Not worth it — roach infestation and poor conditions The front desk staff were very friendly, and I appreciated that the parking lot was well lit and had video camera coverage. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The first room I was offered was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke. The second room was slightly better but still had a musty odor — and worst of all, there were roaches and other bugs everywhere. It was disgusting. The air conditioner didn’t work properly, and I could hear every noise from outside due to poor soundproofing. Overall, this was an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. I would never stay here again. Definitely not worth dealing with a roach infestation.

Room had more than 20 stink bugs in it was told because it was close to the wood line.
