Viceroy at Ombria Algarve

Nos molestó mucho la atención y servicio del personal. Mal servicio. Es un hotel que si bien está alejado, notamos que a la mayoría de los huéspedes les cobraban el desayuno. Eso esta muy mal. No hay un café en 20km alrededor y no menos de 15 minutos en auto. El servicio de saunas, y pileta cubierta climatizada tienes que pagar el día siendo huéspedes del hotel. Esto es terrible y de muy mal gusto. Tantas albercas y ninguna climatizada. No es un resort para hospedarse en invierno.

My stay was absolutely amazing! From beginning to end. We traveled to celebrate my daughter’s 1st birthday and I am so glad I picked this place. From the kid accommodation’s, to the kids club, to all the babies we met there and just how helpful the staff was just made the stay amazing. Food was absolutely delicous and the views were even better than pictured. Can not wait to be back!

Pool mag iets warmer, douches bij het zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe. De kranen laten los. De kamers heel fijn en comfortabel.

Stunning hotel but teething troubles with staffing at the start of the season.

An Elegant Hotel that lives up to its stars. From the moment you enter this hotel, you experience a sense of calm and relaxation created by the exceptional staff and the beautiful decor. I was impressed by the personal touch provided by Joana in Client Services at the Hotel. She assured us that if we needed anything to let her know. Joana goes the extra mile to make sure guests have a fantastic stay.. This hotel makes its clients feel special simply by the fabulous service they provide from the staff on the front desk and from the staff assisting with luggage and valet service. Paulo did a fabulous job looking after us with respect to showing us the features of the resort, assisting with luggage and making sure our car was charged and available when we needed it. We loved our 5-day stay in this stylish hotel. Our room was modern and sophisticated with dark wood and beige ascents that helped create a relaxing environment. The bathroom with its modern amenities was spacious and had a wonderful rain shower. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. The room provided the perfect respite after a day of visiting museums and sightseeing. Another reason to stay here is their fabulous restaurant. João Simões and Inês did a wonderful job making sure our dining experiences were memorable. This is one hotel that is a must to stay at. You will not be disappointed
