For our way of travelling, it offers us what we need like a friendly welcome, available services and a clean, friendly service comfortable room to rest. We don't have to travel far to get to it.

Clean and well maintained room. Staff were helpful and pleasant. We didn't have breakfast as part of our stay but rather a light snack at the coffee shop outside, food was ok but nothing special. The additional charge to use the on-site pool and gym felt excessive and we chose not to use it.

We had a one-night stay after we landed in Melbourne near midnight. We walked from the terminal to the hotel, and the staff were ready to greet us. We chose to use the staff over the automated check-in. Although it was late, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. We were checked straight into our room, which was modern, clean and tidy. Everything worked, and we were able to get to our rest quickly. I would stay here again.
