Free easy parking, walkable to Byward Market. Breakfast was amazing. Owner was wonderful to let me stay a little longer as my flight was later in day. Rooms on lower level are for 1 person and small luggage, upstairs rooms are for 2 people & larger luggage. A/C was perfect, very clean, & comfortable bed.

This is a gem! The hosts were veey friendly and accomodating. The room was great and being able to use the kitchen to sit ar.the lotchen table.and chat and have tea.was lovely. The breakfast was fresh and excellent! We couldn't have asked.for.more!

The room and bathroom were a bit small, but overall cozy, comfortable, and clean. The area is quiet and within walking distance of the main attractions. Breakfast was included in the booking, although it wasn’t served during our stay on either day; instead, we were reimbursed (otherwise, a voucher would have been provided). We also made use of the kitchen for a few of our meals; board games and a TV are available too, making it easy to enjoy some relaxing time in the house.

Wow, what a find in downtown Ottawa, super conveniently located, very good price as well. The rooms were new, well appointed, comfortable and great rainfall shower. Parking in the back at very good price as well. Elodie and her husband were so welcoming and nice. The service and breakfast was top notch. We would highly recommend!

This is a nice place to stay. It’s was tiny room, but so clean and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen! Breakfast was so delicious, freshly prepared in front of us. Check in was easy. And location!!!! 15 min walk to Parlament Hill. I would stay there again!

I stay in Ottawa often and decided to change it up by staying at this cute bed and breakfast. I arrived at night and it was completely dark. The parking is directly behind the place and there is no lighting whatsoever and it felt unsafe. It feels like you're staying in a room at someone's house. Other guests arrived late and stayed up making noise and talking until 6am!!!! There's is no sound proofing here AT ALL and I heard everything and couldn't sleep the entire night. It was the worst experience and I will never stay here again. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, I do not recommend staying here.

This is a hidden gem in Ottawa. A beautifully restored old home converted into a bed and breakfast. The room is small but feels very cozy and welcoming the bed is incredibly comfortable. The private bathroom is well stocked with all necessities. And everything is absolutely spotless. I was also a huge fan of the decor, very well thought out. And to top it off the host is so accommodating and kind.

Spent three nights at the Don House in Centretown. My room was cozy,bright and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the hosts was seamless. Had a wonderful sleep after a long journey. Breakfast, the next morning, was prepared for us and was fresh and tasty. The rainfall shower was a treat and well outfitted with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The towels were large and fluffy! The hosts were eager to please and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I will be back the next time I’m in Ottawa! Thank you.

Das B&B ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles ist total sauber und der Empfang von Elodie war super herzlich! Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, beim Frühstück in der kleinen Küche kommt man sofort mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft in der Nähe der Stadt. Wir waren nur zu Fuß unterwegs und das war auch problemlos machbar. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer ist schon recht klein, vor allem wenn man zu zweit unterwegs ist und Koffer dabei hat. Die Bad ist sehr klein, aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck. Da wir am Wochenende da waren, gab es frisches Frühstück und das war echt cool. Zusammen in der Küche wurde alles für uns vorbereitet ne wir saßen zusammen mit anderen Gästen am Küchentisch. Das Ambiente war wirklich familiär. Einige Gäste haben geschrieben, dass die Umgebung keinen sicheren Eindruck macht. Ich kann bestätigen das es an manchen Straßenecken nicht sicher aussieht, aber wir haben uns nicht unsicher gefühlt und das mit Handy und Digitalkamera in der Hand. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und somit auch empfehlen.

I was a bit concerned when I walked into the room and the mattress was on a set of open springs. However, the bed was quite comfortable—my wife never even noticed the open springs. Room was not large, but the breakfast was very good, and the hosts were wonderful.

very good and kind host, everything was high quality and amazing. many facilities are available. just note it's more of a house so sound proof is not the best (bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper) but overall one of the best places I've stayed!

The private bathroom is well stocked with all necessities. And everything is absolutely spotless. I was also a huge fan of the decor, very well thought out. And to top it off the host is so accommodating and kind.

11/10! The place is beautiful, relaxing and clean. Elodie is a great host and provided great suggestions about the city. It’s close to shops and restaurants, everything within walking distance. I’ve already stayed here twice and would definitely book again! Highly recommend!

Elodie was so friendly and welcoming during my stay. I really appreciate her accommodation and the place itself was very clean. The interiors were well decorated and check-in/check-out was very easy. I would stay here again!

Free easy parking, walkable to Byward Market. Breakfast was amazing. Owner was wonderful to let me stay a little longer as my flight was later in day. Rooms on lower level are for 1 person and small luggage, upstairs rooms are for 2 people & larger luggage. A/C was perfect, very clean, & comfortable bed.

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft in der Nähe der Stadt. Wir waren nur zu Fuß unterwegs und das war auch problemlos machbar. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer ist schon recht klein, vor allem wenn man zu zweit unterwegs ist und Koffer dabei hat. Die Bad ist sehr klein, aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck. Da wir am Wochenende da waren, gab es frisches Frühstück und das war echt cool. Zusammen in der Küche wurde alles für uns vorbereitet ne wir saßen zusammen mit anderen Gästen am Küchentisch. Das Ambiente war wirklich familiär. Einige Gäste haben geschrieben, dass die Umgebung keinen sicheren Eindruck macht. Ich kann bestätigen das es an manchen Straßenecken nicht sicher aussieht, aber wir haben uns nicht unsicher gefühlt und das mit Handy und Digitalkamera in der Hand. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und somit auch empfehlen.

I would highly recommend the Don Club! Clean, comfortable room in a renovated home downtown. Great location within easy walking distance of major landmarks downtown. Hosts are extremely friendly and breakfast was great!

I stay in Ottawa often and decided to change it up by staying at this cute bed and breakfast. I arrived at night and it was completely dark. The parking is directly behind the place and there is no lighting whatsoever and it felt unsafe. It feels like you're staying in a room at someone's house. Other guests arrived late and stayed up making noise and talking until 6am!!!! There's is no sound proofing here AT ALL and I heard everything and couldn't sleep the entire night. It was the worst experience and I will never stay here again. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, I do not recommend staying here.

New bed and breakfast conveniently located in downtown Ottawa. Elodie and Shaq are welcoming hosts and take their time to get to know their guests. Breakfast is cooked fresh based on when we wanted to eat. I had a wonderful stay and looking forward to a future trip!

Das B&B ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles ist total sauber und der Empfang von Elodie war super herzlich! Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, beim Frühstück in der kleinen Küche kommt man sofort mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Great location - walkable. Easy parking behind the building. Well appointed guest house. Rooms are small & no extra common space to hang out. So you are either in your room or in the kitchen. Despite the white noise machine you can definitely hear the other occupants of the house. Hosts did leave ear plugs too. Delicious breakfast & lovely hosts. Very clean & modern furnishings.

The Don Club was an ideal perch for an afternoon and night in downtown Ottawa, nicely within walking distance of everything we wanted, and with a precious parking spot. The room is fresh, the bed very comfortable, the shower is well designed, the air conditioning was perfect (not too cold) for a summer evening, and the breakfast was just right and came with pleasant service. The only glitch we had, was that we did not receive a notification with the door code and our room code before we arrived. So we sweated outside until we could contact the manager through phoning, then texting, then receiving a return phone call, to gain access to the house.
