Booked a room for 2 nights 4 adults, 2 queen beds On arrival provided room with 1 queen bed only Finally provided 2 camping cots No other room available Only one staff on call for whole property at night (9:30 pm); she was helpful (not her fault) Have emailed manager per advice of staff; awaiting response Overall, not worth the stay for the $$ paid plus inconveniences

The room was very clean. Seems it was recently renovated, so washrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was continental and lots of food. All items were wrapped up. lots of parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location. We stayed 2 nights. It was very close (10 min max) to the train station for Agawa Canyon. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative was that there was no elevators.

Room was very modern and clean. As it backed onto a fast food drive thru place, there was some noise from vehicles but nothing major. Hallway carpet could have used a cleaning.

The perfect place to stay as we made our way across Canada! Free on-site parking, great location near a few restaurants, a completely updated room that was large and clean with handy features (like wall hooks near the door, roomy mini fridge with a freezer so we could refreeze our cooler ice packs), comfy beds and a simple TV interface (some hotel TVs are tough to figure out or slow to load). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room (breakfast was yummy and included - waffle maker!) We would definitely stay here again.
