Fint lille hotel uden reception. Lidt vanskeligt st komme ind, da der ikke var personale til stede og at ingen i første omgang tog telefonen. Da vi kom igennem telefonisk, blev vi via sms grundigt vejledt omkring indkvartering, morgenmad på anden adresse og dørlås. Så alt ialt et udmærket ophold dejligt tæt på banegården

La descripción en hoteles.com no es exacta, solo tenía una cama y necesitábamos 2. Es muy fácil de llegar desde la estación de tren, caminando y a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, la habitación está en un edificio antiguo en una zona ruidosa, sin embargo, es cómoda, totalmente renovada y cuenta con esta elevador.El pago lo realicé en un hotel que está a la vuelta que supongo también administran esa propiedad tipo apartamento y ahí mismo amablemente nos ayudaron a programar taxi al aeropuerto. El desayuno lo incluía y se servía en ese hotel Sayonara, sin bargo no lo probamos ya que salimos muy temprano.

The room itself was nice but getting in and out of the property through a tiny half door was unexpected. Once you figure it out it’s fine but the initial check in was not super smooth. I do like that everything is electronic/via text.

Door at street level is locked at night - need key or passcode. Undesirable neighborhood with homeless sleeping on the sidewalk, though this maybe normal for Naples. Heavy police presence in the area which was comforting.

La chambre est très bien équipe, agréable et propre.L'emplacement est pratique, proche de la gare. Par contre, ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel mais simplement une chambre dans un vieil immeuble donc l'accès est compliqué et très glauque. Il faut aller dans un autre immeuble pour prendre les petits-déjeuner et trouver un membre du personnel dont l'accès est aussi peu engageant.

A great stay in a beautiful room. As stated elsewhere, the rooms themselves have been recently renovated. I doubt you will find a cleaner, more comfortable room. The staff were exceptional. Front desk facilities and breakfast were just around the corner at the New Sayonara hotel and contrary to what you may read elsewhere, you do not need coins for the lift, nor do you need to download an app! Prior to your stay you will be contacted and the ever friendly team will stay in touch via WhatsApp. Super convenient for Centrale Station. Buses, taxis and trains all at your fingertips, no matter your destination. Would I stay again? Most definitely!

Stayed at Michele's property for 2 nights. We needed something close to the train station and to catch the Metro to a soccer game at Stadio Maradona. He was a wonderful host and the room was impeccable. Clean, new, fairly spacious, nice bathroom with a wonderful shower. The hotel door is not marked. It is basically an opening in a large wooden gate that opens to a garage area and then the stairs. It is part of a larger building.This seems to be common in Naples. Michele and staff were very kind, and allowed us to check in early. The surrounding area is not pleasant. There are homeless guys living across the street and a lot of street vendors/guys hanging out activity. We did not encounter any issues, even coming home at midnight with 2 kids. But it is not pretty or relaxing. I think the location works for proximity to the station, but I wouldn't choose it for a long stay since it is not as close to the nicer areas on Naples.

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per alcuni giorni ed è stata una splendida esperienza. Camera pulitissima e confortevole, ambiente curato, tutte le mattine passava la signora per fare le pulizie e una pulizia impeccabile che lasciava un profumino nella stanza, la posizione é ottima per visitare la città. Il personale si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile. Esperienza positiva, consigliata.” E la gentilezza della ragazza è la disponibilità dei proprietari fanno davvero la differenza. Consigliatissimo!”

The floor of the room was extremely dirty. I had to take two wet towels and hand mop the floor. Secondly - the “sofa bed” was extremely uncomfortable. The only good thing about this hotel/room was it’s VERY close to the train station. The area is pretty unsafe - saw many homeless people right outside the property. Garbage on the streets and bed smell everywhere.

Very close to train station, quite a sketch area, but we felt safe because the hotel is inside a building locked by a large door that you are given the code to enter. Very clean, modern rooms, very strong water pressure, poor bathroom lighting, very uncomfortable bed. Also very cheap, so overall a good deal. They give you vouchers for a free coffee and croissant at a small cafe down the street

A fantastic hotel. Convenient location a short stroll from the train station, and a short bus journey/taxi to the airport. On first appearance it didn't look great, as the hotel is down a passageway, but don't judge a book by it's cover. On entering the building it was fresh, clean and inviting. The staff were helpful and friendly. And then on entry into the room....wow! It was modern, spacious and had a huge outdoor area, with seating for socialising. Rooms were freshened up daily to a good standard.

The check-in process and cleanliness were fine, but we had trouble sleeping due to noise from neighboring rooms, like loud toilet flushes and door noises. Additionally, the 'free breakfast' was just one croissant and coffee, which was not up to our expectations at all. I cannot come back to this again and cannot recommend at all.

The area it self is not very nice, because the train station and the surroundings have a bad infra structure etc. But I really liked the rooms, and the shower was really nice. So I don't have anything to say about the accommodation, because they can't really help the area of Napoli

Struttura con camere piccole, la prima che ci hanno dato senza la possibilita' di aprire una finestra. Il bagno e' cieco con solo una piccola finestra che da' sulla camera da letto. Mancava l'acqua calda, e' stata richiesta ed e' arrivata solo per quella sera, il giorno dopo era di nuovo assente. L'androne di accesso con aria viziata, senza ricambio. Zona de piazza Garibaldi, rischiosa, occhio.
Struttura con camere piccole, la prima che ci hanno dato senza la possibilita' di aprire una finestra. Il bagno e' cieco con solo una piccola finestra che da' sulla camera da letto. El Hotel en si bien, el acceso al Edificio con mal olor, Michele hizo todo por que fuera grato. Lamentable que el Wi-fi no funcionara como uno espera, no hubo como conectarse desde la habitacion.

Eu tive um problema de saúde na minha chegada e o rapaz do hotel foi super prestativo. Ajudou me e também minha esposa em tudo, inclusive marcando táxi para ir e voltar do hospital. Quarto super confortável e atendimento nota 1000.

Pros: - close to the train and bus stations - clean The cons: - no service - check in was supposed to be 1pm, at 3:30pm when we arrived the room was still being cleaned - check out was supposed to be 10:30am, we were asked to leave at 10am - we were supposed to have a breakfast but only got the info on where to get it 10min before check out so we couldn't get it - very noisy - no blackout curtains and a very vivid light at the window until late in the night - big lack of furniture (no bedside table or lamp, no room in the bathroom, shower head very low for tall people) - construction and scaffolding on the terrasse

The check-in process and cleanliness were fine, but we had trouble sleeping due to noise from neighboring rooms, like loud toilet flushes and door noises. Additionally, the 'free breakfast' was just one croissant and coffee, which was not up to our expectations at all. I cannot come back to this again and cannot recommend at all.

This room was very close to the main train station and bus routes which made any transport a snap. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced at any hotel worldwide; we enjoyed staying here.

It was perfect for what we needed. At first we thought it was a sketchy area but nobody bothered us. Very quick walk to the train station and the cafe they provide the breakfast vouchers for is very good. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but more of a come and go convenient, clean and safe place. One downside is it can be loud in the hallways in the morning.

A great stay in a beautiful room. As stated elsewhere, the rooms themselves have been recently renovated. I doubt you will find a cleaner, more comfortable room. The staff were exceptional. Front desk facilities and breakfast were just around the corner at the New Sayonara hotel and contrary to what you may read elsewhere, you do not need coins for the lift, nor do you need to download an app! Prior to your stay you will be contacted and the ever friendly team will stay in touch via WhatsApp. Super convenient for Centrale Station. Buses, taxis and trains all at your fingertips, no matter your destination. Would I stay again? Most definitely!

It was easy and fast communicating with the property. I know the neighborhood near the train station (very convenient) and some may worry about it but there’s plenty of illumination and security presence so you don’t feel unsafe even at night. The station has great connections to the airport, port and the city. The property is immaculate and the staff friendly. My room was spacious and had a great bathroom and air conditioning as well as access to a very pleasant terrace. I highly recommend a stay here

We enjoyed our stay here, The staff were very responsive and helpful. Used self check in which worked well. Very close to train station and ideal for a city stay. We found the apartment very quiet and restful. We chose this 2 bed apartment for its accessibility and space (one of us was using crutches) as it had a lift, mini kitchen (with fridge) and outdoor space on one level while being close to restaurants. However the property does have 2 steps up to the lift and in the apartment, including a step up into the bathroom which did make things a bit difficult so would not be suitable for wheelchair users.
