The property and location was amazing. Unfortunately our “sea view” room could not see the ocean at all, and several buildings were under major construction, so you could not enjoy the pool area, beach area or spa with all the construction noise. The construction is greatly needed, as the rooms are all outdated and in pretty rough shape. It is very difficult to leave the property to go into town as the road is almost impassable, and only trucks can get down the road. The resort has potential to be amazing, it just needs some TLC to get there.

What a great and peaceful resort ! Nestled in the jungle on a beautiful beach , wilts 2 restaurants , an activity center, a spa , it has everything you need. The scenery is spectacular. The staff is very friendly and super helpful ! We just loved it !

We stayed at Paradise Koh Yao for 4 nights and were very sad to leave. Although isolated from the main part of Koh Yao Noi it is accessible by local road transport or hotel transfer by boat from Phuket. The views into the rainforest trees from our room and island views from beach are spectacular. Rooms are lovely and choice of onsite restaurants, choice of food is excellent. The service from staff is welcoming and friendly. A great place to stage day island trips from or just relax in luxury. We can’t wait to go back.

We were very satisfied with the hotel!! The staff were wonderful, and there was a wide range of activities to choose from during the day. The accommodations and the beach were absolutely fantastic. You truly feel well taken care of, a real Thai dream, and we will definitely be coming back.

We had absolutely amazing stay in the tented pool villa! The moment I saw the place I wish we had booked a longer stay! So beautiful, peaceful and luxurious. Breakfast served to the room, floating breakfast possible if requested. Barely any mosquitoes where we stayed and the staff puts repellents on in the rooms before it gets dark. Free paddleboarding or kayaking by the main resort. Beach there was beautiful and quiet. Staff is very kind and accommodating. Be aware that the tents are high up on the hill, so it can be a bit of an exhausting walk up back to the room. Renting a scooter makes it easier though. This place is perfect for a honeymoon! We will be back for sure! Worth every penny!

We spent a week at Paradise Koh Yao at the end of January 2026. Initially, we were assigned bungalow 211, very close to the pool, but with so many children playing there, it was difficult to rest. Therefore, we asked to change and were moved to bungalow 221, which was much better. Both rooms were in excellent condition, spacious, and with all the amenities. The hornbill,what a bird, they are incredible,surely the stars of the show. The hotel food is very good, and the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant, especially on the sand at night. However, the service is sometimes a bit slow, seemingly due to the kitchen.One day we ordered a room service and food came in layer lunch box,something unacceptable in a 4 star property . They frequently organize good barbecues with pleasant live music. The beach is good at high tide; otherwise, swimming is impossible. Breakfast is just ok but not spectacular; perhaps it's too strict with nothing else available besides the buffet, such as a smoothie. I made a mistake in my reservation by adding an extra night, but the management very kindly refunded me in the form of a resort credit. The noisy construction of more bungalows during peak holiday season is deeply reprehensible, regardless of the comfort of guests. Loud hammering and drilling could be heard in our room, sometimes even after 7 pm. I don't want to imagine what it was like in the rooms on the hill next to the construction site,truly disrespectful

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4,3/5 Das Paradise KohYao ist ein idyllischer Rückzugsort abseits des Massentourismus mit traumhafter Lage, großartigem Service in den Restaurants und einem entspannten Boho-Stil. Die Naturkulisse und das ruhige Ambiente sind perfekt zum Abschalten. Einige Zimmer wirken jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und der Service an der Rezeption könnte herzlicher sein. Der inkludierte Schnorchelausflug ist verzichtbar. Wer Natur und Ruhe sucht, wird hier glücklich – mit kleinen Verbesserungen könnte es ein echtes Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis sein.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und der Pool richtig groß zum Schwimmen. Ich bin mir allerdings nicht sicher ob genug Liegen sind wenn es komplett ausgebucht ist. Personal ist super freundlich. Allerdings sollte man schon bedenken daß man mobil (gut zu Fuß) sein sollte da die Anlage sehr weitläufig ist. Die Straße ist eine Katastrophe mit dem Motorrad gerade so machbar also nur fahren wenn man gut fahren kann und da das Schwesternhotel nebenbei hochpreisiger ist und das Spa für beide Hotels ist sind die Massagen dort doch Recht teuer für Thailand. Ansonsten ist alles schön und gepflegt und für ein paar Tage zum Relaxen zu empfehlen..

Absolut snukke rammer men desværre fulgt den gode service ikke helt med. Rengøringen var mangelfuld og småting som at minibar/frugtfad og vandbaljer til at skylle fødder i ikke blev fyldt op dagligt gjorde man ikke følte den komplette luksus. Alle skraldespande blev ikke tømt hver dag i leljligeden og når man gik til morgen mad i restauranten kunne der fodt stå tomme pizzabakker eller anden ebalage efterladt ved poolen fra dagen før. I sengen var tydelige aftryk fra de mange andre gæster der havde sovet k samme seng. Generelt var personalet meget søde og venlige og vi havde nogle fantastiske ture på vandet og i spaen. Ifølge stedet hjemmeside kunne dykkerture arrangeres. Dette var dog en modificering af sandheden. Vi fik et telefon nr og kunne så ellers selv gå i gang med at arrangere. Så hvis du ønsker at dykke, er koh yao noi måske ikke det bedste sted. Overordent set blev jeg lidt skuffet taget prisen i betragtning.

Die Bungalows sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Bungalow am Strand - es war traumhaft! Das Resort ist sehr sehr ruhig, man kann also absolut entspannen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Essenspreise im Hotel. Dafür, dass das Essen sehr einfach gehalten ist sind die Preise absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr Arm. Wir waren 9 Tage da und es gab nie eine Abwechslung. Das war etwas schade. Die Transportkosten sind ungefähr 4 mal teurer im Hotel als wenn man den Transport bei einem 10 Minuten entfernten Anbieter bucht. Hier lohnt es sich also die Preise zu vergleichen. Dennoch war unser Aufenthalt traumhaft schön!

We stayed on the hill in one of the luxury hornbill tents with a private pool. It was fabulous, but pricy. It was definitely worth the experience for us. We had floating breakfast in our little pool. It was amazing. We then moved down to one of the less expensive villas. These were older, less comfortable, more rustic. Ours was full of mosquitoes and a few other critters. The staff burned mossie coils and we slept under the netting, but there were still lots -- there is standing water next to the property. It may be different if you stay on the right side as you look at the ocean. Ours was in the corner on the left by the mangroves. The grounds are outstanding -- so beautiful. We saw hornbills on the property and really enjoyed the beauty of the beach and island views. The staff tried hard and were very pleasant and welcoming, but could be better trained. I think they are just coming back from COVID and are not up to full speed yet.

We stayed at Paradise Koh Yao for 4 nights and were very sad to leave. Although isolated from the main part of Koh Yao Noi it is accessible by local road transport or hotel transfer by boat from Phuket. The views into the rainforest trees from our room and island views from beach are spectacular. Rooms are lovely and choice of onsite restaurants, choice of food is excellent. The service from staff is welcoming and friendly. A great place to stage day island trips from or just relax in luxury. We can’t wait to go back.

We spent a week at Paradise Koh Yao at the end of January 2026. Initially, we were assigned bungalow 211, very close to the pool, but with so many children playing there, it was difficult to rest. Therefore, we asked to change and were moved to bungalow 221, which was much better. Both rooms were in excellent condition, spacious, and with all the amenities. The hornbill,what a bird, they are incredible,surely the stars of the show. The hotel food is very good, and the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant, especially on the sand at night. However, the service is sometimes a bit slow, seemingly due to the kitchen.One day we ordered a room service and food came in layer lunch box,something unacceptable in a 4 star property . They frequently organize good barbecues with pleasant live music. The beach is good at high tide; otherwise, swimming is impossible. Breakfast is just ok but not spectacular; perhaps it's too strict with nothing else available besides the buffet, such as a smoothie. I made a mistake in my reservation by adding an extra night, but the management very kindly refunded me in the form of a resort credit. The noisy construction of more bungalows during peak holiday season is deeply reprehensible, regardless of the comfort of guests. Loud hammering and drilling could be heard in our room, sometimes even after 7 pm. I don't want to imagine what it was like in the rooms on the hill next to the construction site,truly disrespectful

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und der Pool richtig groß zum Schwimmen. Ich bin mir allerdings nicht sicher ob genug Liegen sind wenn es komplett ausgebucht ist. Personal ist super freundlich. Favorite resort we stayed in during our 3 week honeymoon . It shares a beach with the tree house that you have likely seen on social media but much more reasonable prices . We were due to upgrade to a pool room with a view for our last night but when we got there - there was no view . HOWEVER the staff could not have been more helpful and as there was no space at paradise we got a free upgrade to a pool suit at the tree houses next door ! Will definitely be returning .

Absolutely amazing stay! Thank you to the staff who are so kind and attentive. You people alone make the hotel a 10/10 stay. The property is stunning. The view from the pool right alongside the beach was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Stayed in the panorama tent room. Incredible. Breakfast was a 10/10, and the dinner menu is amazing. Tried several items on the menu and everything was delicious! Highly recommend. Would love to stay again one day!

Die Bungalows sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Bungalow am Strand - es war traumhaft! Das Resort ist sehr sehr ruhig, man kann also absolut entspannen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Essenspreise im Hotel. Dafür, dass das Essen sehr einfach gehalten ist sind die Preise absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr Arm. Wir waren 9 Tage da und es gab nie eine Abwechslung. Das war etwas schade. Die Transportkosten sind ungefähr 4 mal teurer im Hotel als wenn man den Transport bei einem 10 Minuten entfernten Anbieter bucht. Hier lohnt es sich also die Preise zu vergleichen. Dennoch war unser Aufenthalt traumhaft schön!

We stayed on the hill in one of the luxury hornbill tents with a private pool. It was fabulous, but pricy. It was definitely worth the experience for us. We had floating breakfast in our little pool. It was amazing. We then moved down to one of the less expensive villas. These were older, less comfortable, more rustic. Ours was full of mosquitoes and a few other critters. The staff burned mossie coils and we slept under the netting, but there were still lots -- there is standing water next to the property. It may be different if you stay on the right side as you look at the ocean. Ours was in the corner on the left by the mangroves. The grounds are outstanding -- so beautiful. We saw hornbills on the property and really enjoyed the beauty of the beach and island views. The staff tried hard and were very pleasant and welcoming, but could be better trained. I think they are just coming back from COVID and are not up to full speed yet.

Dieses Hotel ist einfach ein Traum. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Da wir während der Regenzeit dort waren, haben wir darum gebeten unsere eigentlich gebuchte Zimmerkategorie (panorama Tent - liegt etwa 500 Meter entfernt/oberhalb des eigentlichen Hotels) gegen einen Beachbungalow eintauschen zu dürfen. Dies war ohne Probleme möglich. Der Beachbungalow war , ebenso wie das Panorama Tent, einfach traumhaft schön. Roller konnten wir direkt im Hotel ausleihen. ( 450 BHT für 24 Stunden) Zum Frühstück konnte man zwischen diversen Speisen wählen. Diese wurden einen dann direkt an den Tisch gebracht. Die erste Fähre zurück ans Festland verlässt die Insel um 6.35 Uhr Dies sollte man beachten, sofern der Rückflug bereits früh am Morgen sein sollte. Jedoch war das Hotel so lieb , einen Transfer zum Peer um 5.45 Uhr für uns zu organisieren, sodass wir nicht extra eine Nacht in Phuket bleiben mussten. Restaurants fürs Abendessen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe ausreichend vorhanden.

Un petit coin de paradis! Pas le meilleur endroit pour faire des excursions certes mais l'hotel est l'endroit parfait pour du repos et se retouver au calme. Les chambres avec jaccuzi sur terrasse sont spacieuses et tres bien equipes. A faire absolument !

What a great and peaceful resort ! Nestled in the jungle on a beautiful beach , wilts 2 restaurants , an activity center, a spa , it has everything you need. The scenery is spectacular. The staff is very friendly and super helpful ! We just loved it !

We waited almlost 2 hours, and I have en baby in only 9 months and a child 4 years. We Got a Rom far away from the pool and restaurant! They will not give us a room change. The lady at the reception called Dao was so rude and Anger all the time. and not helpfull at all. She was disrespectfull! The place is so faraway … and the food at the mail restaurant and rhe Italien restaurant is so bad and expensive. We booked table at the Italien and the manger was so rude .. she Kept us waiting 15 minuts and ignored us when We asked for moskeqtos spray. After waiting Long We just went to the main restaurant and ate … bad and expensive food. The staf was sweet and helpfull at the main restaurant. All Price in menu is without tax and fee - The Shuttle bus til 711 Costa 350 bhat! The place is so faraway … and the food at the mail restaurant and rhe Italien restaurant is so bad and expensive. We booked table at the Italien and the manger was so rude .. she Kept us waiting 15 minuts and ignored us when We asked for moskeqtos spray. After waiting Long We just went to the main restaurant and ate … bad and expensive food. The staf was sweet and helpfull at the main restaurant. All Price in menu is without tax and fee - The Shuttle bus til 711 Costa 350 bhat! We stayed at Paradise Koh Yao for 4 nights and were very sad to leave. Although isolated from the main part of Koh Yao Noi it is accessible by local road transport or hotel transfer by boat from Phuket. The views into the rainforest trees from our room and island views from beach are spectacular. Rooms are lovely and choice of onsite restaurants, choice of food is excellent. The service from staff is welcoming and friendly. A great place to stage day island trips from or just relax in luxury. We can’t wait to go back.

We were very satisfied with the hotel!! The staff were wonderful, and there was a wide range of activities to choose from during the day. The accommodations and the beach were absolutely fantastic. You truly feel well taken care of, a real Thai dream, and we will definitely be coming back.

Die Naturkulisse und das ruhige Ambiente sind perfekt zum Abschalten. Einige Zimmer wirken jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und der Service an der Rezeption könnte herzlicher sein. The property and location was amazing. Unfortunately our “sea view” room could not see the ocean at all, and several buildings were under major construction, so you could not enjoy the pool area, beach area or spa with all the construction noise. The construction is greatly needed, as the rooms are all outdated and in pretty rough shape. It is very difficult to leave the property to go into town as the road is almost impassable, and only trucks can get down the road. The resort has potential to be amazing, it just needs some TLC to get there.

On paper this should be a future favourite, however the cynical way in which this company has gone about ensuring that you can’t leave for the duration of your vacation along with sky high pricing ensures we will not be returning. Front of house Staff are surly, unhelpful and clearly numb to the constant bewilderment of guests when quoted for transport or activities. I appreciate that a place like that has high costs but 9000 bht for a boat to Phuket for 3 people is a disgrace (we did it for 2500) if you decide to have your spine realigned and book their vehicle to go into “town” you will have to endure 2.5 km of very rough terrain (deliberately left this way so you cannot rent your own vehicle and escape more regularly) cost 1000 bht. We were dropped in a small area that was mostly closed well away from the other hotels on the island to be collected 2 or 7 hrs later. We were done in 20 mins (case full of Chang 50bht each rather than 500 bht at the hotel !!) it’s such a pity that they’ve chosen to make it so ridiculously expensive as it’s in a beautiful spot. The rooms are very small compared to Santhiya on yoa Yai where we had been the previous week and much more expensive. Food is good but very expensive, there is no gym and activities like kayaking are charged where they were free at Santhiya. WiFi is very good as are tv options but despite all this we will not return to stalag 2022

Except for a small disagreement during check-in the stay was perfect. The resort is located on a secluded beach in the northern part of Koh Yao Noi. Access to hotel from the pier was via private taxi as the hotel does not provide shuttle from pier to resort. Upside: - I truly liked the room layout. It has an outdoor shower, and outdoor seating area - The resort is really serene. When I was staying there it didn't feel crowded at all. Downside: - Given it is a secluded resort, everything is more expensive: you need to pay 750Baht pp to travel to village, restaurants are truly expensive

Absolutely amazing stay! Thank you to the staff who are so kind and attentive. You people alone make the hotel a 10/10 stay. The property is stunning. The view from the pool right alongside the beach was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Stayed in the panorama tent room. Incredible. Breakfast was a 10/10, and the dinner menu is amazing. Tried several items on the menu and everything was delicious! Highly recommend. Would love to stay again one day!

Die Bungalows sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Bungalow am Strand - es war traumhaft! Das Resort ist sehr sehr ruhig, man kann also absolut entspannen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Essenspreise im Hotel. Dafür, dass das Essen sehr einfach gehalten ist sind die Preise absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr Arm. Wir waren 9 Tage da und es gab nie eine Abwechslung. Das war etwas schade. Die Transportkosten sind ungefähr 4 mal teurer im Hotel als wenn man den Transport bei einem 10 Minuten entfernten Anbieter bucht. Hier lohnt es sich also die Preise zu vergleichen. Dennoch war unser Aufenthalt traumhaft schön!

We spent a week at Paradise Koh Yao at the end of January 2026. Initially, we were assigned bungalow 211, very close to the pool, but with so many children playing there, it was difficult to rest. Therefore, we asked to change and were moved to bungalow 221, which was much better. Both rooms were in excellent condition, spacious, and with all the amenities. The hornbill,what a bird, they are incredible,surely the stars of the show. The hotel food is very good, and the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant, especially on the sand at night. However, the service is sometimes a bit slow, seemingly due to the kitchen.One day we ordered a room service and food came in layer lunch box,something unacceptable in a 4 star property . They frequently organize good barbecues with pleasant live music. The beach is good at high tide; otherwise, swimming is impossible. Breakfast is just ok but not spectacular; perhaps it's too strict with nothing else available besides the buffet, such as a smoothie. I made a mistake in my reservation by adding an extra night, but the management very kindly refunded me in the form of a resort credit. The noisy construction of more bungalows during peak holiday season is deeply reprehensible, regardless of the comfort of guests. Loud hammering and drilling could be heard in our room, sometimes even after 7 pm. I don't want to imagine what it was like in the rooms on the hill next to the construction site,truly disrespectful

Dejligt hotel i skønne omgivelser. Service helt i top. Priserne ret dyre for mad og drikke sammenlignet med andre steder i Thailand, men der er jo ingen konkurrence, så det er meget naturligt. For vores vedkommende var det fint med 3 dage.

This has been my favourite resort I've stayed so far in my life. What a wonderful place. The staff are onto everything! I can't fault this place. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and I would come back. We were luckily upgraded to a private plunge pool villa atop the hill with an amazing view. My partner and I enjoyed the yoga looking out over the ocean. The thai set dinner was catered to our dietary needs and it was delicious. Breakfast was also a highlight, best buffet breakfast I've come across! My gluten free needs were in heaven 😌 I will eat those gf pancakes every day! A wonderful oasis to rest and relax 😌

Stedet er utrolig idyllisk og beliggenheden er fantastisk. Fra resortet kan udsigten til andamaner havet ikke blive bedre. Vi fik en opgradering til en villa med egen pool. Super lækkert værelse og meget rummeligt. Vi tog en Island hopping bådtur direkte fra resortet, hvilket var en fantastisk oplevelse. Der blev foretaget renovering af enkelte villaer og gav lidt støjgener, hvilket ødelagde lidt af idylen. Vi kan dog klart anbefale dette lille paradis.
Stedet er utrolig idyllisk og beliggenheden er fantastisk. Fra resortet kan udsigten til andamaner havet ikke blive bedre. Vi fik en opgradering til en villa med egen pool. Super lækkert værelse og meget rummeligt. Vi tog en Island hopping bådtur direkte fra resortet, hvilket var en fantastisk oplevelse. Der blev foretaget renovering af enkelte villaer og gav lidt støjgener, hvilket ødelagde lidt af idylen. Vi kan dog klart anbefale dette lille paradis.

I found this properly to be beautifully secluded from the business of the mainland, with great attention to detail for the little things. The food was delicious at all three of the restaurants with many options and attentive staff. They have an activity center to plan a tour if you are interested and games at the village if you would like. I loved it! I felt like I was in a movie:) Absolutely beautiful!!

We stayed in a room with a private swimming pool, and it was absolutely amazing, with a truly beautiful view. We woke up to the most stunning sunrises, accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature and wildlife. The staff were lovely and made the experience even better. The only thing we felt was missing was a small mini market. There were restaurants, but nowhere to quickly grab an ice cream or some snacks after a long day in the sun ect. This is the kind of hotel you go to when you want to completely switch off and simply enjoy being exactly where you are.
