Perfect hotel for our needs. Very clean, and staff were professionals which was great. Our room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. The included breakfast menu gets kind of repetitive after a few days but other than that we enjoyed every moment. I specifically enjoyed the 24h open gym which was put together with great taste! The location is also perfect for a tourist. I definitely recommend staying here and will come back for our next visit to Paris.

When I arrived at the hotel my room was ready before the check-in time. Unfortunately when i got to the room it wasn’t clean, the staff solved the problem right away! They were very helpful and professional. The bar offers really good drinks and good french dishes. First time in Paris but this hotel didn’t disappoint.

Great hotel. My second time staying there. Great restaurant. The only thing to consider is the daily cleaning of the room... I stayed for almost a week and on the last day it was clear that the maids were not doing a good job.

Excellent hotel in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable , newly remodel with adequate amenities. Staff are very helpful and friendly. many bus lines and the metro station are two minutes walk. We booked two rooms with city view and enjoyed our stay.

An excellent hidden gem! This hotel is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. We would normally upgrade our room, but as we were planning to spend most of our time exploring the city, we booked a standard Classic room instead. It certainly did not disappoint. At first, we were a little concerned about being located right next to the elevator, but the “soundproof room” truly lived up to its name—we didn’t hear a thing. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean (I’ve never seen a bathroom so immaculate). Daily housekeeping, complimentary water, and luxury toiletries were all great additions. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious—probably the best fillet steak we’ve ever tasted. Make sure you explore the area—there are lots of beautiful shops and eateries right on the doorstep. After exploring Paris, we decided that Saint-Germain-des-Prés was one of the very best areas in the city.

The staff was wonderful- we arrived at 7 am after an overnight flight from NY- we were checked in promptly and managed to get some sleep after a long sleepless flight. The room was clean and well- maintained- my only complaint was the AC didn't work well and the room got a bit warm. Otherwise, a terrific stay, we would definitely stay here again.

I didn't expect anything great from a small hotel, but the Miiro hotel really surprised me! The staff was very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts were very tasty. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The room was small but so cozy, and every detail in the hotel was a work of art!

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our week trip to Paris. It was in such a great location, had incredible food both breakfast and dinner, the rooms were comfortable and cozy and modern. All around, great experience and looking forward to staying here again!

Super lovely staff. Several team members went above and beyond (the maitre d' at breakfast is especially lovely). We loved our room. Bed was super comfortable. Rooms were really quiet. Will definitely be back.

This hotel has a great location and you will be able to easily walk to the L’ouvres from there. It’s new and quite comfortable with great amenities in the room. It was very quiet at night and in the morning so I had a good night sleep throughout my stay.

This stay marked a disappointing conclusion to our honeymoon trip across France. The sour demeanor of the receptionist should have been a red flag but everyone has their bad days. Despite upgrading to the "superior" room it was laughably small, even for Paris. It was on the bottom floor looking into a "courtyard" so confined it was not possible to tell if the sky was blue by looking out the window. A minibar was supposed to be included, but the fridge was empty. The Nespresso pods are knock-offs, and not good ones. This hotel is new and therefore the market is still searching for fair value, something tells me it will come in much less than what they are currently asking for, despite the chic bar and great location - at least for room 107.

Not the best start when we arrived. We booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary. We booked a superior room and was given an accessible room which I absolutely hate and didn't book. We were offered to downgrade to classique room as we were told that no more superior rooms available. The downgrade price offered was €10 per night. When we booked, the price difference between the 2 types of rooms were over £40 difference, so offer €10 per night was not acceptable. After much deliberation from the staff, they found a superior room. The rest of the stay was lovely. But feedback to the hotel, you should never put guests in accessible room without asking.

The hotel property itself is lovely and is in a great, very convenient location but the reception service needs vast improvement. We emailed in advance of our stay asking if it would be possible to make several reservations. No reply for 3 entire days, despite multiple follow ups until I tried reaching out via Expedia for them to finally reply on the original email. This should’ve been the first red flag. The night of (which happened to be my husband’s birthday), we asked them to reconfirm our reservation only to find out they made it at the wrong location- even though we specified the exact street in our email. If we didn’t proactively ask them to reconfirm, we would’ve ended up at the restaurant with no reservation at all (they would not have been able to accommodate us as walk-in) and we had to scramble to find a reservation last second for my husband’s birthday on a Friday night. We were clearly disappointed, especially after having a poor experience asking them to make a reservation and there was no follow up from anyone the following day. It is a shame because we were looking forward to staying there but our stay was sullied by the hospitality gaps from reception. Everyone else beyond the front desk was kind and lovely. I understand they just opened, and I hope they can improve as there is clearly some hospitality training still needed.

If we didn’t proactively ask them to reconfirm, we would’ve ended up at the restaurant with no reservation at all (they would not have been able to accommodate us as walk-in) and we had to scramble to find a reservation last second for my husband’s birthday on a Friday night. We were clearly disappointed, especially after having a poor experience asking them to make a reservation and there was no follow up from anyone the following day. It is a shame because we were looking forward to staying there but our stay was sullied by the hospitality gaps from reception. Everyone else beyond the front desk was kind and lovely. I understand they just opened, and I hope they can improve as there is clearly some hospitality training still needed.

When we arrived, Enrico was extremely accommodating, helpful, responsive and courteous. We did not get that kind of service, help, response or treatment from any other staff at the front desks or in the restaurant.

Super lovely staff. Several team members went above and beyond (the maitre d' at breakfast is especially lovely). We loved our room. Bed was super comfortable. Rooms were really quiet. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotell, pretty rooms, good Location. But Service is slow, even with a few guest, and with a crowded room- good luck, it’s almost non existent. It’s lovely and cosy, maybe better for couples- but for business maybe more of a not to recommend option due to slow and attentiveness of staff. Also on the expensive side, travelling a lot to be able to compare- a Longdrink priced 27 euros!! For 1 drink- is indeed crazy. It was not even a fancy one in a nice glass or special ice or anything else astonishing… that was a bit over the top….

Excellent hotel in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable , newly remodel with adequate amenities. Staff are very helpful and friendly. many bus lines and the metro station are two minutes walk. We booked two rooms with city view and enjoyed our stay.

We would normally upgrade our room, but as we were planning to spend most of our time exploring the city, we booked a standard Classic room instead. It certainly did not disappoint. At first, we were a little concerned about being located right next to the elevator, but the “soundproof room” truly lived up to its name—we didn’t hear a thing. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean (I’ve never seen a bathroom so immaculate). Daily housekeeping, complimentary water, and luxury toiletries were all great additions. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious—probably the best fillet steak we’ve ever tasted. Make sure you explore the area—there are lots of beautiful shops and eateries right on the doorstep. After exploring Paris, we decided that Saint-Germain-des-Prés was one of the very best areas in the city.

This hotel has a great location and you will be able to easily walk to the L’ouvres from there. It’s new and quite comfortable with great amenities in the room. It was very quiet at night and in the morning so I had a good night sleep throughout my stay.

Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Very clean and well-maintained. Good WiFi and aircon. Room on the small side, had to move furniture to open the wardrobe or see the view. Included breakfast is waiter served so a set ration of things without much choice - better to pay as you go.

Unfortunately, my stay did not live up to expectations. On the second day, a ceiling leak in our room forced us to move. The new room was clearly a downgrade, and although we were refunded the price difference, it was still a disappointing experience. Breakfast was also underwhelming – poorly managed and very low-quality coffee. To make matters worse, there were ongoing taxi driver protests right outside the hotel. The staff did try to assist, but overall, the experience was far from what I had hoped for.

I stayed at this hotel to try this area of Paris for the first time since I usually stay near the opera I was with my five-year-old and I traveling alone. I asked for a family friendly recommendation and asked for a place that did not require reservations because I didn’t have one. The staff sent me to a restaurant nearby called Les Antiquaires. I walked there with my child and we were treated horribly. They first asked if we had a reservation which the hotel concierge explicitly told me we did not need. Then they told me to step aside and wait, which I was happy to do. However, every time the staff walked by, they kept telling us to get out of the way exactly in the spot where they told us to stand, and they kept on looking at us up and down in a very strange and nasty manner. It almost seemed like they were upset that I was there with a child or maybe their service is just horrible overall. This was very disappointing because the hotel concierge is there to send their guest somewhere where they’re not gonna be treated poorly. The Hotel obviously carelessly sent me to the first place that came to mind without considering my specific request which was a family friendly place without reservation. I definitely would never stay here again as the experience did not match the customer service they pretend to offer
