This property is the perfect scenario for any group of fishermen! You are close to a great ramp at the Broyles Recreation Area and you are in the perfect location to fish multiple sections of the lake easily. The house has a pull through driveway that is a life saver for anglers traveling with a boat, you all know what I mean…our group had three trucks, all pulling 20ft bass boats, and we had plenty of room for one or two more rigs of that same length. It’s rare that you find a house that will hold this many people and four or five rigs. There are plenty of outdoor plugins for multiple boats to charge batteries, and the boat dock has a lift and power to charge your boat, so we put our boat on the water Monday and didn’t take it off until Thursday. The house is nice and spacious, so even with a lot of people in there, you don’t feel on top of each other. The gas grill made it nice to cookout and enjoy the view of the lake while you enjoy dinner at the house. The access to a washer/dryer was also great after a rainy day on the water to get rain suits dried back out. This house is a perfect place for anglers to stay, so take care of it fishermen.

Absolutely wonderful! This house is perfectly set up for families. Everything we needed from high chair for the little one and a pack in play. Kitchen is well set up with everything you need. Downstairs bedrooms with sitting room, TV, kitchenette and full size refrigerator perfect for the kids to stay in. Perfect lake location with nice size dock. Grandkids had a blast fishing and swimming from the dock. Owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend this property at Lake Hartwell. Already looking for to our return

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s graduation. Clemson was only about 30 minutes away. The house was exactly what we needed to hold our family and it felt like a home away from home! The owner was very accommodating and made sure we could contact her or her housekeeper if we needed anything. The dock was great for hanging out and launching our paddleboards that we brought. We also enjoyed the fire pit and bbq. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

We were there for the ABA National Fishing tournament and the place was perfect!! There were 2 other fishermen that stayed with us. There is plenty of room to park 4 trucks with boat trailers and an additional vehicle. The inside had everything we needed and was very clean. The guys were able to spend the afternoon/evening working on their tackle and me and the dogs enjoyed sitting on the patio. We will stay there again for sure! Love the place!

Great loction, clean, nice outdoor area. Plenty of room for family. However the stairs are difficult for older adults and pets. Also the dock is difficult to park your boat due to jet ski lifts on both sides and boat lift in slip.

We had a great time from start to finish. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and the pull around drive through was perfect for the boat and extra cars we had. The dock was very nice and in a nice cove to swim in. Perfect spot on the lake with several restaurants and bars a short boat ride away. Proposed to my fiancée here and couldn't have been happier with the whole situation. Don't forget the beds! Our bed AND pillows were dreamy!

Perfect location for boating and fishing. You can see the Broyles Point Landing from home. Loved the circle drive so you have plenty of room for parking your boat. Neighborhood was very peaceful. Home was super clean. Having two kitchens makes it perfect for family to separate yet there are plenty of areas to get together. Kitchen and baths well stocked. Hope to come back soon!

This home suited our family perfectly. It was exactly as described. Home was very well appointed. We didn't need anything. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The beds were extremely comfortable. The use of the dock with the lift was wonderful. Home sits directly across from a boat launch. Which was super convenient. We were able to see several beautiful sunrises out the back of the home. Plenty of parking available at the home. Owner was quick and easy to communicate with. Will look to rent again!

The house was perfect for us! We had an amazing time and the views from the house are picture perfect! House was clean, well equipped and the owners were easy to deal with. We had such a great time we left fishing rods for the next family!! They are a must!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is so light-filled with beautiful lake views. The dock was a perfect set up for our boat. The basement area was wonderful for the teenage girls to camp out separately from adults. We hope to come back again and again.

This home is great and can accommodate multiple couples. The dock and outside patio is a fun place to relax. Fun kitchen is well stocked and plenty of space for eating. We enjiyed!!

Our 2nd year staying at this house and it won't be the last! The location, easy access to the dock and the sunrises over Lake Hartwell are outstanding. The house was very clean and in great shape, plenty of sleeping rooms, places to chill inside, fire pit and grill and more - along with a user friendly kitchen. The owners are great and easy to communicate with.

Absolutely wonderful! This house is perfectly set up for families. Everything we needed from high chair for the little one and a pack in play. Kitchen is well set up with everything you need. Downstairs bedrooms with sitting room, TV, kitchenette and full size refrigerator perfect for the kids to stay in. Perfect lake location with nice size dock. Grandkids had a blast fishing and swimming from the dock. Owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend this property at Lake Hartwell. Already looking for to our return

The house was perfect for us! We had an amazing time and the views from the house are picture perfect! House was clean, well equipped and the owners were easy to deal with. We had such a great time we left fishing rods for the next family!! They are a must!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s graduation. Clemson was only about 30 minutes away. The house was exactly what we needed to hold our family and it felt like a home away from home! The owner was very accommodating and made sure we could contact her or her housekeeper if we needed anything. The dock was great for hanging out and launching our paddleboards that we brought. We also enjoyed the fire pit and bbq. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

Spacious, nicely appointed home on a beautiful lakefront peninsula. Great bedroom furnishings, plenty of living space for different groups to spread out and have privacy, and ample parking. Host was very communicative and very helpful addressing anything that came up during our stay.

We had a great time from start to finish. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and the pull around drive through was perfect for the boat and extra cars we had. The dock was very nice and in a nice cove to swim in. Perfect spot on the lake with several restaurants and bars a short boat ride away. Proposed to my fiancée here and couldn't have been happier with the whole situation. Don't forget the beds! Our bed AND pillows were dreamy!

This home suited our family perfectly. It was exactly as described. Home was very well appointed. We didn't need anything. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The beds were extremely comfortable. The use of the dock with the lift was wonderful. Home sits directly across from a boat launch. Which was super convenient. We were able to see several beautiful sunrises out the back of the home. Plenty of parking available at the home. Owner was quick and easy to communicate with. Will look to rent again!

We really enjoyed not having a huge hill to walk up and down to the water. House was clean. Easy in and out. Location to boat ramp was great. Would stay again.

This property is the perfect scenario for any group of fishermen! You are close to a great ramp at the Broyles Recreation Area and you are in the perfect location to fish multiple sections of the lake easily. The house has a pull through driveway that is a life saver for anglers traveling with a boat, you all know what I mean…our group had three trucks, all pulling 20ft bass boats, and we had plenty of room for one or two more rigs of that same length. It’s rare that you find a house that will hold this many people and four or five rigs. There are plenty of outdoor plugins for multiple boats to charge batteries, and the boat dock has a lift and power to charge your boat, so we put our boat on the water Monday and didn’t take it off until Thursday. The house is nice and spacious, so even with a lot of people in there, you don’t feel on top of each other. The gas grill made it nice to cookout and enjoy the view of the lake while you enjoy dinner at the house. The access to a washer/dryer was also great after a rainy day on the water to get rain suits dried back out. This house is a perfect place for anglers to stay, so take care of it fishermen.

Perfect location for boating and fishing. You can see the Broyles Point Landing from home. Loved the circle drive so you have plenty of room for parking your boat. Neighborhood was very peaceful. Home was super clean. Having two kitchens makes it perfect for family to separate yet there are plenty of areas to get together. Kitchen and baths well stocked. Hope to come back soon!

Great property, great views, great place to be with friends and family! We fished, we boated and enjoyed 2 wonderful meals at the Portman Marina around the bend! We had a friendly Heron who frequented the cove and the neighbors cat stopped by when we were cooking out, but he was busy so he didn't stay long!

We rented this home to stay in while we came to town for the Clemson / Notre Dame game. It was very comfortable with amazing surroundings with plenty of amenities. It made our trip better than expected. On Saturday after the game, instead of hanging out in Clemson, we choose to come back to the house to hang and bbq our own dinner. We’ll look to rent again next year.
We rented this home to stay in while we came to town for the Clemson / Notre Dame game. It was very comfortable with amazing surroundings with plenty of amenities. It made our trip better than expected. On Saturday after the game, instead of hanging out in Clemson, we choose to come back to the house to hang and bbq our own dinner. We’ll look to rent again next year.

Great loction, clean, nice outdoor area. Plenty of room for family. However the stairs are difficult for older adults and pets. Also the dock is difficult to park your boat due to jet ski lifts on both sides and boat lift in slip.
