Finest Retreats - Stone Bow Farmhouse

We enjoy our annual ‘no kids’ BH weekend away and this is our first year in this accommodation. Great space downstairs, plenty of kitchen equipment and seating for all. The outside is well maintained and beautiful and the hot tub was great - covered and with TV (even if it did lose the visual during our stay) Really comfortable beds, great sized rooms and very peaceful. Other than the TV, the only other thing that didn’t work was the dishwasher. After trying all settings, we ended up handwashing everything as the cycle just didn’t work.

Very comfortable farmhouse, excellent clean interior

The property was ideal for us - a group of 5 couples, 2 children & 2 dogs. Plenty of parking, lots of space & lovely hot tub.

Clean and very well equipped house. The annex was a welcome addition for us grandparents to escape to after a fantastic day with all of the family. Hot tub was a daily must for all of us to relax and plan our next adventure. Welcome pack was very well received thank you. One recommendation for the annex from our point of view was to have a chair next to the consul table and larger mirror to enable ladies to sit to apply make up and do hair, as this is the only appropriate place with a socket for hair dryer hence suggestion for larger mirror. Water left in coffee machine in annex therefore did not use as unsure how long it had been in there or if had been sterilized.

The house and grounds were perfect for what we needed, the garden and views were beautiful, and the house was well kept. Plenty of space to sit, eatgather in the kitchen. Communication was great, clear instructions given for check in and check out, and text reminders sent which were helpful. A lovely welcome hamper was left on our arrival also. We had a great stay, thank you.
