There was no hot water for 5 days straight in the hotel, and lunch, dinner prices were very expensive there. Ants constantly enter the room via the cracks in the doors, windows. They also blast loud music in the evening in the pool area from 8pm to 10pm which doesnt let you sleep. Only one staff member was good there, he was always kind, professional but the rest of the staff lacked attentiveness and sense of urgency. Overall 2/10 don't stay at this hotel

Room was good for Nicaraguan standards but could use a few updates in the room.

Love this hotel is one my favorite hotels in managua. The rooms are super comfortable, very clean and specious. The food is so delicious and the restaurant has plenty of varieties to choose from their menu. The staff is amazing, super attentive, friendly, courteous and very professional. I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in managua on their vacations.
