Our stay had both positives and negatives. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. However, the restaurant experience was disappointing. Only one young girl and one young girl smiled and made guests feel welcome. Some of the older restaurant staff appeared unfriendly and unapproachable. We also repeatedly found dirty plates and had to check each one before using it. The swimming pool was quite small for the number of guests, although the filtration system seemed to work well. One unpleasant incident involved a toddler wearing a nappy in the adult pool. There should be staff supervising the pool area to prevent this and maintain hygiene. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle and a mini fridge. One major concern was the taxis arranged through reception. While reception booked them for us, the drivers consistently charged more than the meter. For example, our trip to Barcelona Airport Terminal 1 showed €105 on the meter, but we were charged €139, claiming the extra was for tolls. After checking online, the tolls were nowhere near that amount. Guests should be aware of this, as you are largely dependent on these taxi services.

Les chambres sont très petites. la douche etait trop petite avec le rideau qui vous colle a la peau. L'hôtel est assez bruyant et assez vieux. Le petit déjeuner est correct
