The staff at the desk are rude. We booked online for 2 people for one night and after check in on an iPad with nobody at the desk we tried to enter the elevator and a man came out of nowhere chasing us and screaming at us to not go in. We were confused and he kept yelling one, meaning the room was only for 1 and for another person it was an extra $50. We explained to him we booked for two but he was aggressive and rude and kept screaming one. While this was all happening there were three other people in the lobby and they said they also booked for three online but they refused their entry as well and made them book another room. The man kept shouting at us even though we were trying to have a discussion. The room was decent; if you are booking for the washer and dryer though there is no dryer machine it is just a room with a heater, it worked but after many many hours. The parking is a ways away crossing through traffic and a busy street. Was totally not worth the price and the front desk guy was so rude every other hotel has been so warm and welcoming. Do not stay here.

とても室内が綺麗でした！お風呂とトイレが別で本当にありがたかったです。 お風呂もゆっくりつかれて、疲れがとれました。 清掃もとても綺麗にしてくださり、ごみひとつ落ちてないです。 また、室内全て綺麗で落ち着いて宿泊でき感謝申し上げます。 ありがとうございました。
