Vi havde et fantastisk ophold og nød særligt morgenmadsbuffeten og adgangen til wellness og pool. Der manglede lidt et legehjørne til børn, men alt i alt var vi virkelig tilfredse med vores ophold og kommer helt sikkert gerne igen.

The rooms look old. The balcony is like a fire escape. Parking only possible in the garage for 18€ per day. No possibility of parking for free because the hotel is far from the street. If you need some ice cubes in the room then you have to pay 8,50€.

Riesen Hotelkomplex, gut gelegen. Zimmer werden teilweise gerade renoviert. Für einen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt sicher total in Ordnung. Die Parkplatzgebühren finde ich frech, gerade weil man auch kaum eine andere Möglichkeit zum parken hat, wird das gerne ausgenutzt.

Alles in allem positiv überrascht. Trotz der Größe ein sauberes, gutes und übersichtliches Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Ein wirklich großer Wellnessbereich mit viel Auswahl. Frühstücksbuefett ausreichend inkl. frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Sehr nettes Serviceteam im gesamten Komplex. Aber: 24€ fürs parken ab 12Std, zu wenig Hacken im Badezimmer (Premium) und sicherlich keine 30Grad Wassertemperatur im Wellnessbereich sind dann doch 1 Stern Abzug. Trotzdem: jederzeit gerne wieder.

Unfreundlicher Empfang/Check-in, kein Herzlich Willkommen, einfach nichts. Massenabfertigung trotz wenig Andrang zur Anreisezeit. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkten im Allgemeinen überfordert, bei jeglichen Fragen sowohl bei uns als auch anderen Gästen. Unser Badezimmer war unsauber, Schimmel in der Dusche. Offensichtlich sind überall Hunde erlaubt im Hotel, das gepaart mit Zimmern Fluren die mit Teppich versehen sind, ist unhygienisch. Fahrradverleih ist eine Katastrophe. Räder sind in schlechtem Zustand, Schlösser sind defekt. Wir mussten 3x zur Rezeption weil diese sich nicht öffnen ließen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich, Eierspeisen leider nicht durchgängig frisch zubereitet (Omelett bereits vorbereitet und warm gehalten), Kaffeequalität aus Automat mittelmäßig. Restaurant- und Barbereich qualitativ gut. Wellnessbereich sehr ansprechend und gepflegt.

Sehr großes gutes Hotel. Zimmer und Bad groß und sauber. Aber die Dusche war wirklich katastrophal. Kaum Wasserdruck und die Temperatur so gut wie nicht einstellbar und permanent schwankend zwischen kalt, zu heiß. Diese Dusche hat den Gesamteindruck nachhaltig beeinträchtigt.

Spa area is beautiful and peaceful. Nicest stainless steel pool, I have ever seen. Property is extremely clean. Breakfast buffet is amazing, so many healthy options. One of my best hotel experiences. Highly recommend, very affordable.

It’s funny I traveled for 34 days internationally and it was at this hotel where I have my only communication problem with the one of the people at the front desk. It eventually worked itself out, and of course, the issues really may not being able to speak German. The other thing is, I didn’t realize it was a big conference hotel so the amenities Reflected that but they were nice. I actually had two rooms and where mine was very nice. The other the other one was somewhat bargain basement and had no air-conditioning. Luckily the gentleman at the front desk who was definitely able to understand my concerns found us a different room that did have air conditioning and packed was a lot nicer. So I think this might be a hotel that gives online bookings some of the less favorable room so I would definitely read the prescription.

Schönes Hotel, Studio Zimmer war neu und sauber. Allerdings die Zimmer ohne eigenen „richtigen“ Balkon, sondern umlaufendes Gitter aus Metall, so dass man von außen hätte in die Zimmer sehen können. Ungünstig weil wir so immer zuziehen mussten und nicht bei offener Balkontür schlafen konnten.

Schönes Hotel, Studio Zimmer war neu und sauber. Allerdings die Zimmer ohne eigenen „richtigen“ Balkon, sondern umlaufendes Gitter aus Metall, so dass man von außen hätte in die Zimmer sehen können. Ungünstig weil wir so immer zuziehen mussten und nicht bei offener Balkontür schlafen konnten.

We had a very bad experience (also due to some bad luck, so our overall rating is better than our particular experience, which would only be 1 star). In detail: Good: The staff we interacted with tried to be helpful and the hotel has a cute huge teddy bear in the entrance area. Also, the room was clean at least. Bad: The hotel appears to be far away from 4 star standards. Minor issues include boring, uninspiring, small-ish rooms; lack of toothpaste (but sewing tools??); TV lacks settings (or they didn't work, it was way too bright when we watched the CL final in late evening); small shower; only two usable towels (for two people); pillows very low (although we realized later that other pillows would have been available in the lobby). The main issue for us was that we only booked the hotel to have a good night's sleep before a sporting competition in the early morning. However, we only had a terrible and short night because the room was uncomfortably hot as the AC didn't work; the duvets were way too thick (in particular for summer); necessarily keeping the door open to the shared balcony created noise (actually frogs were very loud the whole night) in addition to a potential security issue. Staff brought us a fan in the middle of the night which helped somewhat. I realize that these problems would not be as severe during winter. Our price of EUR 144 plus EUR 22 for breakfast (which we skipped to get a bit extra sleep in the cool morning) was absurd.

However, we only had a terrible and short night because the room was uncomfortably hot as the AC didn't work; the duvets were way too thick (in particular for summer); necessarily keeping the door open to the shared balcony created noise (actually frogs were very loud the whole night) in addition to a potential security issue. Staff brought us a fan in the middle of the night which helped somewhat. I realize that these problems would not be as severe during winter. Our price of EUR 144 plus EUR 22 for breakfast (which we skipped to get a bit extra sleep in the cool morning) was absurd.

Unfreundlicher Empfang/Check-in, kein Herzlich Willkommen, einfach nichts. Massenabfertigung trotz wenig Andrang zur Anreisezeit. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkten im Allgemeinen überfordert, bei jeglichen Fragen sowohl bei uns als auch anderen Gästen. Unser Badezimmer war unsauber, Schimmel in der Dusche. Offensichtlich sind überall Hunde erlaubt im Hotel, das gepaart mit Zimmern Fluren die mit Teppich versehen sind, ist unhygienisch. Fahrradverleih ist eine Katastrophe. Räder sind in schlechtem Zustand, Schlösser sind defekt. Wir mussten 3x zur Rezeption weil diese sich nicht öffnen ließen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich, Eierspeisen leider nicht durchgängig frisch zubereitet (Omelett bereits vorbereitet und warm gehalten), Kaffeequalität aus Automat mittelmäßig. Restaurant- und Barbereich qualitativ gut. Wellnessbereich sehr ansprechend und gepflegt.

It’s funny I traveled for 34 days internationally and it was at this hotel where I have my only communication problem with the one of the people at the front desk. It eventually worked itself out, and of course, the issues really may not being able to speak German. The other thing is, I didn’t realize it was a big conference hotel so the amenities Reflected that but they were nice. I actually had two rooms and where mine was very nice. The other the other one was somewhat bargain basement and had no air-conditioning. Luckily the gentleman at the front desk who was definitely able to understand my concerns found us a different room that did have air conditioning and packed was a lot nicer. So I think this might be a hotel that gives online bookings some of the less favorable room so I would definitely read the prescription.

As a couple on a few days stay at this hotel it had some pitfalls due to it being really a business hotel with a conference facility. The room was excellent, the staff were excellent as well (especially Reception) but when hordes of business guests arrive/eat/drink in the hotel it gets not very holidayish for us! Overall probably 7 out of 10 as Reception were so good at providing advice and tickets (yes Tram/train tickets) . Parking a bit pricey at 24Euros a day , but it was underground and secure. Location was excellent on the lake and the exterior bar gave great views over the water and many chairs for relaxing in. The Tram stop is just outside and takes you into Potsdam - a very nice town .

Das Hotel liegt strategisch günstig am Stadtrand, am Templiner See, mitten im Grünen und ist gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Das Studio war praktisch eingerichtet. Ein wenig im Büro- Stil, aber durchaus für eine kleine Familie geeignet. Das Hotel bietet zahlreiche Freizeitakrivitäten. Besonders modern und fast schon luxuriös wirkt der Wellnessbereich. Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Das Hotel überzeugt sowohl mit den Standards der Zimmer, als auch mit der Lage am See, den Annehmlichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung sowie die gute Anbindung nach Potsdam. Hier lässt sich gut Zeit auf der Hotelanlage verbringen, mit Sportangeboten, Ruhebereichen und Wellnessanlage, als auch Tagesausflüge nach Potsdam und Berlin unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder her.

Hotellet er fint, men tydeligvis indrettet til konferencer. Restaurantens menu er fin, men man er nødt til at reservere bord, og lad være med at vælge buffeten. Afstanden til Berlin er stor, så det egner sig bedst til lokal sightseeing. Omgivelserne er skønne.

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber relativ klein. Vorallem im Bad hat es fast keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Balkon eher ungeeignet mit kleinen Kindern. Für alles muss extra bezahlt werden, und das nicht wenig, was am Schluss den günstigen Zimmerpreis in die Höhe treibt . Tiefgarage 24 €, Bademantel + Badetuch 10€, Frühstück 22€, Ladestation pauschal 12€ (+ Parkplatz 24€). Das Frühstück war aber dafür sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, auch wenn man mit ÖV gute 5-10 Minuten Fussmarsch einplanen muss. Es hat einen Pool (1.3m Wassertiefe) und Poolnudeln für Kinder. Achtung für Kinder gibt es andere Pool-Öffnungszeiten! Fitness und Sauna haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Ansonsten hat es noch ein Spielzimmer (allerdings war uns das zu kompliziert, da hinzugehen, da das Hotel so gross und verwinkelt ist und das Spielzimmer nicht so toll eingerichtet ist). Dafür hat es in der Lobby Tischtennis, Eile mit Weile und eine Sitzecke mit Kinderkino.
