Um bom hotel, bem localizado, na orla da praia da Barra, próximo ao farol da Barra. Uma piscina de bom tamanho, sem aquecimento. O restaurante não é grande, mas tem boas opções no café da manhã. O quarto que ficamos, achamos de um ótimo tamanho, gostamos do conforto da cama e travesseiros. Em resumo, valeu a estadia.

Hotel simples, com quartos limpos. Hotel peca em nao ter um chuveiro ou lava pes na entrada ou uma entrada de praia. Ao voltar da praia o hospede entra cheio de areia pelo hall e vai ate a area a da piscina, onde la no fundo ha um chuveiro, ou leva areia para dentro do quatro. Cafe da manha bom. Localização e o ponto forte.

A reposição é lenta. As talheres são velhas e frequentemente sujas. Pratos e xícaras lascados e sujos. Encontrei um cabelo nas frutas.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos com vista para o mar, café da manhã ok, poderia ter mais variedade e poderia fornecer horário da reservas, evitando aglomeração na hora do café da manhã, já que o salão é pequeno e tem poucas mesas disponíveis. O hotel estava passando por reformas, e em alguns momentos o descanso foi prejudicado pela batidas de martelo no meu andar, além do ar condicionado central da recepção estar pingando e deixando uma grande poça de água na frente do elevador social.

Infelizmente tive uma experiência ruim. Os quartos são péssimos. Na primeira noite acordamos com uma baratinha no travesseiro! Situação nojenta e depois percebemos outra barata perto da porta, pedimos para trocar de quarto e nos mudaram para um conjugado. Na madrugada os hóspedes do quarto conjugado ao nosso chegaram fazendo muito barulho. A ponto de eu interfonar na recepção.A outra reclamação é que não tem água quente no banheiro! E cada funcionário deu uma desculpa diferente para isso. De bom só a localização e o café da manhã.

Boa estadia, mas o hotel precisa urgentemente passar por reforma. Sensação de insegurança muito grande. Fios expostos. Infelizmente tive uma grande decepção com os utensílios do café da manhã. Todos os copos de vidro que tentei usar estavam sujos. Ainda bem que eles disponibilizam copos descartáveis. Tomei café no copo descartável. E confesso que tive receio dos outros vasilhames de porcelana branca. Isso foi cruel pra mim!

Foi uma boa estadia, não achei fabulosa, foi bem dentro da média pra bom. Ao mesmo tempo acho importante que algumas estruturas sejam revistas, portas de Hall com dobradiças quebradas, ar condicionado dos quartos e do saguão com problemas, esse tipo de coisa. Quartos com paredes sem pintar. Mas ainda assim, a vista é linda.

Nice room! Olivera, the bellman, was very nice and helpful. I think Olivera is his middle name. The staff are all very nice and helpful. All the bellmen, wait staff etc. Felipe and Eduvan at the buffet and bar are very nice and professional. Fabio was very nice, helpful and gave good advice on a special event going on. This was a nice gesture. He was a little stressed when we checked in but we did try to check in early so maybe that played a part in the stress.

Great customer service at the front desk and at the housekeeping The hotel is very convenient and right on the Barra beach next to the lighthouse. Busy during the weekend right at the heart of the activities It is a bit dated and needs some repair and maintenance to make it prettier but everything works The restaurant food is good. There were things u can order separately from the buffet which is local dishes. Could have been told about it. Found out on the last day One thing I would warn is the tour agent in the hotel. She will tell you it is an English tour. And yes the tour guide does speak English but do not provide all the details that he provided to the Portuguese speakers. Abit disappointed by that There is a money exchanger across the road next to the ice cream shop. It is hidden behind a glass wall which is for safety. Better rates there for dollars Generally love the hotel and the location. And the staff are great and the palce is clean. The pool is also a great touch

I had a great time this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. As an American, most people did not speak English, but I was still able to get everything I needed. Great location (across from the beach) and next to the square. And the free breakfast wasn’t bad either!

Todo muy bien, el servicio, la ubicación y la limpieza. Solo me preocupó un detalle con relación al cobro de la estadía. Ya estaba pagada y me dicen que no, es emtonces que busco la evidencia y el personal cuando no le quedó de otra me dice hay si disculpa me estaba equivocando. Claro nunca me enseño los papeles. The hotel itself was good. Staff were helpful and the place was well maintained. Food was OK. Barra beach is not clean and very overcrowded at the weekend. The area outside the hotel and along the sea front wasn't totally safe.

O ponto forte é a localização. Muito caro pelo serviço, condições do quarto precárias com tomadas descoladas , piso soltando… café da manhã ruim e caótico. Falta tudo e não tem funcionários para repor. Vale destacar que os funcionários do restaurante são muito educados

The rooms could certainly be cleaner. The staff at the restaurant and some of the staff at the front desk were nice but we did encounter a few people that did not demonstrate much interest in their guests. The facility is a bit old and needs some updates. The location is great and breakfast was amazing. Overall, not sure I would stay there again for the price. It didn’t quite feel worth the amount we paid for it.

We were sad to find that the hotel "já era." It seems to be relying on large groups that come and stay, and with the exception of someone at the front desk who I believed was named Renato, you could come and go through reception and not be greeted. The staff seemed slightly demoralized. The lighting in the halls and rooms was really terrible. The place has a good structure, but needs some loving investment.
