We had an excellent 4 nights in a standard room in the south wing. The staff are all very friendly, as are the guests. It’s a Warner hotel, so there is plenty to do. But the grounds are so expansive and beautiful, you could while away many hours just wandering about, as we did. The pool/sauna/steam room/jacuzzi isn’t very large, but we had no issues accessing it and at no time did it feel crowded.

Property is in a stunning estate with beautiful views in every direction. Rooms a good size, nice linen, towels and toiletries and plenty of teas and coffee with fresh milk. Dinner in Market Kitchen was good and plentiful. Breakfast also in Market Kitchen was very mis-managed - long queues even though your time is reserved beforehand so staff know who to expect. There didn't appear to be anyone managing the room. No reason for queues as lots of empty tables when we got in there, they were just not cleared. More training of staff needed to deal with this - easy really, clear and re-set one table at a time rather than clearing bits off lots of tables. Extremely frustrating to watch. Availability to book restaurant choice and time online before arrival was very limited. Only option was Market Kitchen and nothing further on arrival. George Benson Tribute was excellent. Entertainment generally good. Pool and Spa looked very nice but are a long walk through hotel from South Wing. We didn't use. We were in South Wing. Car Park is some way from entrance and was busy. Walkway is on an incline which could be an issue if you are less able. You need luggage on wheels as no trolleys available and no porterage. Overall a pleasant stay but could have been excellent with some tweaks.

my boyfriend and I took the trip down to Heythrop park, we were met with a late checking of an hour and a half as the room hadn't been cleaned yet, the room was small with very limited space with a significant lack of amenities such as soap or robes (we had to request these from reception). breakfast was very standard, nothing special which we feel didn't match the price point of the hotel. the second breakfast we had was a less enjoyable as the server couldn't be bothered to get us coffee. we partook in rifle shooting and archery which we both enjoyed, the host were personable and entertaining. my partner had a facial and back massage from the spa, the services were very enjoyable and relaxing with a good clean atmosphere. I used the pool during this time however it was disappointingly shallow making it difficult to swim however the changing rooms were secure, clean and easy to use. we had 2 dinners, one on the brassiere 32 which felt very sophisticated however the service was slow, portion sizes were small but manageable if you have a small appetite. the second restaurant was the market place, this was incredibly disappointing given the price with slow but frantic service, waiting almost 30 minutes for a jug of water which presented as a large cup of water to share between 4 people. it was a buffet service with a very limited spread of food and the bread offered was frozen in the middle. we opted to have dessert in our room instead of continuing the dining experience.

Hotel is very large, don’t like having 2 entertainment areas and late lounge is badly set out unable to accommodate everyone and restricted viewing, Room had cobwebs around window which took 2 visits to remove and they will keep moving furniture back to where they want it. Craig Charles was disappointing.

Will not return, service was awful in every area, no body knew anything, every drink order and food order was an absolute disaster. Worst service I’ve ever received in a hotel. Absolutely no knowledge on anything. Our dinner table wasn’t even ready for the time we booked it for, they offered us complimentary drinks for all the problems then charged into on our bill!! The spa is absolutely not a spa, was in there 20 mins, with very limited seating so we couldn’t even just sit and relax even though the facilities were crap. The group had no refreshments the whole way round 18 holes, the shack was closed, they were told they had no golf buggies yet an entire row of them sat there the whole afternoon. Rooms were nice but boiling hot, some of us had air con some didn’t, some fans and some absolutely nothing, when you all pay and book the same rooms it’s not acceptable.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights b/b we knew it was a Warner hotel but didn’t realise it had the Warner break experience every weekend. What a pleasant surprise. We had so much fun. The breakfast and dinner are really good. The rooms are nice not massive but efficient The bed was really comfortable! The pool etc was quite far away in fact we drove there in our car. It’s on the grounds but they were refurbishing the north wing so I suppose you usually walk through the hotel. The drinks are expensive but you have to expect that. For us it was all a lot to take in at first as you eat in different places for breakfast and dinner. Which means you have to use stairs as the lifts don’t take you to them. So not good if you’re infirm. It’s a funny set up as we was on the second floor but you had to press ground floor in the lift to get to it As you come in on minus 2 but once you get your bearings it’s fine. Overall we had a great weekend and the grounds and hotel are beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Aside from check-in being a bit of a sham and WiFi not being quite as good as advertised, nothing really to fault about Heythrop. Beautiful building in an idyllic location. Beautifully maintained, inside and out. We had a ‘basic’ room I guess, but even this was fabulous. Super comfy beds, great shower, lovely view. Super relaxing. Was hesitant about the entertainment initially but far exceeded expectations. Excellent vocalists, slick performances, and the most incredible Magician on our second night. Food was varied and top quality. Ate in both the buffet style and served restaurants. Very impressed with both. Very high staff/customer ratio, all very friendly and attentive. Our first time here, and not our last.

Had a really great time at Heythrop. Initially had a problem with our room but this was sorted out straight away without any fuss. The new room was fine. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. Entertainment overall very good. Loved the quizes and daytime entertainment out on the Travelling Duke terrace. Evening entertainment was mostly very good. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and we had a really comfortable bed. Not so good was, having to pay extra for certain dishes in the restaurants and the Brasserie 32 on 2 evenings ran out of 3 or 4 dishes by 8pm. Wasn't impressed by this. We also felt that the menus never changed so it could get a bit samey. At breakfast if you wanted sugar in drinks it was dished out to you on request not on the table. Felt this was a bit tight. Overall an enjoyable mid week break.

Variety of restaurants, activities included in price we paid room/ food. Character of old Manor Houses, decor , billiards and games rooms. Staff friendly hard working, especially in the restaurant and bar areas. Reception team helpful and polite. Spa area had a good outdoor jacuzzi /sauna only two area used . Changing area nice good showers , hair dryers, towels were included in the facilities. Room we had had been renovated well but the sliding bathroom was a bit hit and miss on an odd roller system.

We have been to several Warner hotels in the past and Heythrop Manor was easily the most spectacular. We were very impressed by the idillic views, from the drive up to the hotel to the beautiful grounds. The hotel was maintained to a very high standard as was our wonderful room. The bathroom in particular was of the highest quality and spotless throughout. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful, with her knowledge of the area and hotel history. We had a later dinner reservation time so explored the exquisite grounds and watched on as golfers finished their rounds on the beautiful onsite course. We had afternoon tea at the Brassey Bar and then enjoyed a look around the rest of the amenities including the theatre, the late lounge and the numerous bars. Our dinner was at the market kitchen. This was a fresh light and airy restaurant with a varied menu and deli counter. The staff were so attentive and the food was of the highest quality. After this we retired to the late lounge and were entertained by a wonderful singer, and later a comedian who treated the audience to an hour of fun and laughter. The Warner staff then came on stage to belt out some classic songs with audience participation. We then retired to our room and woke up refreshed the next morning to a lovely breakfast in the market kitchen. Needless to say, our time there was fantastic and we can’t wait to book our next visit. Thank you, The Warner Team, for our perfect stay.

Had a really great time at Heythrop. Initially had a problem with our room but this was sorted out straight away without any fuss. The new room was fine. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. Entertainment overall very good. Loved the quizes and daytime entertainment out on the Travelling Duke terrace. Evening entertainment was mostly very good. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and we had a really comfortable bed. Not so good was, having to pay extra for certain dishes in the restaurants and the Brasserie 32 on 2 evenings ran out of 3 or 4 dishes by 8pm. Wasn't impressed by this. We also felt that the menus never changed so it could get a bit samey. At breakfast if you wanted sugar in drinks it was dished out to you on request not on the table. Felt this was a bit tight. Overall an enjoyable mid week break.

This is the first time I have stayed at a Warner property and as such was a lovely surprise to find a beautiful property nestled into the beautiful Cotswolds. This place is sprawling and beautifully maintained. Rooms are spacioous, beds clean and very comfortable. Grounds are fabulously maintained with lovely walks available. Staff are efficient, friendly and hospitable. The only thing i would say as a negative is we were travelling with our partially disabled stepfather, and given the walk to reception using his disabilty stroller was extremely difficult for him upon arrival, so bear this in mind if you or your party have mobility problems. Other than this, a perfect stay. Thank you staff, you were wonderful.

Variety of restaurants, activities included in price we paid room/ food. Character of old Manor Houses, decor , billiards and games rooms. Staff friendly hard working, especially in the restaurant and bar areas. Reception team helpful and polite. Spa area had a good outdoor jacuzzi /sauna only two area used . Changing area nice good showers , hair dryers, towels were included in the facilities. Room we had had been renovated well but the sliding bathroom was a bit hit and miss on an odd roller system.

This was our first time at a Warner Resort hotel and we are delighted to say Heythrop Manor exceeded expectations. Everywhere is maintained to a very high standard. Our room was spacious and well designed. During the afternoon my wife had booked in for a massage in the purpose built spa complex. The spa is again beautifully maintained, with a relax room for use before and after any treatments. I chose to take an electric bike explore of the extensive grounds - a perfect start to our break. We enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail in the orangery lounge, whilst entertained by a good vocalist pianist before our booked reservation for dinner. There are many public seating areas from cosy ‘snugs’ to bar lounges and seated lounges. We are at the Travelling Duke pub/restaurant. There are many menu choices and all of a very high quality with the first class table service. After dinner we went to the theatre. The setting is excellent with great visibility of the stage. A variety of artists perform. There is a great programme of evening entertainment at various venues in the hotel for us to choose from. We chatted to several other guests during our stay. There was a high degree of satisfaction with the Warner concept, and most had stayed many times before. All the staff were huge ambassadors for Warner and delivered great customer service with a smile. They seemed genuinely proud of working at Heythrop Manor. We were delighted with our stay and we look forward to our next visit.

We had an excellent 4 nights in a standard room in the south wing. The staff are all very friendly, as are the guests. It’s a Warner hotel, so there is plenty to do. But the grounds are so expansive and beautiful, you could while away many hours just wandering about, as we did. The pool/sauna/steam room/jacuzzi isn’t very large, but we had no issues accessing it and at no time did it feel crowded.

But the grounds are so expansive and beautiful, you could while away many hours just wandering about, as we did. Property is in a stunning estate with beautiful views in every direction. Rooms a good size, nice linen, towels and toiletries and plenty of teas and coffee with fresh milk. Dinner in Market Kitchen was good and plentiful. Breakfast also in Market Kitchen was very mis-managed - long queues even though your time is reserved beforehand so staff know who to expect. There didn't appear to be anyone managing the room. No reason for queues as lots of empty tables when we got in there, they were just not cleared. More training of staff needed to deal with this - easy really, clear and re-set one table at a time rather than clearing bits off lots of tables. Extremely frustrating to watch. Availability to book restaurant choice and time online before arrival was very limited. Only option was Market Kitchen and nothing further on arrival. George Benson Tribute was excellent. Entertainment generally good. Pool and Spa looked very nice but are a long walk through hotel from South Wing. We didn't use. We were in South Wing. Car Park is some way from entrance and was busy. Walkway is on an incline which could be an issue if you are less able. You need luggage on wheels as no trolleys available and no porterage. Overall a pleasant stay but could have been excellent with some tweaks.

my boyfriend and I took the trip down to Heythrop park, we were met with a late checking of an hour and a half as the room hadn't been cleaned yet, the room was small with very limited space with a significant lack of amenities such as soap or robes (we had to request these from reception). breakfast was very standard, nothing special which we feel didn't match the price point of the hotel. the second breakfast we had was a less enjoyable as the server couldn't be bothered to get us coffee. we partook in rifle shooting and archery which we both enjoyed, the host were personable and entertaining. my partner had a facial and back massage from the spa, the services were very enjoyable and relaxing with a good clean atmosphere. I used the pool during this time however it was disappointingly shallow making it difficult to swim however the changing rooms were secure, clean and easy to use. we had 2 dinners, one on the brassiere 32 which felt very sophisticated however the service was slow, portion sizes were small but manageable if you have a small appetite. the second restaurant was the market place, this was incredibly disappointing given the price with slow but frantic service, waiting almost 30 minutes for a jug of water which presented as a large cup of water to share between 4 people. it was a buffet service with a very limited spread of food and the bread offered was frozen in the middle. we opted to have dessert in our room instead of continuing the dining experience.

Global warming is not a foreign concept to anyone. We booked the hotel on one of the hottest weekend of the year - and there was no AC in the bedroom which is explained by the listing of the property.. nothing in the hotel has been to address that - you could have mobile AC unit (upon request) fans.. perhaps blackout curtains.. I paid more than friends of mine that ended up in a AC roomed in the new building.. insane and the reaction from the staff completely stoic and inflexible and clearly unbothered

Will not return, service was awful in every area, no body knew anything, every drink order and food order was an absolute disaster. Worst service I’ve ever received in a hotel. Absolutely no knowledge on anything. Our dinner table wasn’t even ready for the time we booked it for, they offered us complimentary drinks for all the problems then charged into on our bill!! The spa is absolutely not a spa, was in there 20 mins, with very limited seating so we couldn’t even just sit and relax even though the facilities were crap. The group had no refreshments the whole way round 18 holes, the shack was closed, they were told they had no golf buggies yet an entire row of them sat there the whole afternoon. Rooms were nice but boiling hot, some of us had air con some didn’t, some fans and some absolutely nothing, when you all pay and book the same rooms it’s not acceptable.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights b/b we knew it was a Warner hotel but didn’t realise it had the Warner break experience every weekend. What a pleasant surprise. We had so much fun. The breakfast and dinner are really good. The rooms are nice not massive but efficient The bed was really comfortable! The pool etc was quite far away in fact we drove there in our car. It’s on the grounds but they were refurbishing the north wing so I suppose you usually walk through the hotel. The drinks are expensive but you have to expect that. For us it was all a lot to take in at first as you eat in different places for breakfast and dinner. Which means you have to use stairs as the lifts don’t take you to them. So not good if you’re infirm. It’s a funny set up as we was on the second floor but you had to press ground floor in the lift to get to it As you come in on minus 2 but once you get your bearings it’s fine. Overall we had a great weekend and the grounds and hotel are beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Aside from check-in being a bit of a sham and WiFi not being quite as good as advertised, nothing really to fault about Heythrop. Beautiful building in an idyllic location. Beautifully maintained, inside and out. We had a ‘basic’ room I guess, but even this was fabulous. Super comfy beds, great shower, lovely view. Super relaxing. Was hesitant about the entertainment initially but far exceeded expectations. Excellent vocalists, slick performances, and the most incredible Magician on our second night. Food was varied and top quality. Ate in both the buffet style and served restaurants. Very impressed with both. Very high staff/customer ratio, all very friendly and attentive. Our first time here, and not our last.

Fantastic grounds and hotel. Staff are really friendly and receptionist was really helpful. Only thing missing would be the option to get a fan for your room - as the weather was warm and no breeze, so having a window open did little for air circulation. That said we will definitely be returning!

Located in a lovely, quiet area. We had a room on 1st floor in the north wing. It wasn’t easy to find it at first. We loved the dining options however we missed out on first night dinner as we were unable to communicate with a staff member at check in. The checking itself was disappointing as no one was present at the reception and we were asked to go to the south wing where, once finding it, we were sent back, just to find out, still, no one was there. Beds are comfortable, however, we had 2 single ones pushed together. We opted for a double/queen at point of booking. We had not booked any activities but watched some entertainment- Cregan & Co which was great. Overall we are pleased with our stay. Will be back.

Water cut off to room for 2 days. At checking in on time, had to wait 2 hrs room. Spa out of use because of water issue! Still waiting 1 month later for the manager to respond to my calls. At check out was informed that a manager would contact us.

Poor communication between hotels.com and Warners. Couldn't get hold of the hotel to book dinners. No reply to emails, phone or chat line couldn't deal with requests. Reception check in was a shambles sadly and check out the same. Restaurant staff fantastic, nice spa, comfortable room and great surroundings. Sadly can't give 5stars.

Fantastic grounds and hotel. Staff are really friendly and receptionist was really helpful. Only thing missing would be the option to get a fan for your room - as the weather was warm and no breeze, so having a window open did little for air circulation. That said we will definitely be returning!

We had an excellent 4 nights in a standard room in the south wing. The staff are all very friendly, as are the guests. It’s a Warner hotel, so there is plenty to do. But the grounds are so expansive and beautiful, you could while away many hours just wandering about, as we did. The pool/sauna/steam room/jacuzzi isn’t very large, but we had no issues accessing it and at no time did it feel crowded.

But the grounds are so expansive and beautiful, you could while away many hours just wandering about, as we did. Property is in a stunning estate with beautiful views in every direction. Rooms a good size, nice linen, towels and toiletries and plenty of teas and coffee with fresh milk. Dinner in Market Kitchen was good and plentiful. Breakfast also in Market Kitchen was very mis-managed - long queues even though your time is reserved beforehand so staff know who to expect. There didn't appear to be anyone managing the room. No reason for queues as lots of empty tables when we got in there, they were just not cleared. More training of staff needed to deal with this - easy really, clear and re-set one table at a time rather than clearing bits off lots of tables. Extremely frustrating to watch. Availability to book restaurant choice and time online before arrival was very limited. Only option was Market Kitchen and nothing further on arrival. George Benson Tribute was excellent. Entertainment generally good. Pool and Spa looked very nice but are a long walk through hotel from South Wing. We didn't use. We were in South Wing. Car Park is some way from entrance and was busy. Walkway is on an incline which could be an issue if you are less able. You need luggage on wheels as no trolleys available and no porterage. Overall a pleasant stay but could have been excellent with some tweaks.

Located in a lovely, quiet area. We had a room on 1st floor in the north wing. It wasn’t easy to find it at first. We loved the dining options however we missed out on first night dinner as we were unable to communicate with a staff member at check in. The checking itself was disappointing as no one was present at the reception and we were asked to go to the south wing where, once finding it, we were sent back, just to find out, still, no one was there. Beds are comfortable, however, we had 2 single ones pushed together. We opted for a double/queen at point of booking. We had not booked any activities but watched some entertainment- Cregan & Co which was great. Overall we are pleased with our stay. Will be back.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights b/b we knew it was a Warner hotel but didn’t realise it had the Warner break experience every weekend. What a pleasant surprise. We had so much fun. The breakfast and dinner are really good. The rooms are nice not massive but efficient The bed was really comfortable! The pool etc was quite far away in fact we drove there in our car. It’s on the grounds but they were refurbishing the north wing so I suppose you usually walk through the hotel. The drinks are expensive but you have to expect that. For us it was all a lot to take in at first as you eat in different places for breakfast and dinner. Which means you have to use stairs as the lifts don’t take you to them. So not good if you’re infirm. It’s a funny set up as we was on the second floor but you had to press ground floor in the lift to get to it As you come in on minus 2 but once you get your bearings it’s fine. Overall we had a great weekend and the grounds and hotel are beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Aside from check-in being a bit of a sham and WiFi not being quite as good as advertised, nothing really to fault about Heythrop. Beautiful building in an idyllic location. Beautifully maintained, inside and out. We had a ‘basic’ room I guess, but even this was fabulous. Super comfy beds, great shower, lovely view. Super relaxing. Was hesitant about the entertainment initially but far exceeded expectations. Excellent vocalists, slick performances, and the most incredible Magician on our second night. Food was varied and top quality. Ate in both the buffet style and served restaurants. Very impressed with both. Very high staff/customer ratio, all very friendly and attentive. Our first time here, and not our last.

This is the first time I have stayed at a Warner property and as such was a lovely surprise to find a beautiful property nestled into the beautiful Cotswolds. This place is sprawling and beautifully maintained. Rooms are spacioous, beds clean and very comfortable. Grounds are fabulously maintained with lovely walks available. Staff are efficient, friendly and hospitable. The only thing i would say as a negative is we were travelling with our partially disabled stepfather, and given the walk to reception using his disabilty stroller was extremely difficult for him upon arrival, so bear this in mind if you or your party have mobility problems. Other than this, a perfect stay. Thank you staff, you were wonderful.

Splendid location with beautiful and well kept grounds. Excellent spa facility and great entertainment. Rooms are bit tired and could do with better dinner options for vegetarians.

my boyfriend and I took the trip down to Heythrop park, we were met with a late checking of an hour and a half as the room hadn't been cleaned yet, the room was small with very limited space with a significant lack of amenities such as soap or robes (we had to request these from reception). breakfast was very standard, nothing special which we feel didn't match the price point of the hotel. the second breakfast we had was a less enjoyable as the server couldn't be bothered to get us coffee. we partook in rifle shooting and archery which we both enjoyed, the host were personable and entertaining. my partner had a facial and back massage from the spa, the services were very enjoyable and relaxing with a good clean atmosphere. I used the pool during this time however it was disappointingly shallow making it difficult to swim however the changing rooms were secure, clean and easy to use. we had 2 dinners, one on the brassiere 32 which felt very sophisticated however the service was slow, portion sizes were small but manageable if you have a small appetite. the second restaurant was the market place, this was incredibly disappointing given the price with slow but frantic service, waiting almost 30 minutes for a jug of water which presented as a large cup of water to share between 4 people. it was a buffet service with a very limited spread of food and the bread offered was frozen in the middle. we opted to have dessert in our room instead of continuing the dining experience.

Poor communication between hotels.com and Warners. Couldn't get hold of the hotel to book dinners. No reply to emails, phone or chat line couldn't deal with requests. Reception check in was a shambles sadly and check out the same. Restaurant staff fantastic, nice spa, comfortable room and great surroundings. Sadly can't give 5stars.

Had a really great time at Heythrop. Initially had a problem with our room but this was sorted out straight away without any fuss. The new room was fine. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. Entertainment overall very good. Loved the quizes and daytime entertainment out on the Travelling Duke terrace. Evening entertainment was mostly very good. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and we had a really comfortable bed. Not so good was, having to pay extra for certain dishes in the restaurants and the Brasserie 32 on 2 evenings ran out of 3 or 4 dishes by 8pm. Wasn't impressed by this. We also felt that the menus never changed so it could get a bit samey. At breakfast if you wanted sugar in drinks it was dished out to you on request not on the table. Felt this was a bit tight. Overall an enjoyable mid week break.

The app they require you to use does not work, tried to book dinner on the app to be told no times were available, but when going to the restaurant we wanted to dine at we were booked In immediately. I would advise they make the app work or just go back to book in person or on the internal phones in the hotel. Some events were not available due to lack of staff or equipment (e-bikes for example)

Surprised by the average age of guests! Being a group of a 21 year old, a 60 year old, and a 31 year old we found ourselves to be among the youngest guests, the entertainment was geared to a higher age range which we did not know prior to booking. Staff ranged from fairly helpful to quite abrupt, particularly upon check-in where we were told we would need to pick from a limited time to attend breakfast (which we prepaid for) as we did not pre-book these times - strange! Apparently if you book via a third-party site they do not communicate this. Check in staff did not give a very good explanation of the hotel and its amenities so this should be improved. The theatre areas are impressive but the nightclub an odd set up with voyeurs! Close to the places we sought to visit (Oxford, Kingham, Chipping Norton). Rooms great. Other guests a bit rude - I was asked if I was a part of the evenings entertainment team whilst I was checking in! Overall, nice stately home.

Awful receptions , very rude and ignorant, when asked about a room upgrade which I was happy to pay for she said they hadn’t received my email from earlier in the day and got very argumentative about the situation, I then asked for a manager and she was just as bad. It was very rare to get a smile from anyone at the hotel except a young man called Ben who was a future bookings representative and was most helpful. Maybe Ben should have the Job of a manager as he was the only one that had a smile and was more than willing to resolved the situation and be most helpfull. 3 out of the 4 rooms booked were filthy, hair in one of the beds, mucky carpet and an old men’s shaver left on the bathroom side board. Dirt and stone on the carpet in one of the rooms. 2 cans of water in the superior room fridge and when asked for the rooms to be cleaned properly we were told by the receptionist that room service would be straight to our rooms to clean them up and change the bedding. They never arrived. The Hotel is boarder line a run down nursing home being run by incompetent people who clearly don’t care about re-visiting guests. The staff in the outside dining area were just as bad and having to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for food and having asked 3 times too 3 different members of staff then to be told the QR code on the app wasn’t working but I had to show them proof that I had paid on my banking app to then have to wait again for another physical menu to be given to me. I could go on.

The staff in the outside dining area were just as bad and having to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for food and having asked 3 times too 3 different members of staff then to be told the QR code on the app wasn’t working but I had to show them proof that I had paid on my banking app to then have to wait again for another physical menu to be given to me. I could go on.
