Our third stay at Sunrise Holidays and as ever everything was excellent. Staff are exceptional, always a great selection of food, and everything is always clean and tidy. Used the spa for the first time with a package of Turkish Hammam and 2 additional massages over our 10-day stay which was wonderful.

Great hotel! Typical Egyptian resort, super friendly staff, food was amazing, location incredible. Some rooms a little tired but nothing noticeable. Entertainment team were fantastic. The show is quite loud until 11 but plenty of room options away from it.

Una settimana coccolati da tutto lo staff. Posto bellissimo vicino al centro, comodo anche per andare a piedi. Location direttamente sulla sua spiaggia Camere pulite e con vista parziale del mare, per nostra scelta. Animazione con ragazzi simpatici e bravi Cibo più che ottimo.

Magnifique hôtel et excellentes prestations. Le personnel est adorable et toujours très souriant. Les buffets sont gargantuesques, variés et très bons. Soirées spéciales plusieursfois dans la semaine, animations .... la mer et piscine très propres. Seul point négatif. La musique des animations et le soir beaucoup trop forte. On aimerait des ambiances plus douces avec du jazz et un peu moins de bruit autour du lagon ou piscine en journée. s bons

Check in was not ideal and they originally refused to accommodate my ask of a double bed. We also watched some people get welcome drinks while we were left to stand around waiting. That said the manager was able to swiftly sort the problem and the rest of the stay was lovely This is a great hotel, Really nice cool area and the beach area is also lovely. The buffet was good with lots of options. I definitely stay here again

Hotel très décevant, je ne comprends pas les nombreux commentaires positifs sur l'établissement. Le hall d'accueil n'est pas agréable, pas climatisé, personnel de la réception non souriant et pas accueillant. Les chambres sont vieilles, décoration totalement obsolete, literie inconfortable, les draps sont très vieux et de fait reches, l'eau coulait jaune dans la salle de bain à l'évier, le ménage réalisé approximativement. Restaurant : globalement la nourriture était de meilleure qualité que dans les autres établissements, mais le personnel totalement désorganisé, c'est juste incroyable de devoir se servir soit même en couverts et serviettes pour installer sa table. Très peu d'espace dans le restaurant alors que l'hôtel était loin d'être plein, il a fallu plusieurs fois attendre pour pouvoir avoir une table disponible. Piscine : correcte, rien à redire Jaccuzi : sale Plage : petite crique, les gens réservent les transats et il est difficile de trouver de la place disponible. Animations : tous les jours la même chose sauf le spectacle du soir qui est qualitatif, équipe agréable. Je regrette d'avoir choisi cet établissement qui ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé, il n'y a pas de végétation et surtout l'état des chambres est vraiment dépassé.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt it was not a 5* hotel. Quite tired for a "recently renovated" Premium room. Good variety and quantity of food in the main buffet restaurant. Quality was a mixed bag - there was always something good at every meal though. The room was good apart from stinking drains in the bathroom. Easily solved by blocking them with the flannels provided but reporting the problem to the hotel had no effect so we suspect it's an expected problem with all Egyptian sewer systems. The blanket was stained and edge binding was ripped in one corner, resulting in a serious trip, torn muscle and continuing ankle pain and suffering - staff member from guest services it was reported to did not seem concerned or apologetic enough or likely to remedy it for others. The "app" was awful. Very slow and inefficient. Restaurant bookings made through it never reached the restaurants. Wifi started off slow and got slower after an "upgrade" but there was at least a signal in most places. We are lucky to have survived the driving supplied by Ali at the taxi desk on our overnight trip to Luxor. The driver was clearly overworked and tired, as well as driving dangerously fast and aggressively. Allowing Ali to operate from the hotel reflects badly on the hotel and our experience of it. We expected his company would have been checked and approved by the hotel. Einegar and Tarak at the Splash bar were friendly and helpful. Most other staff were good but sometimes too eager.

Wir waren das erste mal in Hurghada. Das Hotelzimmer hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können, aber alles in allem hat es uns dort sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen war im Großen und Ganzen auch lecker. Leider gab es zu dem Zeitpunkt an einem Tag Probleme mit Stromausfall (im Restaurant wurde es kurz dunkel, Steckdosen, Lichter und Klimaanlage gingen für eine Weile nicht mehr), aber es wurde sich schnell darum gekümmert dieses Problem zu beheben. Das Sunrise Holidays Resort ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Würden wieder dort hinkommen 👍

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas älter, aber es ist sehr gut instand gehalten. Ständig wird irgendwo etwas unauffällig in Ordnung gebracht. Das Hotel ist supersauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich wirklich als Gast des Hauses. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks

Wifi started off slow and got slower after an "upgrade" but there was at least a signal in most places. We are lucky to have survived the driving supplied by Ali at the taxi desk on our overnight trip to Luxor. The driver was clearly overworked and tired, as well as driving dangerously fast and aggressively. Allowing Ali to operate from the hotel reflects badly on the hotel and our experience of it. We expected his company would have been checked and approved by the hotel. Einegar and Tarak at the Splash bar were friendly and helpful. Most other staff were good but sometimes too eager.

Un desastre el transporte por taxi al aeropuerto proporcionado por el propio hotel. Nos obligaron a pagar en dólares y en cash, totalmente ilegal no poder pagar con al moneda local, pero la cosa no acabó aquí sino que el taxi que nos tenía que llevar a las 4 de la mañana al aeropuerto y que estaba pagado no vino a la hora y apareció 30m tarde después de amenazar de llamar a la policía y el hotel no nos daba ninguna solución.el hotel dice que es un taxi externo pero está contratado en el hotel y ellos mismos son quien los envían. Fatal para no repetir nunca más También decir que las habitaciones de categoría superior tienen el ruido constante de un compresor que no para no de día ni de noche. Nosotros que éramos 3 viajando no volveremos nunca más.

To be honest. They never said that they would have a party that was so loud is shook the windows and make it impossible to think let alone asleep. I could see in the build up it was going to be bad so I asked three times to be able to move rooms. They didn't understand or let me three times. And so it was terrible. Don't get me wrong I understand a lot of people came for the party but I didn't. Nor was I warned about it. And really I should have been and been moved. So I got very little sleep which was the main reason I went on holiday. So very annoyed by it all. The only person that came back to me did so on the last day and asked if there was anything she could do. Lol. I was leaving in 4 hours time. And the damage had already been done. Never going back.

Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks

Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt it was not a 5* hotel. Quite tired for a "recently renovated" Premium room. Good variety and quantity of food in the main buffet restaurant. Quality was a mixed bag - there was always something good at every meal though. The room was good apart from stinking drains in the bathroom. Easily solved by blocking them with the flannels provided but reporting the problem to the hotel had no effect so we suspect it's an expected problem with all Egyptian sewer systems. The blanket was stained and edge binding was ripped in one corner, resulting in a serious trip, torn muscle and continuing ankle pain and suffering - staff member from guest services it was reported to did not seem concerned or apologetic enough or likely to remedy it for others. Our third stay at Sunrise Holidays and as ever everything was excellent. Staff are exceptional, always a great selection of food, and everything is always clean and tidy. Used the spa for the first time with a package of Turkish Hammam and 2 additional massages over our 10-day stay which was wonderful.

Comportamento per nulla professionale. Una stanza prenotata due mesi prima, mi comunicano al check in alle 8 di sera che sono in overbooking e che ci spostano in un altra struttura a 10 km. I professionisti non vendono le stanze già prenotate altrimenti non ha senso la prenotazione, e se foste stata una svista in buona fede, mi avrebbero potuto avvisare almeno il giorno prima, così avrei potuto scegliere io se andare nella struttura proposta o annullare la prenotazione e sceglierne una di mio gradimento. Dicendolo all ultimo momento mi hanno costretto ad accettare, e anche se non posso fare confronti sulla struttura dato che non ci sono stato, di certo la posizione era molto più isolata. Chiaramente di rimborsi e differenze prezzi non ne hanno voluto parlare, perfortuna Expedia mi ha supportato nel processo. In ogni caso, dato che la prenotazione era di due mesi fa avrebbero dovuto spostare chi ha prenotato dopo di me, ma ipotizzo fosse un gruppo grande e non volessero perdere soldi, per questo assumo la malafede. VIVAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO

I might say this was the worst "holiday" ever. We had to change rooms three times because none of the chosen ones were in good condition: broken windows, non-functional air conditioning, and a nightclub right below us. How are people supposed to sleep in such conditions? The staff was extremely rude and condescending, with their "take a seat" commands directed only at women, as if we don\'t exist and should just sit quietly while men discuss business. Be cautious in the shops, they lock you in until you buy something overpriced. The restaurant quality was very poor for a five-star hotel. Moreover, After being humiliated by a staff member, we asked for compensation at the end of our "holiday", and they simply smiled, saying nothing would happen and they were just sorry. Thank you for turning our dream week into the worst nightmare ever.

Check in was not ideal and they originally refused to accommodate my ask of a double bed. We also watched some people get welcome drinks while we were left to stand around waiting. That said the manager was able to swiftly sort the problem and the rest of the stay was lovely This is a great hotel, Really nice cool area and the beach area is also lovely. The buffet was good with lots of options. I definitely stay here again

Great hotel! Typical Egyptian resort, super friendly staff, food was amazing, location incredible. Some rooms a little tired but nothing noticeable. Entertainment team were fantastic. The show is quite loud until 11 but plenty of room options away from it.

Una settimana coccolati da tutto lo staff. Posto bellissimo vicino al centro, comodo anche per andare a piedi. Location direttamente sulla sua spiaggia Camere pulite e con vista parziale del mare, per nostra scelta. Animazione con ragazzi simpatici e bravi Cibo più che ottimo.

Massenabfertigung. Essen ist nichts Besonderes. Liegen, die den ganzen Tag reserviert sind, ohne, dass diese benutzt werden, obwohl das laut Hotel untersagt ist und auch vom Hotel angeblich unterbunden werden soll. Wer dem Personal genug Trinkgeld zusteckt, kommt mit allem durch. Permanente Belästigung von Tour-Anbietern. Alles wird in Plastik Behältern serviert - es wird so viel unnötiger Müll produziert.

Magnifique hôtel et excellentes prestations. Le personnel est adorable et toujours très souriant. Les buffets sont gargantuesques, variés et très bons. Soirées spéciales plusieursfois dans la semaine, animations .... la mer et piscine très propres. Seul point négatif. La musique des animations et le soir beaucoup trop forte. On aimerait des ambiances plus douces avec du jazz et un peu moins de bruit autour du lagon ou piscine en journée. s bons

Soirées spéciales plusieursfois dans la semaine, animations .... la mer et piscine très propres. Seul point négatif. La musique des animations et le soir beaucoup trop forte. On aimerait des ambiances plus douces avec du jazz et un peu moins de bruit autour du lagon ou piscine en journée. s bons

What a fantastic holiday, first time in Egypt and certainly not the last! The staff were absolutely brilliant, couldn't do enough for you and the food was fantastic.

A superb time was had within the complex of the hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. The food was excellent and the atmosphere very warm and friendly. The experiences we had 'outside' of the hotel were another matter. It was exasperating feeling like human carrion wherever we went. Next time we will just stay in the hotel.

Check in was not ideal and they originally refused to accommodate my ask of a double bed. We also watched some people get welcome drinks while we were left to stand around waiting. That said the manager was able to swiftly sort the problem and the rest of the stay was lovely This is a great hotel, Really nice cool area and the beach area is also lovely. The buffet was good with lots of options. I definitely stay here again

Any room backing on to Sheraton road is way too loud. Don't expect sleep. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Only really has 2 restaurants outside the main restaurant. 1 is extra price the other is vegetarian only. Some staff are super friendly and helpful some bar staff and reception make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Don't think we will be going back

Everything above staff was very accommodating. Very nice. I enjoyed giving each and every last one of them many tips the room was just what we expected. The food was excellent. Very nice vacation.
