Wasnt given the room I asked for. When I contacted the property I was told I was being aggressive 🙄. I've never been aggressive in my life. I had requested a room with a sea view but was given a pateo room next to some premises with broken glass. I said ia had paid for a sea view room but Mrs S at reservations went on to say that the room I was given was one of the best rooms on the hotel... Not very helpful

The staff were very helpful. The room was nice but the bed was a bit too firm. The pillows were small but the staff told us we should have asked for more. Our view was lovely and the all inclusive package was well worth it. The bartender Kyle was amazing and truly lovely to meet. He made our stay that much better. I rated it 4 only because of my preference for a softer bed and very firm pillows. Otherwise I would definitely return there especially if Kyle and the same chef were there.

On arrival at hotel they could not find our booking which is more the fault of hotels.com. Once they checked my phone confirmation all was sorted. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Our rooms were really nice although we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities. In 2 of our 3 rooms we only had 1 usable electric socket.
