PGA113 Chic PGA West Oasis Pool Home

This is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. The house itself seems to be a bit neglected and has minor repairs that need done. We WD'40'd the sliding door because it was super hard to open and close. The sliding screen door was off its tracks that we corrected. One of the lounge chairs ripped with us simply sitting on it. The blinds in the master bedroom did not go up. The dish washer kept making a beeping noise where we finally unplugged it. I'm sure it won't take a lot of time or expense to correct the minor "fix-ups". The rental company was top notch, answering phone calls immediately and wanting to send out a repair technician which we declined. The view is spectacular with the mountains and it was enjoyable watching the golfers. The house is great, just needs a little attention.

The hot tub and pool were cold for two days. back bathroom didn't have not water ever had to use the casita I messaged Stephanie twice with no response. The home is dated, needs a renovation.

Our stay was quite nice. Very spacious and comfortable. Loved the kitchen ammenities. The house could use a "deep clean" - furniture and things are just a tad weathered. There needs to be an assessment of the hot water performance in all showers - the guest shower in the house never offered hot water, so that was a bit unfortunate. Since there were only three of us, it worked out. We enjoyed the lovely pool watfall feature, and the morning sunrises in the backyard. We also loved that the TV actually had cable channel offerings. Just a fun sisters weekend in a wonderful location.
