Meget bra beliggenhet, ca 100m så var en på torget. Noe harde senger, men rommet var stort, fint og rent. Ikke velg sidebygning, en må da ut av bygget og over en gate for å komme inn i hovedbygningen, ikke helt ideelt på vinter, om en har valgt med frokost.

Great property in old town Tallin. There are many restaurants and shops around. Our room had a sauna which was really nice. This room's option for a separate bed was one of those pull out chair types which may lead you to want multiple rooms if a double bed alone won't meet needs.

It’s fine. Great location but my room was more like an abandoned room with random and very worn furniture in it. There were stray hairs all over the bathroom when I checked in. Just felt overpriced for the quality of the room. No kettle like I saw in nearly every other room I walked by. I was in the side building which I’d read was the better of the 2. :/

Perfectly located in the heart of the old city, the hotel is an old building with some lovely charm but with that comes some limitations as to how much they can modernise. Nonetheless the staff we’re welcoming and helpful, the room comfortable (albeit rather basic bath shower) and breakfast was fine.

O melhor do hotel foi sua localização que era excelente. O quarto apesar de ser bem espaçoso, não era muito moderno. O que realmente pesou em sua avaliação foi quero banheiro apresentou algumas vezes cheiro desagradável, como se tivesse um problema de encanamento. Outro ponto que nos incomodou foi que no prédio em que ficamos não havia tapete no hall e nem nor quartos. No inverno, com a neve, tanto a entrada do hotel quanto o quarto ficavam bastante molhados.

O melhor do hotel foi sua localização que era excelente. O quarto apesar de ser bem espaçoso, não era muito moderno. O que realmente pesou em sua avaliação foi quero banheiro apresentou algumas vezes cheiro desagradável, como se tivesse um problema de encanamento. Outro ponto que nos incomodou foi que no prédio em que ficamos não havia tapete no hall e nem nor quartos. No inverno, com a neve, tanto a entrada do hotel quanto o quarto ficavam bastante molhados.

Lige i centrum. Gammelt fint hotel, med de begrænsninger, der er ved at bygningen var så gammel. Så det er forventeligt og Ok. Sengen var rigtig god. Værst og egentlig eneste ankepunkt var, at rengøringspersonalet sprayer med duft, så hotellet lugtede af dårlig parfume

Excellent location right in the middle of the charming Old Town. The was room was clean, but a bit worn. Shower didn't drain very well, so a quick shower to avoid flooding the floor. Reception staff were super friendly and efficient. Breakfast not a great experience.

Der var meget stor forskel på værelserne. Vi var 3 der rejste sammen og boede på 3 forskellige værelser. Som guldmedlem kan man blive tilbudt opgradering på dette hotel, men det fik jeg ikke - tværtimod fik jeg det dårligste af de 3 værelser vi boede på. Meget mørkt og man kigger lige ud i en mur med vinduer 2 meter fra værelset, så man er nødt til at have trukket gardinerne for hele tiden (værelse 335). Også støj fra nærliggende barer om natten. Der var store friske blodpletter på gulvet, som jeg gjorde opmærksom på i receptionen, men de blev aldrig fjernet. Oplevede desværre også at komme hjem sen eftermiddag, hvor døren til værelset stod på vid gab. Intet var dog stjålet. Gjorde også opmærksom på dette i receptionen, men fik aldrig nogen tilbagemelding på det. Føltes ret utrygt at sove der alene med tanke på de oplevelser. Værelset var dog pænt stort og sengen ok.

DO NOT STAY IN THE SIDE BUILDING. I was kept up all night by the bar next door which shares a wall with the hotel. I could feel the vibrations of the music until 4am even on the week nights, not to mention the yelling and screaming of drunk people in the street. The room itself was fine - basic, but comfortable enough, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. Very frustrating.

Poor service. I requested and confirmed a transfer from the airport but the driver never turned up and the hotel refused to help and just told me to use bolt (local uber app which I didn’t have). No effort to make another arrangement. As it turned out the taxi was much cheaper than the transfer.

Som guldmedlem kan man blive tilbudt opgradering på dette hotel, men det fik jeg ikke - tværtimod fik jeg det dårligste af de 3 værelser vi boede på. Meget mørkt og man kigger lige ud i en mur med vinduer 2 meter fra værelset, så man er nødt til at have trukket gardinerne for hele tiden (værelse 335). Også støj fra nærliggende barer om natten. Der var store friske blodpletter på gulvet, som jeg gjorde opmærksom på i receptionen, men de blev aldrig fjernet. Oplevede desværre også at komme hjem sen eftermiddag, hvor døren til værelset stod på vid gab. Intet var dog stjålet. Gjorde også opmærksom på dette i receptionen, men fik aldrig nogen tilbagemelding på det. Føltes ret utrygt at sove der alene med tanke på de oplevelser. Værelset var dog pænt stort og sengen ok.

I arrived at 4am due to a much delayed flight. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Hotel is in a fantastic location and has old world charm. I'd stay there again.

Perfectly located in the heart of the old city, the hotel is an old building with some lovely charm but with that comes some limitations as to how much they can modernise. Nonetheless the staff we’re welcoming and helpful, the room comfortable (albeit rather basic bath shower) and breakfast was fine.

Meget bra beliggenhet, ca 100m så var en på torget. Noe harde senger, men rommet var stort, fint og rent. Ikke velg sidebygning, en må da ut av bygget og over en gate for å komme inn i hovedbygningen, ikke helt ideelt på vinter, om en har valgt med frokost.

It’s fine. Great location but my room was more like an abandoned room with random and very worn furniture in it. There were stray hairs all over the bathroom when I checked in. Just felt overpriced for the quality of the room. No kettle like I saw in nearly every other room I walked by. I was in the side building which I’d read was the better of the 2. :/

Fint ældre hotel med en charmerende gammel elevator der absolut måtte prøves. Hyggeligt værelse, pænt badeværelse og venligt personale. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig.

Excellent location right in the middle of the charming Old Town. The was room was clean, but a bit worn. Shower didn't drain very well, so a quick shower to avoid flooding the floor. Reception staff were super friendly and efficient. Breakfast not a great experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. If you’re looking for a vintage property, but with modern conveniences were at matters, this is your spot. Great air conditioning, water, pressure and water temperature. Morning breakfast with very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Poor service. I requested and confirmed a transfer from the airport but the driver never turned up and the hotel refused to help and just told me to use bolt (local uber app which I didn’t have). No effort to make another arrangement. As it turned out the taxi was much cheaper than the transfer.
