Room was fine. Entire 3rd floor smelled like weed. Pretty noisy, highways next door and airplanes over head. It was a place to sleep, nothing special nothing terrible.

Room: We booked a room with two queen beds for our family with two teenagers. The beds were comfortable, and the room was a decent size for four people. The bathroom was standard with basic amenities. However, the overall cleanliness could have been better, and complimentary bottled water was not provided. Reception: Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The front desk staff were friendly, cooperative, and helpful. Gym: This was probably the weakest part of the hotel. The gym could be maintained much better. It wasn't particularly clean, and the TV was not functioning. Breakfast: The included breakfast offered a decent variety, including bread, scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, and other basic options. It was adequate for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Overall: Considering the price, this is a good hotel and offers reasonable value for money. The main area that needs improvement is cleanliness and general maintenance. With better attention to these areas, the overall experience could be significantly better.

The staff was fine though the room was not cleaned and we had to request clean towels for the second day. The pool water was extremely cold and the eating area was overly hot. I would not choose this hotel again.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bolingbrook-Romeoville, I-55 from August 1 to August 3, 2026 The condition of the room was unacceptable, especially given the price paid. Upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of food as if someone had been cooking inside. Furthermore, the sheets smelled like urine, and the refrigerator had a foul odor resembling rotten eggs, making it completely unusable. The air conditioning unit also smelled of mold, which caused us to start coughing during our stay. The property was very dirty and outdated. Given these terrible conditions, I am requesting a formal review of this matter and a significant refund for this stay. I look forward to your prompt response.
