The staff was very pleasant and friendly, my room was nice however the tub stopper was not working properly so I had to shower rather than soak in the tub, the breakfast was very good and filling

This location is incredibly convenient to I-55. As a result, some of the north facing rooms have a little more road noise. My room was very clean and the snack bar was well stocked.

At check in, I had reserved a king suite, the general manager began to tell me how uncomfortable the pull out couch would be for my mom. He offered a room with 2 beds instead. My mom right away said yes. I was hesitant because I knew this was a downgrade. I asked him if it was the same price and he said it would be. First of all, this isnt great customer service but I took it for my mom’s sake. The room its self was ok. It’s 2026 and every room should have a TV equipped to watch Netflix or whatever and these were not. As a traveler with 2 boys we know it’s important! Bathroom was super tiny. Anyone bigger would have trouble shutting the door to use the toilet. Tub needs a good scrub. Water for shower was perfectly hot! And the beds were super comfortable! Overall it was an ok stay. Prolly won’t choose this hotel again though.
