Maravilloso hotel en una ubicación única. Personal tanto de recepción como del desayuno perfecto! Muy recomendable!

Por desgracia, no pudimos disfrutar como nos hubiera gustado de este hotel y de su personal. Debido a un problema con la compañía aérea, nuestra estancia fué mucho más corta y accidentada. Aún así, destacar la ubicación del hotel y su personal. Nos atendieron de 10. Volveremos seguro a Riga y nos quedaremos en este hotel. Si debo decir, que hay pequeños detalles que se deberían actualizar, para poder dejar esta joya arquitectónica a un nivel óptimo. Volveremos! Ah! Por cierto, en el desayuno nos hicieron las mejores tortillas que nos han hecho nunca. Felicitaciones a todo el equipo y en especial a la cocinera

Dejligt hotel, rart personale, god morgenmad, virkelig lækker kaffe. Rengøringen i top. Vil helt sikkert bo her igen. Meget centralt, kunne gå til alle seværdigheder.

Our stay at Grand Palace Hotel was outstanding! The hotel is right in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, walkable to everything - no need for a car here. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast spread was decadent, complete with complimentary Prosecco. What was really special about the hotel was the hospitality. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had the information we needed to enjoy our stay. After we left, I discovered that I had left an item of great importance in the hotel room. I had already moved on to another country, and was panicking. The hotel promptly shipped the item back to my home in the United States at an extremely low cost. You will love your stay here!
