The property is brand new and well kept. Staff was nice, location is convenient, amenities are wonderful. Definitely a great experience

Very clean, good price, good breakfast, and a great great fitness center

I love everything about it. I've stayed there 4 times already, but the front desk girl could be a little bit friendlier. I've seen the same girl twice already, including the last time. I like the hotel because I love the breakfast, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the gym is awesome! I will be returning to the area frequently and will be staying again.

New facility,across from hospital, dollar tree and fast food restaurants. Hotel has free breakfast and a 3day social dinner,which is a great perk. But staff (except2) need retraining in customer friendly/ professional service.

This location is new and only open a couple months so hasn’t seen the wear of other places. Staff is all very friendly and happy to help with anything that they can right down to how to operate the free laundry that had me confused at first. A large wide open lobby with ample area to greet your friends for a visit and sit to visit, and nice dining area for the complementary breakfast (hot or cold) and a happy hour on M-T-W with snacks, sandwich makings, non alcoholic beverages and beer, an attendant is there to help you out at both. The hot part a of breakfast was different selection every day, only thing I missed was a bagel slicer and cream cheese, I stayed in a basic suite, walked in to a kitchen area with stove top, standard fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, a good supply of kitchenware and coffee pot for those that want it. Some basics to get you through the night like coffee and microwave popcorn, though this was a short stay for me this trip a kitchen is a must for me to be settled. The main part of the suite was large and comfortable with a King sized bed, dresser, couch, oversized wall mounted tv that swiveled to be seen anywhere in the room and a table to eat at. The bathroom was plenty large with a big walk in shower, good sized vanity/counter to spread all your necessities out on, great hot water, and upgraded toilet for comfort. Lastly but very important for me is a nice and well supplied dog walk area that was easily accessed with my service dog.

The hotel is new and clean and has great staff and amenities. What more can you ask for?

Beautiful and comfortable room and facility, as a whole. Friendly staff. Cozy beds!!! Just two negatives… a couple of dirty plates in the cupboard extremely low water pressure in the shower

The room was very very clean. Breakfast was a good variety.

Don’t let them give you a handicap accessible room. The shower leaks water outside of bathroom area. The shower in room 102 wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower smelled like urine and had yellow stains in one corner of shower. The body wash was completely empty. I had to leave for work so I wasn’t able to complain to the front desk in time. When I went to the lobby no one was behind the desk so I left. Hopefully someone from that property will see this comment and reach out to make this right. This is my first bad experience at this hotel. I normally enjoy my stay.

Not only was the room clean, the air quality was clean. No “prior guest” odors or smell of mold. Will definitely stay there in the future.

Everything was great but when I checked in housekeeping didn't clean out the sink good in the kitchen area. There was still food in the sink from the last guest

Bathroom was not cleaned well with water on the floor and there was also hair on the floor.

The door not lock bed make my back hurt

First time stay here and the hotel was nice, new and clean. The room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good. We will return here again next time. Anyway we stayed on 3rd floor in the hallway there was a weird burnt, chemical smell, glad the room wasn’t smell like that. And I wish the TV is at least have streaming option it’s old school cable tv and no one watch it anymore btw.

Had guest with a dog staying above us, that played fetch all night. Could hear the ball bounce and dog jumping around on the floor until 4am. Kids screaming in the room beside us. It was so loud. Called front desk 3 times, and nothing was ever done. Gave info for a manager to call me before leaving, and never received a call. Just wanted to ask about security, how they deal with issues like this. Evidently they don't.

Very nice room, all are suites. Large walk in shower, free breakfast. Full size refrigerator, sink and microwave. Only stayed for one night but will stay here again when we are in town. Very nice staff

Netflix option would be a great add.

The room was more of a suite I didn't realize it'd be so big my kids loved it and so did i so much space the breakfast was really good the concession were filled with great items to pick late night for additional cost but so worth it it's stay here everytime if permitted.

Hotel was amazing from Check in to check out. The gentleman that checked us in was all smiles and very helpful! Great first impression. Open was open, bright and clean. The only thing I have any negative about is the bed felt like I was laying on some type of plastic.

We had a confirmed, paid reservation that was made a month prior to our arrival. When we arrived up at the hotel we were told they 'gave away' our room. We were stuck at 11:30pm driving over an hour just to find another place to stay.

First stay was great. This time around was surprisingly bad. First the room we reserved was not the room we received. No mention upon checking in that we would be in a different room. Of course no rooms of what we reserved were available. Second, we got to the room they gave us and the toilet was not cleaned from previous tenant. We called to see if it could get cleaned. We were told that the front desk person was the only employee in the entire hotel and he couldn’t leave the desk. So we were provided scrubbing bubbles to clean the feces of the previous tenant. Third, bottle caps from previous tenants still in and under the sofa. Fourth, ran out to pick up some needed items and upon return, not a single parking spot available. Had to pull up in the grass to park. They did move us to another room the next day, still not the room we reserved. So yeah, not a good experience at all.

Check in took a few minutes, but the lady was super friendly and made everyone feel welcomed. Rooms were super clean. Beds were actually comfy. Breakfast time was tasty. This is a new Hotel, its really nice!

Everything was great until I was followed outside the hotel into the parking by an employee in a purple blazer who assumed that I was leaving without checking out. My family and I were putting our luggage in the car and were going to have breakfast in the lounge before checking out but decided against it because I felt like I was being interrogated instead of being a guest.

My husband had an early morning hospital procedure and since we live at least an hour away, staying close to the hospital was the only way we would get any sleep the night before! Very good choice!!!

Very clean and neat. The room was was definitely a 10+ Easy to locate and plenty of dinning choices within minutes of driving.

New hotel which was nice, friendly staff. Only complaint is the need for better planning around the breakfast service as they were out of the hot prepared food both mornings we were there.

Place clean, ppl nice, toilet paper holder was broken but it’s ok. Only complaint is breakfast. They know how many ppl staying there so suppose to prepare enough food for the mornings. When we went downstairs they only had was bread, cereal and scrambled eggs. Mostly hotels and motels has yogurt also but this place didn’t have. Hopefully next time will be better some options. Also I forgot to bring our toothbrushes but the counter didn’t have any. It was almost midnight so wish they had some even for purchase. Other than that this place is newer and clean so it’s good. Oh, some costumes were smoking weed outside of their parking space and that bothering us because we had kids with us.
