El hotel es muy bonito, tiene terrazas con hermosa vista a Toledo, la atención del personal buena, tiene estacionamiento incluído, el desayuno no está incluído y que bueno porque pudimos verlo y decidimos no tomarlo, el desayuno era escaso, jugo de bote y fruta de lata, por lo qu preferimos salir y tomar el desayuno en otro lugar

Lovely hotel with very nice pool and bar.

We had dreamy views and it was in such a romantic setting. The property was very beautiful and the view was the best in all of Toledo. The restaurant was very good, quiet and romantic. We slept very well. Parking was also very convenient and it was walkable into and out of Toledo. Great value!

Muy linda propiedad, cuartos amplios, con gran terraza viendo Toledo. Buen desayuno, pequeña pileta pero muy agradable para cortar el calor de toledo. Muy amable el personal, me ayudaron muchísimo con todo. Las vistas del hotel son realmente espectaculares. Volveria sin dudarlo.

La piscina está muy bien y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Las terrazas con vistas a Toledo son preciosas. Pero se escucha hasta las 2:30 de la mañana la música de la terraza/discoteca

A nice value hotel just on the outskirts of Toledo Easy parking and nice to relax in the pool when it was 37 degrees A great view to have a quiet drink from either the courtyard or your room. Basic room but all you would need for a stop off in Toledo. For older folks - it is a bit far to walk but if you have a car like we did or a taxi is a great option to get into the heart of it Breakfast was nice

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location overlooking the old town. The hotel had a lot of character, was spacious and clean. Just 1km walk from the old town centre. A good breakfast. A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the night we stayed, this was one of the main reasons for booking, being a Monday in Spain when so many places are closed. Only found out after we had booked.

En la habitación que nos dieron, no funcionaba la calefacción; al parecer, había un fallo general, debido a un corte de luz que había habido. Nos ofrecieron devolvernos el dinero y que nos fuéramos a otro hotel y eran las 8 de la tarde. Pero, por fin, encontraron otra habitación donde sí había calefacción. El personal fue el que se movilizó y puso de su parte. No obstante, deberían tener un mantenimiento de urgencia a quien llamar (Toledo no es tan grande) y que pudieran arreglar un problema así. Y también un protocolo, por el cual, cuando hay que alojar a un huésped en otro hotel, ellos mismos se ofrezcan a buscar otro hotel similar y por igual precio; para eso, se hacen acuerdos con otros hoteles vecinos. Cuando el hotel tiene un fallo atribuible al mismo, debe atenderse al cliente hasta el final, como hacen en otros hoteles de muchas cadenas. Por lo demás, el hotel es encantador, limpio y con unas preciosas vistas a Toledo. Y el personal del restaurante, también muy atento. La relación calidad-precio, excelente.

Great location overlooking Toledo and a short walk to an incredibly wonderful historical town. The rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish.

Everything is so good except a noisy neighbor.

The rooms were fine, but a little run down. The view definitely made up for it.

Hyggeligt hotel med en vidunderlig udsigt over byen. Dejligt at bo uden for byen, nemt at gå ind til den gamle bydel. Morgenmad fin. Der var meget larm fra receptionen og restauranten til langt over midnat på vores værelse. Eller en rigtig god oplevelse. Og dejligt med en balkon eller terrasse til alle værelser.

We got a great room at the top floor with a small balcony and a fantastic view of south side of Toledo. Room is spacious, beds comfortable, and bathroom well layout.

A gem with an amazing view of Toledo (all rooms have balcony with a view), the breakfast buffè for €10 was great too (all you need). If I am every comming to Toledo again I would stay here. Such a peaceful place. The only thing that would make the place even better is if there would be a refrigerator in the room.

Établissement calme et très bien situé… la surprise a été la vue depuis ma chambre sur Tolède… de nuit c’est juste Whaou. Le restaurant était fermé ce jour là mais j’ai pu mangé au bar lounge ou le personnel est adorable… très bonne cuisine. Chambre spacieuse nuit calme. C’est un vrai coup de cœur pour moi

It's a quaint property just over the river from the central town. Everything was wonderful, including the food. The reception staff was very helpful with information and directions.

En general bien, lo único que me pareció muy mal y con lo que nos sentimos un poco estafados fue con el desayuno, nos cobraron 10€ por persona a pesar de ser huéspedes durante dos días(pagando 94€por noche), y ser un buffet muy normal, con el agravante de que las mesas no tenían manteles porque se les habían acabado y yogures había porque acababan de llegar,pero los tuve que pedir porque no los habían sacado.Mi sensación fue, que se aprovechan porque no hay ninguna cafetería cerca del hotel, mínimo 30 minutos andando para encontrar algún bar abierto,o callejear con el coche hasta encontrar dónde poder aparcar. Cuando llegamos el primer día el chico que estaba en recepción fue bastante escueto en las explicaciones y nos sentimos bastante incómodos con su actitud al vernos.Comimos en el restaurante del hotel, comida buenísima, calidad/precio muy bien. Solicitamos reserva para cenar y dudaron un poco porque, según las camareras, tenían un evento, cuando bajamos a cenar no vimos nada relacionado con dicho evento y cuando nos vieron aparecer los camareros dudaron en darnos mesa, (teniendo el comedor vacío), menos mal que estaba la camarera que nos atendió en la comida, (muy agradable, por cierto), sino, nos quedamos sin cenar. El hotel es una maravilla pero es una pena que detalles feos como lo de cobrar el desayuno (10€), el recibimiento del recepcionista o lo de la reserva de la cena, te quiten un poco la ilusión de volver a repetir en este hotel.

Very nice characterful old school hotel with wonderful views over the old town of Toledo. We walked into town and back out again over the old Roman? bridge. There's a lot of hills so be warned!

Excelente a 4 km del centro de Toledo, un Bus pasa a 2 cuadras y te deja en el Point mas importante de Toledo, su casco Historico, hermosas vista a el Pueblo y de noche es sublime Excelente opcion.

Muy recomendable. La piscina algo pequeña pero muy tranquila. La habitación y la cama muy cómoda .La terraza enorme ideal para leer o tomar algo , y por la noche las vistas son increíbles. El personal muy atento. El desayuno muy bueno .
