Great olace

The one thing that is really important in a hotel are the pillows. These were the worst. I think they should have been used as decorative pillows not sleeping pillows. The towels could use a refresh. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The walls are thin. You will hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing. For the price you could have much better places to stay in the city.

The apartment was very cute and in a good location. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. The gentleman that worked behind the desk was very friendly, but the other employee, the female, was incredibly unhelpful and rude throughout our stay. Also, we stayed for six nights and were only provided two coffee pods, one washcloth and one hand towel, and two rolls of toilet paper. I requested toilet paper when we ran out and was told that I would have to buy some! I understand that this place is not a hotel, but that is outrageous, in my opinion. Also I had to request an additional washcloth and hand towel three times before it was brought to me. The management provided a bottle of shampoo, a bottle of conditioner, and a bottle of body wash in each bathroom but the companion I was traveling with received two shampoos and no body wash. When she requested body wash we were told by the front desk staff that none could be provided. I suggest staying somewhere else if you are looking for good customer service.
