guestified LIYANA Hotel

Unfortunately I did experience a few problems. On my arrival I had been told the wrong room number so therefore the access code didn’t work. I had to contact the customer service and was moved to another room. On my final day there was no water in the taps at all in the afternoon and I had to contact customer services again who put me through to the manager. He advised me to wait until 7pm which I did and there was still no water. I was then given the option of moving to a different hotel which I accepted so I had to pack up everything and walk to the other hotel and check myself in again as there are no staff on site of course. I was offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience but didn’t accept as I was eating with my relatives in Ratingen. The staff were very kind and apologetic but the experience was not especially relaxing. My mobile phone bill will be huge because of the number of calls I have had to make to resolve the problems I encountered

Wir haben in dem Hotel eine Nacht vor einer Flugreise geschlafen. Für diese Zwecke war es (fast) perfekt. Der Zugang zum Hotel erfolgte mittels Code und war problemlos. Das Auschecken erfolgte ebenfalls digital und da wir kein Frühstück hatten, haben wir kein Personal zu Gesicht bekommen, was eine neue Erfahrung war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Heizung im Bad nicht entlüftet, sodass das Bad morgens kalt war. Parken in der Nähe ist auch eher Glückssache. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Property was clean, spacious and adequate. Beds were comfy and we had what we neeeded.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
