La vista que tiene el hotel es hermosa, sin embargo, la atención y el lugar no son buenos. El personal es ineficiente, están más preocupados por que no tomes nada de las habitaciones que por brindarte un buen servicio, te hacen firmar un inventario cuando llegas, pero luego el personal de limpieza se lleva toallas cuando no estás, tuve que exigirles que me las regresaran porque seguramente me las cobrarían al final si no las entregaba. Nos dejaron dos noches sin agua caliente porque alguien olvidó abrir una manguera y cuando usamos el jacuzzi se negaron a prestarnos toallas para eso y nos dijeron que nos secáramos con las mismas que teníamos en la habitación para después de ducharnos. El único empleado amable fue un muchacho que atiende por las noches. En cuanto a la habitación, las camas y sábanas son bastante viejas, no les vendría mal cambiar las sobrecamas. Lo peor fue la regadera: o te quemas o te congelas, no hay punto medio. Estuvimos 5 noches y nunca pudimos bañarnos tranquilos porque el agua o sale hirviendo o sale súper helada. El lugar no está en Panajachel sino en una montaña en medio de la carretera hacia otro pueblo por lo que hay que pagar Tuk Tuk (15 quetzales por persona) cada vez que necesitas ir al pueblo a comer o al muelle. Cerca no hay ni un lugar donde puedas comprar siquiera agua. Repito, la vista es linda, pero no volvería con tan mala atención.

Location is a tiny bit out of Pana but is more quiet. The views were amazing and such a great value for the location and views! Would be saving this hotel for when I return!

Cleanish room, couple of spiders but it’s kinda a glamping type situation, the hot water is hot or miss, the lady at the front desk was brash, and they charge to use the hot tub. Not really walking distance to anything which is fine but worth noting in case you are against using a tuk tuk or cab. Bed is hard, the in room safe dint work was frozen even though the batteries were fine. The toilet water rises all the way up and with touch your jewels me. So be ready for it or hover when you flush. The view was spectacular though! And the rates were decent.
