Room was nice and had everything we needed (looked newly renovated), expensive compared to the hotels in Perth CBD but so is everything around Joondalup, no parking at front of hotel so have to go in/out the back way, shame the restaurant not open but all in all would recommend.

It was nice to have microwave/kettle/toaster but awkward washing up in a bathroom basin. Only given one access card so lights and air con switched off every time I popped out the room. No access given to wifi. No hotel information in the room. Bedding and linen lovely and clean, but bed extremely uncomfortable and hard. Happy with location as only 5 min walk to my destination. Great having free parking

I was disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed. The walls are not well insulated so I could hear the man in the next room talking. There was no mattress protector and only a well worn polar fleece throw to use for a blanket. Cheap IKEA fake plants and pictures should have given me a clue. Won't stay there again. I have stayed in rooms costing less with better quality.

The beds were terrible hard inner spring mattress so uncomfortable with limited blankets and the spare blanket when found was filthy. Kitchen kettle was dirty and cups stained. would never stay there again.

Room wasnt clean, the tv didnt support chromecast, shower wasnt clean. If you pay with a cash bond you have to wait until reception is open to get your money back which isnt ideal if you have places to be in the morning.

Spotless, private, friendly. Clean crisp white sheets and towels and couldn’t do enough to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I have stayed many times.

Property is older, tv not working Properly, aircon in room not heating or cooling. No plug in bathrooms, noisy extractor fan in bathrooms. Rooms/bathroom need a good clean in corners. Fridge only bar size and older/noisy.

We chose this location as it was close to the hospital for appointments. It’s also close to public transport and shops. The room is nice, bed comfy and appliances new, but I noticed not very clean. The walls look dirty, there’s lots of dust and the shower had hair everywhere and a heap of mould.

Apon arrival the first room was dirty and had a smell of smokers, the bed had hair in it and was like it was only made up for the people staying there last. I brought this to the attention of staff, with no help the first time. After finding the hair in the bed another after hrs staff member moved me to another room. This room although wasn't as dirty as the other room still wasnt the best. But the more i looked, the worse it did. Dusty surfaces everywhere, showers that havnt been cleaned properly in forever. It has very poor standards.

We arrived quite late due and there was no tv remite control in the room, didn't want to disturb them for one. Then there were other guests having a domestic that went on for hours til 1am, couldn't put the tv on to drown them out. Very tired as a result. Called the after hours caretaker who didn’t answer. Left a message about the domestic dispute that was going on and nothing was done about it.

I had a late check in and I was attended to very quickly by a very nice person who was very efficient. The room itself was comfortable but it is looking a bit old and weary. Unfortunately I was also next door to guests who thought it appropriate to conduct late night business with visitors so they were coming & going all night with no regard for other guests, so sleep was sporadic at best & disturbed.

A noisy party down the hall and it echoed through the entire floor until another guest asked them to quiet at 4am. The door and walls don’t hide noise from neighbouring rooms either- there was some moaning & vigorous action 😂 going on next door at 11pm then again 4am. I haven’t had much sleep. Sorry probably won’t stay here again.

Bed way too hard. Very uncomfortable Only 1 proper chair in room, the second was a flimsy looking one. Toilet roll holder broken and the metal arm holding the toilet roll kept falling of. Shower head this wide spread spray making rinsing of hair slow and difficult. Tea/coffee cups ridiculously small Overall not worth the amount that they charge for the room. I will not be a return guest

Unfortunately it was inconvenient without a car to get meals easily. A shame they don’t have an operating restaurant/cafe. Very limited time staff are available to ask for help. Unhygienic to be expected to wash plates and cups in a bathroom sink. Need more room service. Basic and clean.

Comfortable room with all amenities. Quiet location but with in easy reach of shopping and all PERTH DESTINATIONS. Hire car not necessary unless travelling outside of the Perth area.

Room was nice and had everything we needed (looked newly renovated), expensive compared to the hotels in Perth CBD but so is everything around Joondalup, no parking at front of hotel so have to go in/out the back way, shame the restaurant not open but all in all would recommend.

I was disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed. The walls are not well insulated so I could hear the man in the next room talking. There was no mattress protector and only a well worn polar fleece throw to use for a blanket. Cheap IKEA fake plants and pictures should have given me a clue. Won't stay there again. I have stayed in rooms costing less with better quality.

High price for small room, noisy guests at all hours. Sign says “Food Wine Sleep”. None of the first two onsite and a little of the last. Staff friendly and welcoming and property clean, several restaurants, pubs and shops within easy walk

This hotel is more like a backpackers hostel. There’s no restaurant, the front entrance had cobwebs and spiders. Nothing in the mini bar. The lamps and plants were dusty as hell in the room. No Thankyou!

Poorly cleaned rooms. Couldn't exit the hotel through the front lobby door as it was broken which meant we had to exit via the rear carpark and a side street. Not sure how this fits in with the fire codes.

Room was great,spacious,everything worked perfectly. Enclosed Parking was very convenient at back of hotel,could enter from back door. Bit disappointing that there is no restaurant for breakfast or dinner,but the shopping centre and all the other restaurants and bars are a few blocks up the road. Staff was friendly and helpfull

Well it was just a one night stay after a 90 th birthday party.we got back from the party at 9.00pm got in the room and there was a lot of very loud talking and shouting going on in the room next door.this went on well into the morning about 5.30 am.we did shout at them to be quiet but no luck, didn't get hardly any sleep.my partner is still not very well after a big operation and needs sleep,but didn't get much.the front doors are broken and you have to try and get in at the rear ,not very helpful . eventually I got in and collected the key.very disappointed as this was supposed to be a quiet break for us but that didn't happen.we left early as we had a 600 KLM drive home .not happy at all Howard Davey.
