It was average for a cheap place to sleep. Pretty sketch area with an abandoned hotel right next to it with a lot of vehicles pulling to the back of it all hours of the day and night. The pool was a lovely tint of green in April. I complained about the TV not working properly and they were able to switch me to the next room but the tv was definitely smaller and water pressure not as good as the first room. The guys at the front desk were nice though. Half the hotel was 'studios' and longer term residents

The first room we were given a card for was only half made up. Garbage on the counter. Bed unmade. Second room had no towels. They brought us some, which was nice. The two rooms we were in were both smelly. Shower curtain in second room moldy. Too bad because the hotel is in a decent area, and lots of room to walk and take the dog out, etc.

Bed was not that comfortable, floor was sticky, toilet seat was broken, and the shower was very old and needed to be redone. It wasn’t very clean in my opinion. I’d stay there again, but I would hope next time it is cleaner.

The hotel was very old and run down. The people that were walking around the building made me feel unsafe. The condition of the room was terrible, and the bed was itchy. They offered to change our room only after we were about to check out. And we decided to check out instead of staying in the terrible room. What made the room so terrible was that there was dust everywhere. The towels were very old and threadbarren, and the bathroom was very unsanitary. You needed to plug the tub with a towel.

It was horrible, there was no security lock, the shower ran but so did the tub, the drain didn’t drain, there was no towel rack, there was a hole with paper stuffed in it, the bathroom was so small you coulsbt sit down on the toliet and shut the door, everything was filthy. I washed the tub out thank god i brought my own stuff but when i gave my son a bath just him walking to the bed his feet were nasty again. The room smelled like weed and the phones didn’t even work.

It was quiet and was good for what we needed it for in town for funeral was a great place to rest. But the tv hardly picked up any channels and the plug outlets only a couple even work. The staff was nice.

The whole night was a mess! People sleeping in their cars. Loud partying and the couple next door fought all night long! Was worried for her safety so called the front desk. They came and said to be quiet. That lasted 5 minutes. Druggies all over the property.

The front desk short guy that wears glasses is very rude. They knocked on our door at 9:30am for checkout and check out isn’t until 11. No sleeping in with them doing that. They was very rushing to get us out even tho they let us stay till 12 the cleaning ladies left and our room was never cleaned so all of that commotion was over nothing. Just rude customer service not understanding or friendly

Left early due to seeing drug deals happens as well as other illegal activities. I felt I’m danger so left a day early from when I was suppose to. Then people at the front desk were great. The original room I rented I had to move cause ceiling was leaking into the room I was in. Wasn’t happy at all there

The rooms are in good condition although the linens and towels could be in better condition. It is also not in the best part of town. For a quick stop overnight, it served us well.

Clean room :Unpleasant odor, room in a state of disrepair. The bathroom paint job is so unappealing that it discourages you from even wanting to wash up. Stained sheets and towels. Poor lighting. The worst rental I’ve experienced since I started using Hotels.com. People around whit music and alcohol Police visited some body Very bad place I never can do something to have refunded.I would like to speak to customer service, but it seems impossible. I am seriously considering no longer using the services offered by this company if I am not compensated.

The room was clean but it had a weird smell to it. I sprayed some Lysol and put the AC on high to circulate and that helped. The mattress is very, very uncomfortable and has a dip in the edge and middle. Two of the pillows were too soft and the other one was too hard and lumpy. One of the lamp arms was broken and hanging by the electrical cord. The TV turned on but wasn’t able to find any viewing channels. The WiFi was good so I was able to use my phone for watching movies. The motel itself is old but the people are nice enough to balance out. If I wasn’t on a budget, I would have went to a different hotel.

Okay the first room that they put us in did not have any tissue in it, And did not have any towels and the room smell like smoke but they gave us another room and at first the key did not want to work. So the stuff had to go down and come back up with a new copy, I guess you can say everything was according to the price I paid. There was a lady outside yelling and fussing with someone at 3am. so I didn't get any good rest the first two nights
