Udemærket hotel. Vi havde valgt villa med private pool. Poolens renseanlæg virkede ikke, personalet var søde til at forsøge at fikse det, selvom det tog et par dage. Hotellet ligger et rimeligt stykke fra Chaweng, og det kan vær en fordel selv at leje en bil eller scooter for at komme rundt, da der ikke er meget at se i nærheden

Wir können dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Nong hat den ganzen Urlaub alles in ihrer Macht Stehende getan, um unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie nur möglich zu gestalten. Dank ihr haben wir einen Roller mieten und 3 Mal wechseln können, ohne uns Gedanken darüber machen zu müssen. Ja, der so gemietet Roller war etwas teurer als bei anderen Anbietern, dafür mussten wir keine Sicherheiten hinterlegen und mussten uns auch keine Gedanken über Diskussionen bei der Abgabe machen. Wir haben es uns zu zweit in der Privat Pool Villa 801 gut gehen lassen. Die ca. 30 Privat Villas liegen nicht direkt am Strand, sondern einmal quer über die Straße. Damit sind sie weit genug weg von den Fischteichen auch der Vorderseite des Hotels, an denen Nachts durchaus laute Quarkkonzerte von Fröschen gehalten werden. Am Pool ist Vorsicht geboten, die Fliesen können rutschig sein, wenn sie nass, daher unbedingt an die Badelatschen denken. Ebbe und Flut sorgen dafür, dass der Strand fast verschwindet und wieder später wieder auftaucht. Dass Wasser ist relativ lange flach, bevor es tief wird. Wir haben uns gegen ein Frühstück im Hotel entschieden. Im Nachhinein was dies eine gute Wahl. Zum einen ist die Auswahl am Buffet begrenzt, zum anderen ist der Service sehr unterschiedlich. Wir sind binnen einer Woche vom europäischen Frühstück auf asiatische Varianten in der Umgebung ausgewichen und haben es uns mit leckeren Dim Sum oder Suppen am Morgen gut gehen lassen. The rooms and outdoor areas were very clean. The vibe of the hotel was relaxed and perfect for a beach vacation. There were several places to eat within walking distance, as well as store right next door. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed a great stay at this resort, and during low season it felt as though we had the place to ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast, complete with an omelette station, was excellent. The pool, however, was rather dirty and had a noticeable green tint, with plenty of debris floating on the surface. It didn’t look especially inviting, but we gave it a try. Some sharp tiles on the pool floor caused a few near misses, so the pool is definitely in need of maintenance. We soon swapped the pool for the sea and found the private beach area wonderfully relaxing.

We had an amazing stay in our own villa with private pool. Super friendly and helpful staff.

When we arrived at 6pm we were made to wait around for 15 minutes before taken to a room. The room we booked was supposed to be luxury but when we got there it was very dated. It had a private pool that needed cleaning so we didn’t use it! Bedroom and bathroom are clean, if you can get this room discounted sure, it’s ok, but don’t pay full price for this, I’d say it’s worth $50 a night max

Ein Wunderschönes Resort direkt an einem wunderschönen Strandabschnitt. Das Personal war super freundlich, unsere Poolvilla war ein Traum und wurde zudem noch als Honeymoon Villa geschmückt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Transfer hat bestems geklappt, morgens wurde vor unserer Villa mit dem Golfcaddy auf uns gewartet und dann problemlos mit dem Minivan weiter zum Flughafen.

Teilweise etwas „in die Jahre“ gekommen. Der private Pool war genial.

Included extensive breakfast overlooking the beach another bonus. Quiet gently shelving sandy beach - west coast = sunsets. Swimming pool small and hardly used, which isn't a surprise given personal plunge pools.

War sehr schön Alles sauber Frühstück hätte besser sein können

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich . Es ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber reicht vollkommen aus um einfach zur Ruhe zu kommen . Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach gehalten .Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen so dass man immer an Taxi sehr teuer oder andere Verkehrsmittel gebunden ist .

We hadden de Vila met eigen plunge bad. De schoonmaak service kon beter, denk aan spinnenwebben. Verder was het oké, niet fantastisch we hadden meer verwacht voor de prijs. Het ontbijt was veruit slecht, droogheid, overal mieren op brood en fruit, haren in je jam etcetera. Wij kozen ervoor om het bij koffie te houden.

Shower was not working properly

The property is run down and not maintained. Water outage several time during the day. Toilets flush not working in the room. Staff is not freindly or helpful. Very poor customer service. Will recommend this resort to anyone!!

Room cleaning have to improve

Otroligt rent hotel med väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jag är en sån typ som aldrig kan gå utan tofflor i hotell men här var det så rent att man kunde gå barfota. Bokade stugan med avsvalkningspool, rekommenderas! Skönt också med ett mindre turistfällor område

Stayed for a week in a pool villa. Very good location, staff were nice people and we really enjoyed it. Is in a quiter part of the island and that suits us perfectly. Would stay there again.

We stayed here for 4 nights on Koh Samui, and found the grounds to be amazing and well looked after, the room was great with only one note id say is the AC only works with the key so it had AC off all day and took an hour to cool it back down. Breakfast was good, staff were good and helped us rent a motorbike. Overall a nice experience.

Generally a good value for the money, but breakfast was not included with the room rate via Orbitz, which it should be. For what is offered even an extra THB 250 seems a bit much. Property could use a bit of a refresh, especially the built-ins in the rooms. Clean (and kept clean by the staff) but definitely a bit worn down. That said, my plunge pool was wonderful, and the staff was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the price.

I had a great stay at this Hotel, Location was ideal, Lovely staff, very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons logé dans 1 pool villa et une villa, franchement trés bien, trés propre. Le personnel est adorable toujours a l'écoute. La direction nous a meme offert un aller gratuit de Lipan noi à Bo Phut. Encore merci a eux.

Before arriving, we (two adults and two children) had already spent 13 nights on Koh Samui at another hotel. We booked Kanok for our final three nights before flying home. We arrived just after lunch, got our room immediately, and went to the beach. After about an hour we ate lunch at the hotel restaurant. We had eaten all over the island without issues, so we had no reason to worry. We all shared and tasted each other’s dishes. A few hours later, one by one, we started feeling “off”. What followed was a nightmare: all four of us had severe vomiting and diarrhea all night. To us, it was obvious this was triggered by lunch at the hotel restaurant. What made this unacceptable was the hotel’s response. We received almost no help. Late that night I had to fight for basic supplies like water and toilet paper, and was told to take a taxi to 7-Eleven to buy more. None of us was in any condition to go anywhere, yet there was no support or understanding. No one checked on us or offered assistance. The next day I contacted reception via WhatsApp asking for help with water because we were dehydrated, and was told I had to order/pay for everything. Of course we pay for what we consume—but the lack of empathy and responsibility was shocking. Only after significant effort did I manage to get a doctor to come. We left the next day for our flight, still weak and exhausted. We are extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel.

What made this trip excellent was the amzing staff. The bar/restaurant staff were good, but Snow on reception excelled. She was really helpful and a delight to deal with. She would definitely be a reason for me to return. 5 stars 🌟

Nice quiet place with nice people in the quilte part of Koh Samui. Highly recommended.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Beautiful beach, and our unit, and many others, have their own private pools to lounge in. Some beachfront restaurants nearby as well, but Mango Tree restaurant was the best, in our opinion. Transportation is readily available, for a price, since it is quite far away from the action, which we thought was great.

Relaxing and Comfortable. Make sure you book a room on the beach side of the resort or you will be in for some walking.

The location for a quiet beach getaway was perfect. Lots of breakfast options with made to order eggs and omelettes. The chef was exceptional in dealing with my many allergies and made the best green curry I’d ever have. Great beach location. Lots. Of great day trip options for exploring.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the ac worked well and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had a good selection but was basic in its offering in terms of western choices (toast, cereal, yoghurt, 2 types of fruit), enough to start your day and the coffee from the coffee machine was decent. A comfortable and easy stay for the price point. The hotel is also easy to communicate with and no issues with arranging transport or settling the bill at checkout.

Que ce soit la pool vila ou la villa c était trés bien. Propre et personnel adorable. Le petit déjeuner manque de variété mais ça le fait. Très bel emplacement sur la plage.
