My fiancee and I had a very pleasant one night stay. The property and hosts were both lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the room was great. We were well taken care of.

This Riad was spotlessly clean, the food was amazing and the location ideal. Don’t be fooled by the alleyways leading up to the Riad, once you’re through the door it’s like stepping into a beautiful oasis - much needed after the chaos of the medina. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, even arranging taxis and then walking you to the pick-up point to ensure you get into the correct one. Can’t fault this place and would highly recommend it!

The only establishment that charged for bottled water. Any other establishment we had in Morocco did not charge for bottled water when we asked. Usually we asked for 1 bottle of 1.5L/day per person. Establishment mentions it has free parking but it does not have it. When asked where to park, they suggested a 3rd party paid parking option

We had a really lovely stay at Riad Altair. Couldn't really fault the property. Abdul was an absolute delight and such a lovely first impression, as were the whole staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was tasty. They make eggs to order. I guess my 4-star rating probably comes down to value for money, as we paid close to $250 AUD a night, and I'm not quite sure it was worth that. Not quite sure we got bang for our buck, but maybe this is just Marrakech prices.

Absolutely the most wonderful staff and people we have had the pleasure to spend time with. Could not ask for a more beautiful atmosphere nor a more caring and accommodating compliment of staff. We, as a group, all travel frequently. And not a one of us has ever had a more wonderful experience. Absolutely our pleasure to have enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
