Hotel Islane Médina

O prédio do hotel não é novo e requer manutenção, mas atendeu as expectativas de custo benefício. A localização é boa sendo possível ir a pé para a Medina. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos, prestativos e atenciosos.

Localização ótima, café da manhã básico incluso, equipe do hotel excelente, sempre atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar mesmo com alguma dificuldade de comunicação da minha parte. A estrutura do hotel no quesito manutenção é o que deixa a desejar, no entanto o preço está de acordo com a relação custo benefício. Hospedei-me duas vezes no hotel e voltaria a me hospedar. Não tem luxo, mas tem toalhas e roupas de cama limpas, cama e travesseiro confortável e ambiente confiável e seguro para uma mulher viajando sozinha.

What a great time we had here. The hotel is so well appointed with arguably the finest views in Marrakech. The rooms reflect the price point perfectly. But the outstanding feature here are the staff. Every single person we interacted with was fabulous. We were made to feel very welcome and right at home. I can highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Marrakech, the location is perfect to visit all the souks, markets and beautiful architecture. Thank you to you all for making my stay with my Mum so absolutely perfect

The location was brilliant, so close to the medina. The hotel itself was very run down, broken locks on door, tiles loose in the bathroon, shower over a stained bath with no shower curtain. Tv in room didnt work, overhead light stopped working on night 2. Building work going on from 7am to 8pm at night. The staff were very helpful but I used their "left luggage" facility and it was literally left in the corridor by reception opposite the door onto the street. When I left I picked it up and walked off with it without anyone stopping me. Very poor. Breakfast was a few dry pastries each morning. Overall, overpriced for how basic it was.

La habitación que me proporcionaron no coincidía con las mostradas en la foto, además de que el recepcionista del medio día (un señor como de 50 años) muy grosero, en el baño no había ni shampoo ni jabón para el cuerpo ni manos tuve que estar pidiendo
