Will not stay there again. Not enough information . No pool. No breakfast. Uncomfortable.

Parking was very reasonable at $10 Room was clean. Gentleman and lady working front desk very helpful. Only thing was there was a weird smell in the room even though it was very clean.

This property is outdated but is kept quite clean. Considering the location and the reasonable pricing I think it’s good value for the price.

Be aware that there's an extra fee to park. We were charged $14.

Overall the room was fine but was the most average and highest priced for our trip. Drab decor. Does have fridge and microwave in room. No in room coffee or hairdryer. No outlet locations near bed and bedside lamp didn’t work. Several outlets near sink. No alarm clock. Have to pay to park. Good location if want to walk to falls and surrounding attractions.

The price was decent, parking charges are not confirmed and they charge on the property.

For a small motel, it was pretty good for the price. Was just unfortunate that they would not allow us to keep our car parked in their empty lot after checking out. Had to drive 3 minutes away and pay $35 to park the car

On expedia it was showing free parking thats why i booked. When i went there they asked extra for parking

Dirty bedbugs

ROACHES. Rude customer service. ROOM 119 has roaches and bedbugs. They don’t like to refund.

Only positive thing about the hotel is the location which is close to Niagara falls and the attractions. Otherwise it is very dirty and not well maintained or managed. I found a sex toy under the bed while stretching out. I would have added the photo here for proof but I can only post family friendly photos which this place is not! When I brought it to the attention of the front desk they apologized for it being there but did not take responsibility for the rooms not being cleaned thoroughly. They would not offer me any sort of compensation. Leaving I forgot about a special bottle of wine from the region in the fridge. I called to see if I could come get it and they told me that they throw everything out as soon as you check out and it won't be able to be returned to me. Then they hung up the phone on me.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Fairway Inn By The Falls is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs. First of all, there was no hot water running through the shower — none. After a long trip, being forced to take an ice-cold shower is unacceptable. The washroom was filthy, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. To make things even worse, I found bed bugs on the bed. Yes, actual bed bugs. I wish I could upload the pictures and videos I took because it was that disgusting. And despite all of this, they still had the audacity to charge me $15 per day for parking — even though I was already lodging there. How does that make any sense? It’s ridiculous, greedy, and just adds insult to injury. Honestly, this place should be ashamed of itself. Poor hygiene, terrible service, and unnecessary fees. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The good: Proximity (central) to the falls, casino and food/dining. Not noisy. The area felt safe. Bed linen clean. Good lighting. The bad: Carpet in room had a mildly foul odour. Bed uncomfortable- new mattress needed. Room not thoroughly cleaned (huge dead moth, a packet of ketchup and belt seen in draws). Shower need repairing- pipe leaking heavily and spilling onto bathroom floor and caused water to gather onto carpet in bedroom and also leaked to room below. Saff not friendly.

Blood stained sheets. Poor lighting. Visible dirt and grime everywhere. This hotel was incredibly disappointing. I feel a refund is in order. We checked out less than one hour of checking in and went elsewhere.

We had a family room, it was advertised as 3 queen beds, THEY WERE DOUBLES, NO COFFEE MAKER OR EVER COMPLEMENTARY WATER IN FRIDGE. CARPETS WERE NOT VACUMED

The entrance to the room: The door was very old and appeared easy to get through. The lock was outdated and the key was always getting stuck in the key hole. The room itself: although the walls were old, the place appeared clean.

I booked two rooms: one family room with three queen beds and another room with two queen beds. Both rooms were the same size. The family room did not feel spacious; it seemed like they just fit three queen beds into the room, whereas the room with two beds felt more comfortable

The location was amazing, close to many things we wanted to do. It was spacious room & comfortable bed. We'll come back again.

This motel has very basic rooms. There were only two usable plugs. No USB. Lighting was only adequate. The Wi-Fi was difficult to log into, and the staff had no idea how to help me. I persevered and did log in finally. There was a fridge, but no coffee machine, no microwave, no closet, no breakfast nor restaurants close by, and no extra pillows. The television had a lot of channels, but the guide did not work. So finding a something to watch was difficult, so we gave up. However, it was the most inexpensive accommodation available in Niagara Falls. Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, I would not recommend this hotel for more than a short stay, two days at most.

We had a very disturbing experience at this motel. There were other people staying that would not stop screaming and banging the walls all night. Music was extremely loud as they were dancing around inebriated.We called the office 4 times to complain and we were told other people had called too. He said he was calling the police to have them removed. This never happened and I felt unsafe as they were acting out of control on the balcony too. The next day I talked to management and he said the police were not called and seemed to not care about his guests experience. The mattress was worn out and the refrigerator and microwave were both sticky as well as dirty.

The bed mattress was completely broken

Good location. Everything is dated. Carpets dirty. Noisy. Can hear people above you stomping on floor. For what you get you should never pay more than $100/night $220/night. NO amenities.

Old old mattress sunk in the middle

This motel kinda sucks. 1: the TV is old, and has no HDMI ports. There's a universal remote that turns it on, but doesn't change the channels. The position of it is awkward, as it's not centered to the bed. Only channels via digital antenna, but who really goes to a hotel to watch TV? 2: the room was quite unclean. There was hair on the floor in the washroom. We found empty tequila bottles in the cupboards. I found a fake nail near the bed. 3: we were charged $25 for parking for two days parking, when it's listed as ten per day whole booking. Also, the parking area is quite small, they painted lines for new spaces in the middle of the lot, making it a precarious event trying to get out. 4: one ply toilet paper. Bring your own. For the love of your nether regions, don't use their TP. Positives: 1: it was close to the touristy areas. 2: the bed was comfortable. 3: the staff was friendly. 4: the $150 damage deposit was returned quickly. 5: Almac's is walking distance from the motel. 6: the wifi was quite good.

I didn’t realize this was in Canada and I tried to cancel 5 mins after I booked and was told I would have to do that the next day because the manager was not in. The next day I contacted them early in morning and was told I there was a non refundable policy but the cancel policy stated I would not get the 1st night back. They denied both nights

Worst stay of my life; first they assigned us two room on different levels on different sides of the hotel even when we asked for the adjacent rooms or rooms on the same floor; the room I Was assigned was filthy, had used socks on the floor, no hot water in the room, room was smelling like smoke and it was not at all upto the standards to even breath for any human being. Other room I was assigned, doesn’t have any working locks from inside. When we asked for a change of rooms, reception guy stated they don’t have any rooms left and every guest has checked in already and now they can’t move anybody (even when there were two guests were waiting right behind us for checking in, so he was lying on our faces, because if you don’t have rooms then how could you give rooms to other guests? Later we saw the same guests have been accommodated even when they didn’t have rooms left, atleast lie with smartness) Then we struggled with rooms for sometime to manage it there, when we couldn’t , we decided to leave the rooms and went to reception, then this lady gave me another room on the 2nd level, that also doesn’t have any hot water running. And in midnight we figured out some bedbugs crawling on the bed,we were awake; after cleaning the sheet,we slept for sometime,in morning after 2-3 hours me and my friend get worse bites reaction on our bodies, all over the hand, back, stomach and legs, it’s been 2 days But I still have those hives from the bedbug bites,good luck if you still stay here

Terrible customer service.

I stayed at the motel for three nights and it was very good. I liked it. The staff was very friendly.I will definitely stay at the motel again when I visit Niagara again.

Staff is terrific and the neighborhood is excellent

Checking in was difficult and the property appeared poorly maintained. I encountered issues such as bed bugs and a large spider behind the frame. The toilet paper was not properly replaced, just left in the bathroom, and the carpet was damp and had a noticeable moldy smell. Overall, the property did not feel well cared for. The atmosphere was quite unsettling, as there seemed to be very few to NO guests, giving it an abandoned feeling. MOST OF ALL, the female staff member we interacted with was not welcoming and displayed poor customer service — simply handing over the keys without any warm greeting or assistance. Upon check-out, guests are instructed to leave the key inside the room without any formal process. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to others. PROS: near to the falls and restaurants Easy parking but with charge .

This is the worst ever stay u could imagine. Staff there especially MOHAMMAD doing night shift is just so weird amd psycho. He opened up our room door without consent, when my and my girl were inside. I lose my temper and started yelling at him. Instead of apologizing, that weirdo starts giving us hard time, saying leave now as if he is the owner or as if i didnt pay for living there. It is the worst ever experience i can think of, and am getting cops involved for sure

Still awaiting refund on security deposit after 6 days.

Close to the Falls and entertainment

It’s convenient for everything

This property is in a prime location. It's centre to all attractions and events. Any direction within 5-15 minutes of able bodied walking you can reach Clifton Hill, Casinos, or even the Lundy's Lane area for grocery and cheaper domestic rate fast food. I don't have to rent a car or take a taxi if booked at this motel/hotel or ones next to it. It has a chain on the door, so that extra little security means alot to me. Having disability from back pain I appreciated staying in the ground level which made life so much easier for me. It was very hot during my stay and the room had it's own window AC unit. That was very nice too have. This hotel is not fancy, very basic and old school. If you want luxury and have high expectations: this is not your place. For my stay, linens were bright white, clean, towels and face clothes were fluffy and not sandpaper-esk. The rooms are very basic but it has 2 bed, table/desk, night stand, dresser, tv (with pretty good channels compared to other hotels I've stayed in) and a bathtub in the bathroom with a toilet and sink self contained. If you enjoy a budget, like to convenience of walking and don't require fancy things but enjoy or make the most out of "the basics": this spot is perfect. I appreciate the staff and their friendly demeanor with me but I did see or over hear some other customers be not so nice towards staff. I had fresh towels everyday during my stay without having to ask. I had the bed made which I was not expecting.

Budget hotel so you know what you’ve paid for. Besides that, we got clean towels every day, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, the location is convenient. There is a dollar tree just up the road for cheap snacks.
