Rooms stink when Ac is switched on. House keeping is bad, staff is not trained well to the level of a 4 star hotel .its ridiculous to see the Exit gate of the property gets operational only after 11am , unmindful of the chaos & inconvenience faced by the guest & the hotel staff is immune to the complains. (still can’t believe the reason… the security person at exit gate comes on duty from 11am ) It looks the management is neither experienced nor professional to run a 4 star property. Needs a lot of improvements to meet the basic standards.

The hotel has no amenities or basic courtesy that a small baby could get doughnut packed. It is chargeable unlike any other hotel that packs it complementary. Plus no wallet facility.

Recently stayed at this hotel where I had a medical emergency due to food poisoning. The front desk attendant, Nehal, did nothing to help. When my wife asked for help and requested for someone to get medicines or a doctor at 11:00 pm, he flatly refused to do anything. She had to struggle to find any connections in a city that was absolutely new to us in the middle of the night so she could get me some medical help. Finally when we arranged for a doctor to come and see me (through a devotee at Iskcon) at my room, we were told by the doctor that his number is with this hotel's front desk for any medical emergencies 24x7, still the hotel had not given us his number! Complete disregard for the guests and their safety staying at this establishment. Also washroom was really dirty, cleanliness really needs to be amped up.

Absolutely great hotel for Vrindavan. Clean, well constructed and tasty safe food. I don’t think you could do better. The surrounding area is rough, loud, smells bad and is dirty by Western standards but it is in the heart of Holy places and the staff are wonderful. The hotel offers pleasant respite from the frenetic experience outside. Next time in Vrindavan I will stay here again as we truly enjoyed our stay at Raddison Vrindavan.

Very nice property and they are trying to give exceptional service. The staff at the restaurant need better training. Every time they handed me any cutlery they would extra clean it with their fingers, and they were not very thorough cleaning the tables, but I would definitely stay here again

However, check-in was underwhelming, with no welcome greeting or drink. Disposable kits didn't match the number of guests. Dining experience was frustrating, with slow service, lukewarm food, and staff serving what they wanted, not what we preferred. Room service was slow, Wi-Fi was poor, and smart TVs couldn't access popular streaming apps. For a hotel of this reputation, the standards were disappointingly low. Hope management takes note and improves."

We stayed for a night. Hotel rooms were decent, however, certain toiletries were not there initially but staff promptly responded to the requests. I also requested for a little late checkout & they readily agreed. I would specifically praise the hotel staff be it front desk, housekeeping, dining, all were very prompt & helpful.

I stayed at three different places in Vrindavan .This was the best !!! Very quiet, close to the center ( Iskcon Mandir) .Excellent front desk staff. I lost my cell phone,the staff was SO helpful. Especially, Yurjaj... as well as Piyush,and Tushar !!! Manager Sanantan was fabuluos also. Will def stay here again !!! John from California

The staff does not represent Radisson quality and they did not get proper training in hospitality. Very rude and indifferent towards guests. They only work when threatened with consequences. The room and property were good but the stay experience was terrible. They need to improve on their staff so they don’t behave as if they are doing us a favor by letting us stay in the property.

Absolutely great hotel for Vrindavan. Clean, well constructed and tasty safe food. I don’t think you could do better. The surrounding area is rough, loud, smells bad and is dirty by Western standards but it is in the heart of Holy places and the staff are wonderful. The hotel offers pleasant respite from the frenetic experience outside. Next time in Vrindavan I will stay here again as we truly enjoyed our stay at Raddison Vrindavan.

Absolutely great hotel for Vrindavan. Clean, well constructed and tasty safe food. I don’t think you could do better. The surrounding area is rough, loud, smells bad and is dirty by Western standards but it is in the heart of Holy places and the staff are wonderful. I stayed at three different places in Vrindavan .This was the best !!! Very quiet, close to the center ( Iskcon Mandir) .Excellent front desk staff. I lost my cell phone,the staff was SO helpful. Especially, Yurjaj... as well as Piyush,and Tushar !!! Manager Sanantan was fabuluos also. Will def stay here again !!! John from California

Close to all major attractions like prem mandir,ISKON temple, banke bihari, easy of parking. Hotel food is good, their buffet menu have lot of good variety and options. Room are clean and staff a are great.

The hotel is very nice. It is brand new so they have a few teething issues, but the staff is super helpful and responsive. I was very pleased with the room as well as the breakfast. Keep up the quality and service.

"Disappointing stay at Radisson Vrindavan! Despite a few positives, the overall service was severely lacking. Security guards were diligent, and Mukesh in the restaurant was exceptional. However, check-in was underwhelming, with no welcome greeting or drink. Disposable kits didn't match the number of guests. Dining experience was frustrating, with slow service, lukewarm food, and staff serving what they wanted, not what we preferred. Room service was slow, Wi-Fi was poor, and smart TVs couldn't access popular streaming apps. For a hotel of this reputation, the standards were disappointingly low. Hope management takes note and improves."

Site had spa and when I arrived was told there is no spa. Restaurant menu was limited. Breakfast menu was boring with repeated items every day.

Property was nice and clean, services are quick and excellent, easy and quick check in, front desk staff is very helpful all the time, Food is fantastic. There was no towel rack inside shower room and there was NO Rug inside bathroom so floor of the bathroom gets messed all the time when you take shower and walk out from shower room. You might need to call front desk/housekeeping staff and ask extra towel for bathroom floor. Even, there was no hand towel or other small towel inside bathroom, just 2 shower towel were provided inside bathroom. Food services were excellent including in room dining services.

Property was nice and clean, services are quick and excellent, easy and quick check in, front desk staff is very helpful all the time, Food is fantastic. There was no towel rack inside shower room and there was NO Rug inside bathroom so floor of the bathroom gets messed all the time when you take shower and walk out from shower room. You might need to call front desk/housekeeping staff and ask extra towel for bathroom floor. Even, there was no hand towel or other small towel inside bathroom, just 2 shower towel were provided inside bathroom. Food services were excellent including in room dining services.

I stayed at Radisson Vrindavan with family for 5 nights. The location is excellent as it offers excess to temples easily. The room and beds are nice and comfortable. However the bath and toilet were not up to the Radisson standards globally. The door bell did not work, the cleaners forget to replenish the daily basic supplies. I had to call and request for supplies three times during my stay. I think this issue can be resolved with continuous staff training. I found almost all of the staff very polite and friendly. Staff stand out for me who showed willingness to offer exceptional level of services are Anup Singh (floor supervisor), Yogesh and team at restaurant serving breakfast and reception team. Thank you guys for looking after me and family. The quality of breakfast was brilliant as well. May be a good idea to add few more healthy options. Overall stay was not bad but there is definitely room of improvements in my opinion. Hope this helps. Cheers
