Beach Villa Kalavarda

This is a fantastic two-story three-bedroom duplex right on a private beach. It takes seconds to reach the sea from the house. The second half of the duplex was vacant while we were there, so we were completely alone on the property. The sea was warm and the sea views from the house are outstanding. It takes about 30 min to reach old Rhodes by car. Ioannis, the host, is fantastic. When boarding the plane to Rhodes, I texted him a request (following his suggestion) to buy us some items in the supermarket. Ioannis bought all of them and did not charge us. He met us at the airport, brought us to the house, gave us the tour of the property and answered all our questions. He is a very nice person, and working with him was a total pleasure. In summary, my wife and I stayed at numerous properties throughout the world. This one was the best. We cannot wait to go back.

Wir waren 10 Tage bis 23.Mai 2022 in Ioannis Beach Villa zu Gast. Ioannis hat uns um 22:00 noch persönlich begrüßt und das ganze Haus mit dem riesigen Grundstück gezeigt. Er hat uns sogar noch einiges an Getränken und Lebensmittel besorgt, somit hatten wir ein tolles Erstes Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt am Meer mit phantastischer Aussicht. Der Kiesstrand Ende Mai ist Völlig leer, da weit und breit kaum Bebauung ist und der Zugang eigentlich nur über die Feldwege zu den wenigen Häusern und Anbauflächen möglich ist. Mit unserem Yaris aber kein Problem. Die Menschen sind ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war es ein phantastischer, erholsamer Urlaub. Wir werden wieder kommen! Grüße Petra und Robert
