I always book my hotels with Hotel. com (Expedia) based on reviews of the property. This hotel came up as good, some favorable reviews. I am disappointed that this hotel was in very poor condition. The lobby ceiling was leaking water from the rain that hit overnight. The window in my room was leaking, so it dripped all night and had a quite a bit of water under the window. The curtains were stained, the bedding, and the towels. Terrible room! I booked another room for my sister and she issues also. She had no TV and the clerk came to try and help and only was able to get one channel. Her bedding was disgusting with hairs in it, so the clerk did change the sheets for her. In the bathroom was blood on wall by the toilet. Do not stay at this hotel! I asked for the manager to call me to go over my issues, no call! It even did not have a hair dryer. This is the first hotel that I booked and it was so bad! I travel a great deal and it was very disappointing.

The bed smelled terrible!! Were the sheets really washed? There were no bath towels even after I was told they would be sent up. There were notes everywhere asking guests to bring dirty linens and towels to the front desk. What do we pay for? The television did not work. When will they get grown up height toilets? Bagels were quite stale at breakfast.

Sink drain was cracked and eroded same with the shower drain. Sink was moldy. No bath towels were given. Closet hinge was broken. Stains on sheets and carpets.

We were on the third floor and elevator was not working. Our tv wasn’t working and the front desk lady couldn’t fix it. I asked to be moved and was told”we’re almost full because we have a wedding. What does almost mean? We asked for more linens because ours didn’t look clean. Amenities for rooms said coffee maker-which there was none. I mention to desk clerk about discount partial reimbursement and was told she’d talk to manager. Before leaving I asked if there was a not about compensation on my room price related to issues the morning clerk didn’t know anything but took my name and number and said they’d let the manager know-of course they never called and I was charged full price-don’t stay here!
