Very nice hotel and location. Parking underneath the hotel for $45 pr day. Minus for mix up with payment so they deducted a larger sum at checkout. Still waiting for the release.

So there are a lot of great things about this hotel, such as the location, the styling, and how quiet it is. But there are little things that could use improvement. For example, if you look at the hallway walls and floor, they are really beat up. The lighting is low so it's not noticeable but if you take a look, it's kinda surprising they would let it look that bad. Another thing is that I think the staff is either overworked or just not properly motivated. Anyone I asked would answer my question or help, but they didn't seem too thrilled about taking time out of whatever they were doing to help me. Last thing is that the bar couldn't make most drinks on the menu on Saturday for the reason of inventory going on at the time. Who ever heard of a busy hotel bar doing inventory on a saturday night?

Spent 2 nights for business. Great location. Room was nice. Hotel was quiet for the most part aside from a loud barking dog on night 1 around 11 pm, while I was trying to sleep. That’s life!

Lovely hotel, but more importantly, the staff were great. We were delayed for 2 days due to storms cancelling our flights (4 in total). During what was a stressful time trying to reorganise our trip and find alternate hotels in Manhattan, general manager Sean and Natalie were not only super responsive in communications but also very flexible in accommodating us. Despite our booking passing the modification / cancellation point, they didn’t charge us for the two nights we were unable to stay from the original booking. Because of all this, we will definitely stay here again - thanks Sean and Natalie!

Claro. Te recomiendo hacerlo firme pero profesional, para que quede claro que el problema principal es la diferencia entre las fotos y la realidad: ⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing and definitely not what the photos suggest. The Kingston St. George is, in my opinion, overrated for the number of stars it has. The room was extremely small, and the renovation felt very cheap and basic. The biggest issue is that the room looks nothing like the photos shown online. The pictures appear to be heavily edited and professionally photoshopped, making the rooms look much nicer, larger, and more modern than they actually are. In reality, the room looked completely different. For the price and the rating, I expected much more. The hotel may look attractive online, but the actual experience did not match the presentation at all. I would recommend management use more realistic and current photos so guests know what they are actually booking.
