La Cuadra Apartments by AcoModo

Upon check-in I immediately noticed that the unit (2F) was not cleaned well and had maintenance issues. I saw stains, marks, and damage throughout the apartment, making it a very uncomfortable stay. As other reviewers have mentioned, the area is not as developed and the view from the bedroom was a very rundown set of buildings. The last straw for me was that the bedsheets were stained. I was given a WhatsApp contact number after I raised my concerns (immediately after check in) and nothing was addressed except that someone brought new sheets and towels that I had to change them myself. I would not recommend La Cuadra in Casco Viejo despite the positive reviews.

The room has issues that should be attended to such as the broken towel bar and the rack in the dishwasher doesn’t work. Pool was cloudy and needed to be cleaned.

Awesome rooms would give 5 star but location is just outside nice area of town and while they had Wifi it was quite week in our room

Love the property. You are right at the start of the nice part of casco viejo but the blocks around it are rough and ugly. The police are very prominent so it's safe but be on alert
