Semaya Beach Resort

Tout était parfait de l’accueil aux équipements en passant par le restaurant La chambre et la salle de bain sont très grandes et très bien équipées. Lit de 2,4m!! Très bon débit internet partout dans l’hôtel Et la vue depuis la chambre…..!!! Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux (à la carte et à volonté) Prévoir un scooter ou taxi Le personnel et la direction sont toujours aux petits soins Piscine magnifique et transats suffisants Obligation de revenir…

The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/ for 2pp. Lost in translation even at the restaurant, we ordered for breakfast my husband got his breakfast and I never got my food. This was due to the mis-understanding with language barrier. It would been helpful if the staffs repeat the order or ask if everything was ok. The place is beautiful but nothing much around it; the nearest restaurant is probably another 30 mins taxi ride. The road is very narrow and windy; but once you get to the resort it is beautiful.

Should be a 5 star resort , amazing place ,great food and great service
