GROVE27-02 | soothing vibes near chic neighborhood

Floors were not clean. Dirt under mats. floor cleanliness was only a superficial clean. Description led you to believe that washer and dryer were in unit. Did not state that it was paid outside common use machines. Location was convenient but not worth the price.

Everything was perfect. I absolutely loved the location. We were initially concerned about street noise, but it turned out to be minimal. The amenities looked new. The management was incredibly responsive, and the apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The washer and dryer were a great bonus, too. Thank you so much for hosting us. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Very nice place, just missing a little patio to sit outside. The apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped, well located. It has all the attributes. Enjoyed staying there.

The location is right off the main street so it does get a bit noisy from time to time especially during the day time, but we are out exploring most of the time so it wasn’t really an issue for us. There are a couple minor issues upon check in but we were able to reach out to the property manager and have the issues resolved rather quickly. Prompt and quick response whenever we reach out during our stay, Definitely would consider to stay there again next time if we are traveling to the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Coral Gables. No issues and I received plenty of communication from the owner.
