Quite bad actually. Super dated, AC worked only on heating mode on a hot day. The area has absolutely no places to eat, except for Starbucks. The sound proofing doesn’t exist at all so you hear the construction outside, traffic and people in other rooms.

駅に近く、目の前にバス停もあり、移動が便利。設備はホテル自体はどちらかというとゲストハウスに近い感じがしました。ウォシュレットも無し。ベッドのマットが、ビニール張りのようでとても寝心地が良くなかったです。もう泊まらないと思います。

전반적으로 청결한 편이긴 하였으나, 주차공간이 더럽고 협소합니다. 그리고 난방이 잘 안되어 너무 추워서 말씀드렸더니 라디에이터를 가져다 주신다고 하시고.. 3번 정도 말씀드렸더니 지금 그 방만 온도가 낮게 측정된다며 그제야 방을 바꿔주셨습니다.. 땅바닥에서도 잘 자는 저인데, 침대가 너..무 딱딱해서 10번은 깬 것 같습니다.. 저렴하긴 하였으나 다시는 안 올 듯 합니다.. 특히 겨울에는요..

It’s an old hotel in Gangnam but VERY convenient to airport bus stop n the Metro. Only complaint was the beds were very hard. A softer mattress or a mattress topper would help. It was the only 3 single bedder we could find in Gangnam but room was very small.

Bottomline up front: I would stay here again. First off ALL of the staff and manager were AWESOME. They all provided top notch service. We stayed there during Chuseok, so unfortunately we did not try the cafe downstairs. But the ambience was warm and welcoming. I used to live in Seoul and knew what to expect from Korean hotels. Beds are Korean style, which some westerners may find uncomfortable; I did not. The staff called cabs for us and took care of all of our needs. Ice is available at front desk (café). PROS: Cost was great. Staff was exceptional; all spoke good English. Near COEX and Han River exercise path. CONS: No microwave in room, but you do have a hot water kettle for ramen and Maxim (coffee). (There is a fridge in the room.)

Found bugs in my room. One staff member was quite rude about me asking to move at an annoying time of evening, which I understand his frustration but I think the customer service was lacking a little bit. Other than that, the building was nice, room was good, if you ignored the bug- I think this must be a one-off though!

着いた時のお部屋は清潔に掃除がされていました。一週間の滞在でしたがシーツ交換は無し。床は一日おきのようでしたがフローリングで髪などが目立つ為毎日して欲しい。お風呂マットの置き忘れやティッシューの補充がない以外フロントは日本語を話せるスタッフもいてコンビニや地下鉄、バス停も近くにあり便利でした。

チェックイン前にスーツケースを預け出掛けたのですが、帰ってきてチェックインをしようとした時にフロントに誰もおらず、荷物はカウンターの隣に誰でもそのまま持っていけるような置き方をされており不安になりました。扉がある所の中に置いておいてくれるか、必ずフロントに人が居る状態であってほしいです。騒音→口コミにあったような週末の夜はうるさくて眠れないということはなく、うるさいと感じることは全くなかったです。立地→24時間のコンビニも近くにあり、地下鉄最寄駅の地上に上がったところからもバス停からもとても近くて便利でした。シャワー→トイレとシャワーの境目に段差がないので、気を付けて使用しないとトイレまで水浸しになります。シャワーの水圧は十分で使用中も温度が変わることはなかったです。トイレ用のスリッパはありません。無さそうな気がしたので、シャワーを浴びる時の事を考えてサンダルを持参しました。アメニティ→シャンプー・リンス・ボディソープはボトルではなく、小さなハンドクリームサイズくらいのものが置かれていたので、ふたりで泊まるのであればボディソープは足らないのではないかと感じました。タオル類→3泊したのですが、2日目はバスマットがトイレのドアの外に広げた状態で置かれており、交換してもらった新しいものなのか前日使用したものを乾かすために広げて置かれていたのか分からず気持ち悪かったです。(初日は折りたたんだ状態でクローゼットのところにたたんで置かれてました) 3日目はバスマット自体がなかったです。バスタオルとタオルは洗濯はされているものの、古びた感じでした。スリッパ→使い捨てのものではなく、状態もかなりボロボロな物でした。口コミを見ていたので、使い捨てのものを持っていきました。におい→建物に入った時からにおいが気になりました。廊下や部屋の中もなんのにおいか分かりませんが気になったので、持って行っていた消臭剤を部屋に入る度にふりまくりました。気候のいい季節だったので、部屋に居る間はずっと窓を全開にして外気を取り込んでました。部屋はスーツケースを広げるのに十分な広さがありました。立地と宿泊料を考えると、マイナス面も仕方ないかなという感じです。私の行動範囲的には便利だったので、ひとりで泊まるのであればまた利用させていただくかもしれませんが、2人以上で泊まるなら他を探すと思います。

駅とバス停から近く、近くにカフェやコンビニも有り便利です。 2回目の利用で前回同様ホテル内のにおいが気になりましたが、分かっていたので窓を開けて空気の入れ換えをしたり、消臭剤を持って行きました。タオル類は新しいとは言えないので(きちんと洗濯はされています)、気になる方は持参された方が良いと思います。連泊時タオル交換はしていただけるものの、足拭きマットは交換していただけず湿った状態のものがそのまま置かれていました。ちなみに使用済みタオルと足拭きマットはまとめて置いていたので、それだけ抜いて残されていました。シャワーの水圧は十分で、途中ぬるくなることもありません。心配していた暖房もしっかり効いていて、寒く感じることがなかったです。チェックアウト時に荷物を預けたのですが、前回とは違いタグに自分の名前を記載した半券を受取、引き取り時はそのタグと交換で荷物を受け取るようになっていたので、その点改善されてよくなったなと思いました。自分の行動範囲に便利な場所なので、また利用させていただきたいと思います。

방음이 하나도 안돼서 한시간밖에 못잤네요 윗층에서 내는 별에 별소리 다 들었네요 침대 메트리스 스프링이 그대로 느껴져요 면도기는 어메니티에 안들어있으니 따로 챙기셔야합니다 위치는 좋아요

駅出口から近いがコンビニなどお店が少ない。シャワールームの換気口から大きな異常音がしていた。あまりにうるさく寝れそうにないので部屋を替えてもらった。日本語が通じるスタッフが一人だけいて、とても親切だった。

The staff were all friendly and efficient. I checked in with Robert and his wife Hongji-Yoon. Nice couple. She's great and was very helpful both days. The hotel's in a good location too. I'd stay there again. :)

チェックイン前にスーツケースを預け出掛けたのですが、帰ってきてチェックインをしようとした時にフロントに誰もおらず、荷物はカウンターの隣に誰でもそのまま持っていけるような置き方をされており不安になりました。扉がある所の中に置いておいてくれるか、必ずフロントに人が居る状態であってほしいです。騒音→口コミにあったような週末の夜はうるさくて眠れないということはなく、うるさいと感じることは全くなかったです。立地→24時間のコンビニも近くにあり、地下鉄最寄駅の地上に上がったところからもバス停からもとても近くて便利でした。シャワー→トイレとシャワーの境目に段差がないので、気を付けて使用しないとトイレまで水浸しになります。シャワーの水圧は十分で使用中も温度が変わることはなかったです。トイレ用のスリッパはありません。無さそうな気がしたので、シャワーを浴びる時の事を考えてサンダルを持参しました。アメニティ→シャンプー・リンス・ボディソープはボトルではなく、小さなハンドクリームサイズくらいのものが置かれていたので、ふたりで泊まるのであればボディソープは足らないのではないかと感じました。タオル類→3泊したのですが、2日目はバスマットがトイレのドアの外に広げた状態で置かれており、交換してもらった新しいものなのか前日使用したものを乾かすために広げて置かれていたのか分からず気持ち悪かったです。(初日は折りたたんだ状態でクローゼットのところにたたんで置かれてました) 3日目はバスマット自体がなかったです。バスタオルとタオルは洗濯はされているものの、古びた感じでした。スリッパ→使い捨てのものではなく、状態もかなりボロボロな物でした。口コミを見ていたので、使い捨てのものを持っていきました。におい→建物に入った時からにおいが気になりました。廊下や部屋の中もなんのにおいか分かりませんが気になったので、持って行っていた消臭剤を部屋に入る度にふりまくりました。気候のいい季節だったので、部屋に居る間はずっと窓を全開にして外気を取り込んでました。部屋はスーツケースを広げるのに十分な広さがありました。立地と宿泊料を考えると、マイナス面も仕方ないかなという感じです。私の行動範囲的には便利だったので、ひとりで泊まるのであればまた利用させていただくかもしれませんが、2人以上で泊まるなら他を探すと思います。

スタッフの方々は皆日本語ができてとても親切でした。お水も毎日補充していただき足りない場合はフロントでいただけたのですごく助かりました。 6日間滞在したなかでフェイスタオルが交換されてなかったり足拭きマットが無かったり、カップが洗えてなかったりとか清掃が行き届いてない時がありました。ハンガーをかける場所がすごく高いのとトイレットペーパーの位置が後ろで取りにかったです。湯船がなく、ベットが小さめなのでお部屋は大きいキャリーをふたつ並べても余裕があるくらい広々としてました。全体的にみて駅近で低価格なのでまた利用したいと思います。

早朝にチェックアウトしないとフライトが間に合わなかったためフロントにキーを預けようとしたところ不在でメモで「不在　電話番号」という紙が貼ってあった。韓国滞在時の携帯のプランが電話通話ができないプランだったため、電話することもできず、仕方なくメモを残しフロントにキーを置いていった。サイトの案内では２４時間フロント対応と記載されていたが違った。早朝フロント不在ならキーを投函できるBOXなど設置してほしい。それ以外は、とても快適に過ごせました。

Bottomline up front: I would stay here again. First off ALL of the staff and manager were AWESOME. They all provided top notch service. We stayed there during Chuseok, so unfortunately we did not try the cafe downstairs. But the ambience was warm and welcoming. I used to live in Seoul and knew what to expect from Korean hotels. Beds are Korean style, which some westerners may find uncomfortable; I did not. The staff called cabs for us and took care of all of our needs. Ice is available at front desk (café). PROS: Cost was great. Staff was exceptional; all spoke good English. Near COEX and Han River exercise path. CONS: No microwave in room, but you do have a hot water kettle for ramen and Maxim (coffee). (There is a fridge in the room.)

駅とバス停から近く、近くにカフェやコンビニも有り便利です。 2回目の利用で前回同様ホテル内のにおいが気になりましたが、分かっていたので窓を開けて空気の入れ換えをしたり、消臭剤を持って行きました。タオル類は新しいとは言えないので(きちんと洗濯はされています)、気になる方は持参された方が良いと思います。連泊時タオル交換はしていただけるものの、足拭きマットは交換していただけず湿った状態のものがそのまま置かれていました。ちなみに使用済みタオルと足拭きマットはまとめて置いていたので、それだけ抜いて残されていました。シャワーの水圧は十分で、途中ぬるくなることもありません。心配していた暖房もしっかり効いていて、寒く感じることがなかったです。チェックアウト時に荷物を預けたのですが、前回とは違いタグに自分の名前を記載した半券を受取、引き取り時はそのタグと交換で荷物を受け取るようになっていたので、その点改善されてよくなったなと思いました。自分の行動範囲に便利な場所なので、また利用させていただきたいと思います。

It’s an old hotel in Gangnam but VERY convenient to airport bus stop n the Metro. Only complaint was the beds were very hard. A softer mattress or a mattress topper would help. It was the only 3 single bedder we could find in Gangnam but room was very small.

近くにコンビニや地下鉄、空港行きのバスがありとても過ごしやすかったです。シャワーの水圧も良く、シャンプーコンディショナーボディソープは無くなったらフロントで貰えます。歯磨きの準備もあり快適でした。チェックインやチェックアウトもスムーズで本当に良かったです。

Hospedagem perfeita para quem precisa ir ao Coex. Fui muito bem atendida na recepção , todos são muito gentis. A reposição de itens como shampoo e sabonete é realizada por demanda, não há desperdício de materiais. Diariamente são colocadas garrafas de água na geladeira, assim como um sachê de café e um chá.

The bed was extremely hard and it's almost impossible to sleep on it. The staff offered a topper but then didn't show up for then an hour. I had to go back again downstairs to ask for a topper. In the morning when I was checking out, there was no staff. I tried calling the phone number mentioned on the desk, but the phone was switched off. Ultimately, I just wrote a note and left the keys at the front desk. While I personally didn't have an emergency, but my guess is no one would have been there to help in case there was one. I wouldn't go back to stay at this hotel
