Premier Extended Stay

It is the Quality Inn, not Cobb Place Inn. There was not a good breakfast selection and the drink machine was inoperable. The property itself was difficult to find. Additionally, we were promised a refund the morning after our stay due to the unsanitary conditions of the original room booked. However, this place is close to lots of eating and shopping 20 minutes north of Atlanta.

I kept extending my stay, so I stayed nearly three weeks. There are two buildings; and except for my first night, my room was in the first building which was pretty nice. The bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy. The appliances worked, except for the coffee maker. The cable T.V. worked as well as the A/C and the water was hot. One small trash can was provided. Unfortunately, there are roaches. I successfully remedied this with a natural concoction of water, vinegar and lemon juice on surfaces as well as cinnamon sticks which roaches hate, but smells nice. However, my first night was a definite disappointment. That room was in the second building farthest from the lobby, which closed at 11 p.m. I assumed since the word "premier" was in the name of the hotel, that my stay would be "first in quality," "best," or "of the highest rank." This room had no mini fridge, the microwave was broken, there were only two hand towels, no toilet paper, a coffee maker, with no coffee, cups, etc., no trash cans, and the T.V. didn't work. However, there is a working ice machine, vending machines and coin operated washing machines and dryers. The lobby and the property are well maintained, but there are no elevators or receptacles for trash. The price was extremely reasonable and I would stay there again; but only in the first building.

Could not find the hotel. Really hard! Key card did not work and when inside it he room was filthy. Changed rooms to much cleaner. But next door neighbors had 5 dogs. The owners not there. Should have called police because the messages left at front desk went unanswered. Horrible! No sleep! Would like money/points back. Oh the cockroach video shows them in the sugar bin at the breakfast bar.

Great location just off of 75 and Barrett parkway. Convenient to a number of restaurants, Aldi grocery store, Costco, Target and number of other department stores.The pièce de résistance, $15 a day Pet fee. James, their gracious and welcoming Manager and his staff are always working hard to make the property nicer and cleaner. Conveniently located at a great price.

This was the most disgusting gross hotel I've ever stayed at when I walked in it smelled like someone had smoked all day long and all night long even though it said no smoking I went to use the bathroom and there was crusted urine on the toilet seat I went to turn down the bed and there was a huge yellow stain on the bed sheets Then I woke up in the morning turned on the light and there were roaches scattered everywhere. When I asked for a refund I was told absolutely not that is not something they do so I've contacted the property that owns this and received no call back I will be finding out who owns these properties and contacting them as well

I have stayed at some pretty shady motels, but this by far was the absolute worst!! There was long black hair all over the floors, counters, sink, etc. The place was also infested with roaches. They were coming out of the shower walls when the water was turned on. When the lights went out at night, they really came out in droves. We ended up leaving the lights on all night taking shifts sleeping so that one adult could be awake to keep the roaches off the beds.

The front desk agent was pleasant and professional. The room was very clean.

Worst day of my life roach infestation, bed bugs, made me stay several nights in a room with new heat no compensation not even an apology, also no refrigerator and the manager did not care maintenance did not fix it, blood stains on the wall from previous guest fighting possibly. If anything goes wrong here do not expect to get your money back or for anything to be made right. Beware, asked to thoroughly inspect the room before you agree if the answer is no the walk out. Check every single thing. Beware of manager as he is very fake and ownership who does not care about anything but $$. Reported to BBB and Health department already. I lived here for 2 months and regret it deeply.

Room was dirty. Bedding stained. Shower and toilet unsanitary. Furniture old and broken. No toilet paper or towels provided and this was not stipulated at check in.

Roaches bed bugs prostitution blood all over my walls from prior gas, don't ask maintenance for anything or housekeeping because the manager may ask you to leave as a result of anything being wrong in your room, ask to inspect your room thoroughly before you agree to stay here, if the answer is no then don't stay. Don't expect a resolution if anything goes wrong, don't pay by wk or month, you maybe kicked out at any time with no refund. No working heat or AC for 3 days, got put out for asking for it to be fixed by manager whose backed by owner

They put us in room 115 that had to be the nest of roach heaven. Roaches were crawling from every which way in this rrom. We turned on the faucet bugs came out, we turned on the shower bugs came out. I highly recommend finding some where else to stay!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

They also dont have staff to check in after 10 so if you are there after youre screwed. we slept in our car and then he was 20 mins late in the morning therefore i missed the opportunity to freshen up before work. wouldnt even change the dates of the room you already paid for or anything. TERRIBLE & DISGUSTING. neither hotels.com or the hotel itself was willing to help accommodate us after these troubles. don't waste your time.

The heat didn’t seem to get above 65 so it was really cold throughout the night. Also, when we first arrived, not a single roll of toilet paper was in our room. At this point, the front office had closed so we couldn’t go ask for more. My boyfriend went to the hotels nearby and was able to buy a roll from a different hotel. We shouldn’t have to do that if we are paying for our own room and amenities. There seemed to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom but thankfully we weren’t showering that night. The hair dryer smelled quite bad and there were stains on the thin comforter but it could’ve been worse i guess. not the best experience. i guess you get what you pay for but no toilet paper and no good heat is really disappointing.

I should have known that for $51.00 a night what to expect. But I expect a clean room regardless. Also the one towel was one that I would put in the rag pile,it was so thin and scratchy. There was a coffee maker and coffee but no cups and no cup at the sink. The bed was comfortable.

Very affordable and not a lot of drama or arguing quiet and peaceful

Stayed for a few days while my house is being remodeled. Not a bad property. Some rooms are better than others but overall not bad. Great location just off the highway and convenient to everything.

I have been staying here for almost 2 months now and I've had numerous issues. I've had the front desk make a key to my room and give it to somebody else who was not authorized by me. I had the longing stolen and police knocking at my door as a result of the individual's actions, not mine. The hotel did not do anything to compensate for this inconvenience that I missed work because of. In fact I was almost charged the late fee that day for my payment. I asked to move rooms because my room had roaches everywhere in the hundreds. I was moved to a different room and the refrigerator did not work I had to throw away over $100 in groceries the next day, I was not compensated or reimbursed for this either and I did tell management. I have notified them for 2 days now that my heat does not work or my AC they have not sent anybody up to fix this or even look at this not one single person has shown an interest in this. I asked for them to please reimburse me for the nights that I've had no heat the groceries that I've had to throw away and I've gotten no response. The inconvenience to me missing work and the list goes on I have not had a single pack of coffee since I've been here in my room. The housekeepers tell me they don't have it. The front desk is not offer complimentary coffee. Their sister property next door, same ownership, told me I was not allowed to come over there to get complimentary coffee per the manager at the hotel I'm staying in. Wi-Fi is horrible

Microwave had no plug in, had to take into bathroom. No cable tv, no remote, chair leg broken, only hot water in shower!

The room was adequate. Had an issue at check-in that resulted in someone been assigned my room after being there a few hours this stranger walked into my room. I was booked 3 and got locked out for 3 1/2 hour as no one would answer the emergency number had to sit at candlewood suites lobby as it was 40 degrees out

Room were okay. I had a late arrival to check innI didn't get to the hotel until after 1130 PM and office was closed all ready. then the other two night my key to get in my room would stop working. the second night I was lucky to get the person while he was finishing his shift but he was not to happy that he had to help me get in my room. and there was 3 other guess that had the same issue. last night when it happen again I had to break in by using the card to like in the movies. I called the emergency number and that was worthless. I had the worst experience with having this place just to have a place to sleep. will never book with them again

Kudos to James and Jai. Gotta love it. I stayed 5 days and never complained once. Water was hot. Air conditioner was good. The environment was straight too, very low key and the people mind their business. My kind of hotel.

No service from 11:00 to 8:00am, the TV doesn’t work because is not cable, the shower was broken. I paid for 2 days but when I get there to check in was close so we can’t get in. They don’t give me my money back.

I was very pleased with the assistance I received from the front desk help. Opening morning staff was great 3 PM. On the date 5/5/25. I can’t remember her name, but it was her first day and she excellent. She was kind resourceful and smiled the entire time.

Extensive issues from severe safety risks, neglect of issues from staff, health department issues such as no heat or AC in the room, severe roach infestation, bed bug infestation, unauthorized male given a room key to my room and entering as well as kicking my door causing my latch to break off to which the hotel called the police themselves over but we're not move my room when I stated I was fearful of saying that room. Instead of an apology, refund, compensation or even just general concern for my well-being and safety the hotel decided to tell me I needed to leave the property and I was not allowed to extend my stay anymore. I have proof ranging from photos, video, documentation, receipts, and much more I am in the process of filing reports through the better Business bureau, health department, the third party booking site as well as seeking an attorney. I only ask for three nights of a refund when it was cold outside under 35° and the hotel left me with no hea. But now that they have handled things so poorly I am asking for much more considering they kicked me out on Thanksgiving Day with zero concern. I have photos of blood splatter from previous guests all over my walls in my room that was not considered to be a health concern or any concern by the hotel as well as several other issues. There are too many to list here but all will be reported as well as proof provided. Be very careful before you stay here. I was sick several times while I was staying here for 2mos

I had the most positive experience with the manager here. He was great and very helpful. Made me feel right at home and went out of his way to help me with my stay. Property and room were very clean and I got great sleep! Thank you!

I paid for my reservation prior to arriving. I was told I had to pay a deposit to stay, which i didn't have. The worst experience I've ever had.

First off, they have a different name and address number posted on the building, so that makes it really difficult to FIND. The person at the office tried to deny us a check-in because we were “late,” but we were only late because we couldn’t find 750, when the building is marked 755. When he DID agree to give me me reserved room, he tried to charge me over $10 more than my reservation cost, and tried to say it was for taxes… my reservation email included taxes. When we got to the room, not only was it disgusting and stained; there were roaches EVERYWHERE!! Dead and alive. I’m traveling with an infant, so there was absolutely no way we could stay in that room. We walked next door, where the woman at the desk said this happens a lot.

Super clean no bugs seen at all. Place is very quite not noisy even though it is by the hwy

Stayed for a few days while my house is being remodeled. Not a bad property. Some rooms are better than others but overall not bad. Great location just off the highway and convenient to everything.

Upon checking in, 10:30 PM, lots of shady characters hanging out in the parking lot and sitting and chairs outside the rooms. One lady in particular two doors down from my room was rocking back-and-forth, smoking a cigarette, there’s another man in the parking lot standing by his car with his lights on, I felt very unsafe. Also, there was debris on the bed. Finally, I went back to the office to try and get a refund to get my money back reception said the hotel manager will call me back in the morning in the meantime I had to go find somewhere else safe to stay at 11 o’clock at night.

Alarm was going of for a while at 2am. The doors in building b wouldn’t unlock. He had to switch room twice.and there was no pastry and coffee. I paid an extra 12 for it. But people are very nice that work there

Last year when I stayed they offered breakfast. This year no breakfast, front desk agent was never at the desk but left a number on the front door to call for assistance. It was terrible this time time around.
