First problem was the reception only spoke spanish, that make the check in difficult. The next was the hotel was under construction, which made a lot of loud. 8 am they began. Those above was not mentioned on the description. We got a room behind the reception, and every sounds gets into the room. So we could hear all the contruction workers walk, talk and work. And we could hear every time the receptions phone or door bell did ring. There was big windows but we needed always curtrains drawn, otherwise every person that walk to the hotel og park their car at garage would look at us. Those windows was also bad with noise, so every noise outside we also did hear. Big room but it was concrete room with no ventilation. So high humidity when we wake up and cold at night. The aircondition and remote control did not work always together. The badroom did neither have any ventilation, it only got small window. Normally the window with be outside, but this was a window intonthe hotel, actually right front of our door. When so many construction workers, we did not feel safe to use the bath because of this window. The next problem is we only got one towel which was dirty. And it felt embressing that when turning on the light, the reception or others could see someone using the bathroom. The hotel has tried to have a luxery nice look, but when you look close it seems more like cheap fix. All above makes it diffocult to give more than 1 star.

Two minutes from the mall but you have better options and the staff are really unhelpful and very permissive in a way due to it. The cameras really don’t help you feel safe enough. since the receptionist(tall gentleman with curly hair but with an nonchalant attitude about questions.

They had already given away our rooms when we got there so no point in reserving rooms because they don’t respect it. Gave us single rooms instead of doubles. Hot. Lack of any decoration and grey walls make it feel like a prison. Bare minimum amenities. The supposed queen beds were definitely not queen beds. Clean. New build. Great terrace. Nice showers but only has one dispenser for a general gel soap. No conditioner or shampoo.

Habitación limpia pero Muchísima bulla no dejan dormir, hay un timbre que suena en toda la propiedad para que abran la puerta y no importa a que hora entren las personas además que suena puertazos de la entrada principal toda la noche. Todo se escucha. Una lástima por que la habitación muy bonita.

The windows are indoor windows ,so the ventilation is bad. Paid breakfast is not worth it as it is not indoor but It is a Terrance on the second floor , , further more people smoke there . The stuff sweeps and cleans the floor with the strong chemical smell while you are having your breakfast.

Cuartos amplios y muy bonitos, sólo que nos salieron varias cucarachas pequeñitas del baño. Necesitan controlar las plagas. Hay un restaurante en el lugar y uno de los cuartos donde nos hospedamos estaba a la par de la cocina y se escuchaba que lavaban platos toda la noche.

Terrible my bed had finger nails I wasn’t sure if my bed was clean for sure. And not bed covers to sleep well 😴 Hotel doesn’t have breakfast included or restaurant Like said when you do your reservation. I don’t recommend it , this hotel is rated one star ⭐️

La ubicación es buena, 10 minutos en auto desde el aeropuerto la Aurora, una zona relativamente tranquila. La habitación que me asignaron fue en el primer piso al fondo del pasillo, amplia aseada y cómoda. El baño con gran espacio y una excelente presión de agua caliente todo el tiempo. Considero que podría ser mejor con una adecuada ventilación y muros menos delgados (si prenden musica al lado se vuelve molesto) la habitación contaba con una pequeña Roku tv led de 23". Bien para pasar la noche y dormir cómodamente sin lujos ni pretenciones. En cuanto al precio en el límite de lo aceptable para esas prestaciones y ubicación.

Deben mejorar las camas que ya están cómodas se sentía una parte del colchón el resorte y en el techo humedad y si hace falta restaurante a pie no hay cerca nada en carro si un poco hay en el área restaurantes la limpieza muy buena y es cómodo y accesible para moverse por varias zonas alrededor

Foi uma estadia rápida, pois estava em trânsito, dormi apenas 1 noite (e foi suficiente). Quarto quente e abafado, sem ar-condicionado e com um ventilador fraco. Para quem tem claustrofobia, não recomendo. Não tem "aparência" de hotel. Tá mais para uma casa que virou hospedaria "gourmet". Pelo preço, há outras opções equivalentes. O atendimento é bom dentro das possibilidades. Senti o staff esforçado. Fica numa região tranquila e segura.

La ubicación es buena, 10 minutos en auto desde el aeropuerto la Aurora, una zona relativamente tranquila. La habitación que me asignaron fue en el primer piso al fondo del pasillo, amplia aseada y cómoda. El baño con gran espacio y una excelente presión de agua caliente todo el tiempo. Considero que podría ser mejor con una adecuada ventilación y muros menos delgados (si prenden musica al lado se vuelve molesto) la habitación contaba con una pequeña Roku tv led de 23". Bien para pasar la noche y dormir cómodamente sin lujos ni pretenciones. En cuanto al precio en el límite de lo aceptable para esas prestaciones y ubicación.

The windows are indoor windows ,so the ventilation is bad. Paid breakfast is not worth it as it is not indoor but It is a Terrance on the second floor , , further more people smoke there . The stuff sweeps and cleans the floor with the strong chemical smell while you are having your breakfast.

Cuartos amplios y muy bonitos, sólo que nos salieron varias cucarachas pequeñitas del baño. Necesitan controlar las plagas. Hay un restaurante en el lugar y uno de los cuartos donde nos hospedamos estaba a la par de la cocina y se escuchaba que lavaban platos toda la noche.

I booked Villa Sicilia partly because previous reviews were positive about the cleanliness and comfort, so I was surprised by the room I was given. I booked an economy room and had reasonable expectations given the low price. However, the room was very different from the photos shown in the listing. The photos showed large doors or floor-length windows, whereas my room had only a very small window which appeared to open onto the internal hotel corridor. There was no natural light and the room had a strong musty smell. I raised this with the receptionist, who was polite, but unfortunately did not help. The room was also very close to reception and noise was a significant problem. It continued until very late and, at around 4am, I was woken by a very loud and prolonged conversation in the reception/hallway area, including someone talking on speakerphone. I waited around half an hour for it to stop, but eventually had to get up and ask for some quiet. Although the bed and basic amenities appeared clean enough, the room itself did not feel clean or comfortable. There were cobwebs, the musty smell was unpleasant and overall it felt devoid of care and attention. I appreciate that this is inexpensive accommodation and I wasn't expecting much. However, based on the positive reviews about cleanliness and the photos of the room when I booked, I did expect somewhere basic but clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience and I wouldn't choose to stay again.
